They seem to have updated their policy on printing things. You use to be able to walk in and use a computer to print a document self service. But now they require you to sign in and wait until you have your one on one time with the single employee who will then direct you to the same computer that used to be self service. Effectively changing a 5 minute maximum time into a 30 minute waist of time. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This place needs to get it together. Its an office store with very little office items in stock and barely anyone to assist. They are very short staffed, so no one was working the entire floor and only one register was open. When I asked the guy at at the register for help on the floor he explained that he was new and they were short staffed. He said that one of the workers from the fax and printing area would be out to help us when they got time. It was around 11am when I visited and the printing area was packed. The one register had a line of about 6 to 8 people waiting. I only waited because I needed a small computer desk by the next morning and although the website said theyre were some in-stock, I couldnt find any of them but the display. After a little over 10 minutes a lady came out to help the three of us waiting and did her best. I was the second to be helped only to be told that there were none in-stock and that I couldnt buy the display. Also, it would be 3 days if I ordered it. The only reason I gave them two stars is because of the lady that helped. She was practically helping two people at the same time then went and helped at the register. Its just piss-poor management to be this short staffed on a Monday at 11am and as the only supposed Officer store in Killen.

The customer service here was amazing. The employee named Lilly took her time and helped me fix my wedding programs on Microsoft Word and even helped pick out better paper than what I bought originally. My wedding programs came out beautiful thanks to Lilly. I hope the manager sees this review because she definitely deserves some type of recognition for her dedication to give superior customer service.

The associate with the cranberry plastic ponytail with significantly rude and unhelpful fortunately there were other employees who had no problem doing their job in the printing section. Because the employee was so rude and made it quite uncomfortable to come back for service but I obviously needed papers printed and faxed unfortunately the employee with the pink wig was also not helpful and its very rude to stare especially since she had pink plastic hair I should have been the one staring should have made a whole Snapchat but Im not one to gossip.

I would not recommend going to this location it took over an hour before I was actually assisted. Doing the self printing didnt even work I has to get assistance. They said something about me signing in. It was my first time going and I didnt know I was supposed to sign it. There was a very small sign to sign in. I found it odd because this company does posters and so forth. You have all these other big signs for doing it yourself but not to get assistance. Its about customer service and I didnt feel like the employees tried to help. Nothing about ill be with you shortly or anything. If I could i would rate no star to be honest. I would never go to this location ever again. I asked for a 8x10 photo and they couldnt even give me a photo to cover whole page it was a wide photo. Read reviews before going !!!

Horrible customer service! I ordered a computer desk for over $700 and they lost it. Ive called 4 times over 2 weeks and its always the same story from a person in another country that sounds like a scripted robot. sir I am so sorry for your trouble, I assure you that we will take care of you. They say we will have to escalate to the resolution team and NOTHING happens!!!! Run away, dont order from OfficeMax/DEPOT. Youve been warned. SUCKS!!!!

I purchased a Serta Office chair on 7 Mar 2021, at 11:43 AM . I opted to have them assemble the char for $15.00. They told me it would be ready within 24 hours for pickup. I called them the following day at about 2:30 and was informed it was not assembled because they had no one to assemble it. I was told it should be ready the next day. The next day they called and left a message at about 11:45 saying the chair was ready for pickup. When I arrived on Wed 10 Mar to get the chair. The chair did not tilt, and the book for the chair was not available. I told the I had to have the book as it showed ever feature of the chair and the warranty. One employee went to a computer, when they couldnt download the book, the attempted to give me a copy of the book that they apparently removed from another box. By this time I was ready to get a refund. Imagine, One guy told me he wasnt going to dumpster dive for a book. I ask why would anyone throw away the book that belonged to a customer, it was separate from the assembly instructions and was necessary to prove the warranty if needed and believe me any chair made by True Innovations will need replacement parts, my last chair was 5 months old and broke in Oct 2020 as of this date True innovations still have not sent me the correct replacement parts. Customer service at this location is terrible. of course this is nothing new, you always have to first find someone and them chase them down for help, it has been this way long before COVID19.

I went into Office Depot for the first time to make missing dog signs on the December 23, 2020. The staff members were very rude to me. It was a man that was being the rudest and a couple ladies. I did not catch any names. The man was very unhelpful and tried to be little me. The Man and the ladies had very rude tones to their voice and I felt disrespected. All I wanted was to find where my prints came out and they wouldnt even walk to show me where, instead they made me find it and kept saying its over there! They werent even busy or doing anything. Where they were pointing looked like a spot that should only be accessed by staff member because they kept pointing behind their desk. So I was hesitant. I couldnt tell where they wanted me to go. Turns out it was to the side of their desk in a very un-noticeable spot.

