The staff were not only very knowledgeable about the Specifications and Builds of computers, they were professional, resourceful, and created a friendly environment for people who are beginners or advanced in the field. I highly recommend visiting this shop for all your PC needs.

Went in today to update my motherboard bios and it was a great experience. Guy is very nice and very helpful fun to talk to as well. He gave me a really good deal for what I needed done as well. answered any questions I wouldve had as well. Just a great experience and great pricing. 10/10 would recommend this place

Now I not the greatest at reviewing but that was one of the nicest establishments I have been in, the people there were nothing but helpful, quick to the point and gave a person like me who knew absolutely nothing about computers and trying to get into the PC life every single information under gods green earth about Computers and I couldnt be happier about the costumer service, fast and reliable. George was absolutely phenomenal. I called the store up to ask a few questions, and he told me to swing on by. I was originally just looking for a case to transplant my first computer build into. Unfortunately for him, I wanted a case that he was halfway done with its build. He said Not a problem and said to give him a bit of time to break it down and that we can get mine into that case the next day. Not only did he give me amazing customer service but at the end of the day didnt make me feel like just another customer. He went well beyond what I thought was a reasonable exchange, just to make sure that I walked out with a healthy computer. Not only were there first time mistakes that were made on my end, but there was stuff way deeper that probably would never have even thought to look. Took his time as if it was his own computer and made things nice and tidy. Or as he would say Treat it like a piece of art. As an (Extreme) entry level builder, I know now if I have questions, I have a go-to place.

Really Great store to go too i had problems installing a new motherboard and CPU they were able to get it fixed up for me same day along with rewiring my cords so it was a lot neater and they upgrade me a small bit as well. Workers are all super nice I have never had a better experience at computer store I will definitely go back for future reference.

I will say that I was a little nervous going into the PC world with no help. Just had a pocket full of money ready to buy a gaming RIG. But since the first day of walking into the store everyone from the staff and the owner were very inviting. Was very impressed with the knowledge of there products that they sell was sad that there store was damaged during the freeze but they are still open for business making the best of what they can just order my sons first computer from them so will up date my review as time goes on was told 1 to 2 weeks to get all the parts in and build his unit4/7/21Update on computer buildI came back in the next day after I had time to sleep on the design that was decided and ask if we could change some things they were very happy to accommodate me and sat with me for 2 hours going over different things that can or can’t work even though they all ready drew up the agreement of what I paid for there was no hesitation on changing any thing so now I have a new design they were very accommodating drew up new plans and started working on it that day I got a ton of extras on top of it witch they didn’t have to do but did any way I I’m very happy with the level of service I received from them I was told if I have any other changes in mind or questions they would be happy to accommodate me so now we will see how the new design comes together I’ll do another update when receive my sons new computer04/19/2021Update on computer buildGot a phone call from them last week that there was a problem getting the graphics card that it wouldn’t be in tell later next week Iwas a little disappointed but they had no control over it we already had my sons birthday party planed for this weekend so was trying to find away to tell him but then all of a sudden the called me back and told me they were going to have computer ready by Saturday just in time for the party they were upgrading the graphics card for me because they were able to source it in a timely manner I was very very happy got the computer home and have not been able to get my son off it he’s putting it through a 2 day marathon his only complaint is that it runs and operates better than his Xbox one so he’s haven to get used to how a game should be played I will be taken all my upgrade needs here and hopefully get a second computer so that I have one to play on to the guys are the best thank you for makeing my sons birthday such a hit we will never forget it

I would give ten stars if I could...George has fixed both my wife and my computer recently when they both had apparently died. I thought my computer was dead but he fixed it quickly, for much much less than I expected, and it works better now than it ever has! This place is amazing. Had something wrong with my pc and despite them having some technical difficulties with the building, they still took my pc to run a diagnostics test. Got my pc back the next day, definitely going back whenever I decide to upgrade. Customer service here is beyond great. Wish I could give more stars.

Had an issue with my laptops fan, that if untreated would be a huge issue, was out of warranty so no chance with manufacturers. Gave these guys a call, they gave a time to come in and get it checked out. Needless to say they were professional and extremely courteous when handling my business. Had a fun time just talking to them about stuff as well. Great people 10/10 would recommend for someone looking for any kind of pc or console based support. Quick and fast too, saved me some money and I got my pc back not even an hour later.

George is an amazing person, especially when it comes to working with electronics. I told him that recently when I was playing my games that they would have minor stops in between play which was extremely frustrating. I told him this and in less then a day he had been able to tell me what the problem is and fixed it. If that was not enough I was even able to purchase a new smaller case and he managed to fit everything that was inside of my original tower into it. I was extremely impressed considering that I had a tower that was triple the size of my new one. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking to have a good gaming experience or simply need a repair all for a cheap affordable price.

Great guys, really hooked us up and got my husbands computer set up.

The owner of the shop, George was very useful in giving me detailed information about computer parts and helping me piece together a list of parts to put a gaming pc together. When all the pieces came in he even went out of the way and gave me a call and asked if i would like to help put it together! Whilst putting the pc together, George informed me a lot about the different parts and its purposes, making a great experience and not just a college professor lecturing.
