So it is only fitting I write a review on this location. My wife and I USED to go into another location for all our phone needs. A couple of years ago, we ran into this location and have not once regretted that decision. I am going to name drop, yes. Angela, Lauren and Jennifer are the absolute most knowledgeable representatives we have ever encountered in any AT&T store, hands down. Before coming here to this location, our phone plan and bill was a complete disaster. After going into the other location numerous times, not one representative could fix it, or even knew HOW to fix it. Came to this location, and after an hour or so of them working on the issues, BAM, all is great in the world. Thank you ladies for your dedication in truly making your customers feel confident, and completely satisfied when they leave your store. If all the stores had employees like you, it would be a perfect world. Not to mention that famous saying Happy wife, Happy life. Thank you for that also. Your personalities, knowledge and going that extra mile, is what drives us to you each and every time we have any problems, concerns or issues. AT&T, you have some awesome employees here, please dont let that go unnoticed. Thank you again. Job well done each and every time! See you soon for my upgrade.

I visited the corporate AT & T store and I was quite impressed with the gentleman who helped me. He seem to be very standoffish and as if he didnt want to really help me and my friends. I just thought I would get better service at the corporate store than I did at the store inside the mall but apparently that did not happen. I do plan on however visiting the store again very soon and hopefully my experience will be much better!

Went in to get a new phone. Talked with Ashely and Alex, they were wonderful! Everything was done and set up within 15 min. Great customer service from these girls.

I live in Houston, but went to.this store because my mom lives in Cove and we needed to trade her phome in. The store manager Jennifer and her colleague Angela were very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that our visit there was a very positive one. I switched from Verizon Wireless. Very good experience. I will definitely be back.

I come in here all the time instead of any other AT&T because everyone is so helpful here! Alex is the best she is always the first one I go see. She’s definitely the one you want to help you, just ask for Alex :)

Out of all the AT&T stores I could go to, this is the one I run to when I am in need of phone service. Every single time I am in a panic, need a new phone, need a glass shield put on or just to gripe about something, the employees there fix me up every single time. I leave feeling happy and satisfied. Jennifer, Angeila, and Lauren were the three I have always dealt with, and have always been treated with the most professional customer service I have ever encountered. 5 star service! Before coming to the Killeen Mall location I read reviews about which AT&T had the best customer service. I took a chance on one of the highest rated locations and came to the mall. I was happily greeted by Lauren who was extremely helpful (1point). I came in with a shattered phone, Lauren did not try to sell me the most expensive option, she offered numerous plans and suggestions (1point). Lauren took note of my hesitations and offered to assist me with obtaining a replacement phone online (1point). While this was happening, Jennifer (general manager I am assuming) and I were in conversation about direct tv and security systems. Jennifer was helpful in explaining how the operating system works and showed examples on her own phone (1point). I was immediately hooked and would like to begin that service as soon as I discuss it with the husband (1point for generally speaking about something i had no intention on buying in the first place but now i feel its a need). Back to Lauren, she printed out the security system information and a receipt for my replacement transaction. I was also told about future promotions and when was the best time to come in for an upgrade (1point). Overall I genuinely enjoyed everything about my time at AT&T today. These ladies are personable, down to earth, funny, excellent communicators and wont try to up sell you. I ended up using my insurance plan instead of dropping $500 on a buy out and upgrade, Im thankful their reviews were on point, otherwise I would have missed out on all the info which was provided today. I will be back in August for my new phone Lauren...thanks so much!!

Great customer service and friendly staff very satisfied

I deployed to Afghanistan in March and I did not have any issues with the military hold and them turning on the plan again. This was important because I was grand fathered into the Unlimited Plan. However, they erased all of my rollover minutes and refused to reimburse me 50$ in over charges, stating that the military hold is another plan. Beware for all of you deploying and coming back!

This store was absolutely amazing! Lauren not only gave me a great deal on accessories but reevaluated my plan and found a way to save me money ! She even called into direct tv customer care and helped me get 30$ credit on both of my direct tv accounts ! Working with all of the ladies here was such a pleasant experience I will no longer go to the corporate location!

Went in there for a device change. This lazy rep was sitting in one of those foldable chairs in a corner kept telling me to call customer service or get online for the switch. Long story short she made every excuse in the book to not get up and help me out. I went in because I tried online and got error messages.

The manager always helps me with all my problems thats why I recommend this store to new familys and Soldiers.

I bought their directv, it sucks! They were supposed to come out last Thursday and Im still waiting. For some reason the sound is all screwed up.

Terrible experience. When our cantrsct is up we will not be returning here.