I have always used Office Max/Office Depot fir business and printing and I was happy to find them “open”. I stopped in the way in to check their hours and I saw 8 pm close time and it was 6:55. Just needed a few things tho so I was glad. Then a new employee ran up to see what I needed and said I would have to check out at the print desk. She gave no indication they were closed. She goes off and a gut is shadowing me. Then suddenly the lights go off. No announcement that they were closing soon ir anything. So I call the girl over to ask her if they were closed, that u checked the hours when u walked in. Well she let me know that’s only M-F. And she said it rudely.People y’all need to announce it. It was rude to just turn off the lights. It was rude to tell me in an argumentative tone that I was wrong. I am not happy as opposed to how I usually feel when I leave.

Really horrible experience with the print shop. Ordered a 24x36 poster and 3 8x10 prints.. Colors weren’t quite right on the poster (it happens, no big deal) but redhead lady was being incredibly rude when I inquired about it and possibly getting a reprint. Returned the following day because the 8x10s we ordered were actually 8.5x11 and would not fit in the frame. I would have cut it myself but the image had scaled and it would cut off. When asking about reprints we were told that they didn’t have 8x10 and they were going to cut it yesterday but it would hit the image so they just gave it to me wrong anyway without letting me know at the time of pickup. Incredibly unprofessional for what should be a full print shop. Would not recommend office max/depot to anyone.

I would go here to print out labels to send packages but now they’re forcinga $2.50 for printing one paper out because they want people to start using the machines however we are in a pandemic and I’m pretty sure they don’t clean those machines especially when they’re old. But I don’t know how to use an old printer so I guess I’ll have to go buy one now from Walmart right now lost my business.

I actually like coming here but today will probably be my last day. The wait is horrible. Maybe they should hire more people or something because this is the worst. All I needed to do was fax and I had to wait over an hour. Just terrible. They only had one employee in the service center. The last time I came I had a similar issue. So Im done with them. I had to drop off a package via FedEx and needed a receipt... stood in line for about 10 min . No one greeted me or asked if I needed help ... that is a part of customer service. Also no one let me know you have to check in so if you dont know that you will be completely avoided . They had about 3 workers working in the copy and print center and not one acted like they cared .

This is probably the best service at I have gotten from any store in a long time. The staff was willing to listen and accommodate the things that I wanted to get done and with no problems at all I was able to return an item that wasnt exactly what I wanted. I always get great service at Office Max and Paul is especially knowledgeable and helpful. If you shop there a lot using your Rewards, you can earn VIP status which gives you an extra discount, even on sale and special priced items. Sean was wonderful, he not only assisted me on the purchased, but carried out to my car. Prices are good and selection is quite limited but better than Staples. The place was organized and clean.

I had always loved coming here and never experienced any issues until today. I need a few things done at the copy center and was in line for about 20 to 25 minutes. I watched the employees spend about 10 minutes with each customer before me so I figured my order would be no big deal. When it was my turn, I was told I would have to make an order that probably wouldnt be done today because there were higher priority orders they needed to complete. I need 4 books bound, just bound and 4 pieces of paper laminated. Thats it. I understand the books, kind of, but the 4 pages to be laminated would take longer than 4 hours to complete. There were also 3 total employees behind the counter... I didnt understand. The lady helping me just said sorry and then moved on to someone else. I wish there was somewhere else to go in Killeen for this kind of stuff but there isnt and that sucks because I dont want to ever come back here.

I went here yesterday. There were 2 employees behind the counter at the Copy Center. One male and one female. The female was busy with another customer while the guy, who always seem to dodge an opportunity to assist a customer was busy doing nothing. After the female Copy Center Assistant finished with the customer in front of me she greeted me with a smile. However, the attitude of the guy behind the counter and the cashier at the register gave me the impression they really didnt want to be there. They are very lack-luster when it comes to attending a customers needs. Needless to say, an hour and a half later the female who first helped me called 2 hours later to ask me if I wanted my fliers folded face-out or face-in. She called back seconds later to tell me their Letter Folding machine was not working. I went back and picked my job up and thanked a different person for trying. I wish they had told me this before I left the first time. Customer service is not a priority here as it is at the Temple location. Ill be taking all my business there instead of this location- even though I live in Killeen, because James at the Temple location understands the value of having the right attitude towards a customers needs.

Nice enough place, but I came in looking for a cross fountain pen that was on sale. A couple employees walked right past me and didn’t ask me if I needed help - even though I was clearly looking for something specific. I had to go to the front and then the lady was just kind of rude. She showed me where the display was but when the didn’t have it, she didn’t offer to check the back either. I would have asked but it seemed like I was bothering her as it was. Ended up driving 40 minutes away to an Office Depot, where the employee was awesome and got me one from the back!

