Chris was in no rush and he explained everything until we understood our issue. He was professional and nice.. Customer service was above and beyond what i normally encounter..our issue was resolved(better than we thought could happen) and he made products and new pricing on our current packages known to us and helped us save even more money!

We started our network transfer process a week ago with Kim. When our phones arrived at the store today, Nate (store manager) called to let us know since Kim was going to be off the next couple of days and we finished our transfer process with him. Both associates are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They let us know the breakdown of what to expect on our upcoming bills so there would be no surprises. I would definitely recommend Verizon.And he even put our screen protectors on… NO BUBBLES.

Chris did an awesome job helping us transfer to an updated Verizon account and transfer 4 lines over as well and set up the new Galaxy S21 Ultra. Great experience overall and very helpful!

Chris did an amazing job getting me set back up. He got me on a better plan with and upgraded phone, and didn’t try to force anything on me! I’m glad I had someone as competent and professional as him to deal with post deployment switching back from Google Fi. I’m glad to see great customer service isn’t dead!

Chris was great! He ordered me the new purple iPhone, which came in only three days, and called to remind me it had arrived after I hadn’t come to pick it up for a few days. After leaving a Verizon location in Copperas Cove where I was never acknowledged and customers coughing with zero protection as well as the workers, I immediately went to the next location in Killeen. There I was welcomed and was treated with the upmost respect and Kim was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and was able to successfully tend to multiple customers with ease. Chris is AMAZING. I spoke with him last week about switching services and upgrading my phone due to a long list of customer service issues with my previous provider. He made sure that customer service was the first thing he provided. He explained everything in detail and laid out the best options that would get me the most bang for my buck. I came back today (a week later) and the transition was smooth and seamless. He was even willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had the phone today. All and all, this man is an enormous asset to the company!!!!

Chris over at the Stan Schlueter Verizon was extremely helpful! I washed my iPhone by accident and had to go in to get a new one. He was very patient with having an out of state account and setting up my new phone for me and getting what we could transferred. He even was able to get my daughter a new iPad for an incredible deal and set that up as well. He explained the new bill and helped me save as much as possible, he wasn’t pushy at all in trying to sell me anything which is a huge plus for me. Thanks so much for all your help today, Chris!

Came to this location to trade in my current phone for the new iPhone 12 Pro Max . I called ahead and they advised my the color I wanted was available . Wait time was maybe an hour due to only two representatives available and maybe 3 people ahead of me before I was assisted .Kimberly was very helpful and broke down each of my account offers for me and was able to get me out the door with my new phone and a new ipad on the way . She was very patient and answered all my questions . She made the wait worth it and glad I made it in to the store today .

I just wanna say that I dont know who trains these guys, but they are the best customer service reps Ive ever seen. There was a citywide outage as I went in there to upgrade my phone. Kevin is the guy who helped me and he was balancing helping me and helping the ridiculous amount of people that came through the door. They had about 35 or 40 people come through the door, most were ok but some really had an attitude. These guys handled it very professionally and if I need anything else with Verizon, Im going straight to this location.

I visited the Killeen Verizon store off of Stan Schuelter. The two employees were very busy but made a point to speak to me as I entered the door. Wait time was about 40 minutes. I was opening a new account and was told what I needed to do. Once I did that the agent Braunsha set up the new account and changed my iPhone to Verizon. It was much easier process than I imagined. Even coming back the second day to add another BYOP in to be switched over to Verizon.

Kenny T is very knowledgeable. He is a great sales rep for Verizon. I spent quite a while talking to him and he was very helpful. We were able to resolve all of my account-related concerns in the visit. I recommend this Verizon location to other customers. They also have extremely comfortable chairs made of leather for waiting areas.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. I went there to get a SIM card, in which they charged me $21.93. (This took me 1 hour and 45 minutes). The associate told me that I needed to call Verizon to have the sim card activated. I did so, and the card was faulty (no ones fault). I went to a different Verizon store and got another SIM card for free. So one store charges $20 and the other is free for the same service. I went back to this store to return it, and was not able to get a refund. I was told to come back 2 days later to speak with a manager and get a refund, which is also fine. When I wanted to return the SIM card, the associate was extremely unprofessional. He said, “I really doubt the SIM card was faulty... We can argue about this all day... we can argue, we can argue, we can argue.”I am extremely unimpressed with the customer service at this branch.This branch does not follow their corporate’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. No face masks, no shields, no gloves, no social distancing.