Ordered 2 spiral bound copies, spent around 200. Wanted separators for the chapters. Too easy right. Ordered at 1000 in the morning with a pick up time of 1900 (that’s 9 hours). Walked in at 1900 on the dot to pick up my order. Girl at the counter said “oh you the guy with the paragraph markings...yeah I don’t know how to do that”. So for 9 hours instead of finding out how to do “that” you thought it was ok for me as the customer to drive to your location at the time my product was supposed to be done to be told that you don’t know how to do that. Here is a solution for you Office Max if you are not going to train your employees on the products, don’t advertise that you can do it. I am currently out of 200 dollars with no product in my hand. I strongly suggest you look at other more professional establishments for binding/copying needs. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

This is the most run down, dirty, unpleasant office max I’ve ever visited in my life! How is this place still open. All you have to do is speak and sell office supplies how hard is that. No one greets you, no one ask if you need help, no one’s at the register when your ready to check out. I’d rather look around Walmart for office supplies than deal with this place again.

Great experience! I came in to buy a computer desk I came to look at yesterday. Sean the sales rep was able give me the sale price because I was not informed that sale ended yesterday when I was in the store. Sean also waived the $30 fee for 3 day delivery because they were conducting inventory in the back. Saved over $130.

Customer service in the printing dept. Was not the best. They got the job done, but a smile or better attitude is usually the best way to a customers heart. The only reason I am giving it a 3 stars is because they did hold my sunglasses for me until I picked them up and the cashier who rung me up was very nice.

Its just i guess they just get so busy sometimes that it takes time before they can attend to you. If i may suggest, maybe they can add an extra help on those peak hours so people arent waiting for too long on something so simple. Needed it on the weekend.Store called on Saturday and we fixed whatever was wrong with the order even though I followed all of the steps on the website. No biggie, I just needed it done before Monday.I called on Monday. Rep told me that they were still having problems with my order and they would contact me when it was resolved.Went to a meeting without the paperwork that I needed. Disappointed but still willing to work with it for future meetings.But today I still havent received e-mail, text, or phone call.Seemed like an easy thing. This is good for ink and things. Several back to school deals. Keep in mind that many deals are cheap, 1 cent, if you buy at least five dollars worth of other items. There are limits though and its not much that you can get. Gets less and less each yr. Bought ink last week and have not been able to get it to work. Ink seems old. I always go here for ink though and lamenated items. Its not in a crowded area either off Lowes Blvd.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to find out the project I paid $50 for them to print was done incorrectly. 0 effort was put in to even attempt to follow the instructions on the order. Back to wait in line for another 20 minutes to get a half-hearted apology and told it will be ready tomorrow. My fault for waiting last minute and doubly my fault for not spending the extra $5 and just going to Fed-Ex Kinkos to have it done correctly the first time. Wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemy.

I came in to pick up my order.. the lady behind the counter was busy on her cellphone in front of the computer. I waited for a few minutes to be noticed by her but I guess her cellphone kept her busy. So, I asked a cashier for help and she heard me called out. She put down her cellphone and told the guy cashier that she will do it. She was rude and her tone of voice wasnt welcoming. She didnt greet and thank me at all. When you elect to receive your receipt by email you are in fact also signing up to office max spam. I purchased a water in the store and asked the cashier if I would be spammed by putting in my email. She said no and stated Office Max would only send me the receipt. Well... two days later I had an email from Office Max saying Thank You For Subscribing and that I would be getting sales emails, etc. I unsubscribed. The cashiers should be informed that this happens so they can tell the customer because when I asked I was told it would not happen and it did.The store also was poorly stocked (It had very few options for Avery labels and was completely out of others) and understaffed (in the print section).

I ordered 2 different sets of flyers that Friday morning before 2pm so I could go pick them up later that day so I could have them for Saturday. My confirmation email Your Order is Ready never came in until Saturday, so once I went to pick up my flyers they were not even ready. Their print machines were down which were understandable but confusing at the same time because of my email I recieved that morning, but anyway, I was patient enough to wait til Monday to go pick up my orders and I went in around 8pm to pick up my flyers and only 1 set was printed and they were not printed correctly smh and the other set they couldnt even find the design. Not only is there good customer service and friendly staff here, but I like that I can go in and but things and at least one of the staff shows interest in what Im doing. On one visit I had looked at envelopes and an employee was asking what they were for, which I told him they were for birth announcements. And we had a whole conversation about them. I was just seen by an employee that really left me with no desire to return to this store. I needed a fax.m, as I approach the counter the lady never greeted me, didn’t listen to me as y was trying to explain when I needed and how I needed it, then proceeded to help the person behind me and I literally had to let her know that I was ready after the 4th time of she passing right in front of me while I held the paper in hand and looked right at her. Then she charged me and left me there while she saw someone else. Oh and I could tell she was on a call through her Bluetooth. The store was the one on Lowes blvd. Killeen. TX. Called in to get a price check for color printed flyers and was put on a silent hold for nearly 10 minutes. I hung up and called right back and was hung up on 3 straight times. Its very unfortunate that employees are intentionally turning down potential customers. Thats bad for business. I would rate this 0 stars if there was an option to do so.

This is my go to spot printing graphics and such. The staff is always helps. However there doesn’t seem to be enough staff and there’s always a line.
