Went in the evening of the 4th, Nick was the ONLY cashier. He had a line to the back of the store and he was still so kind, and got everyone through line very quickly! Thanks Nick! You deserve a raise!

Nice clean store, great deals, friendly atmosphere, good gas station food !

Walked into the store around 130am was greeted by music blaring from a portable speaker that I guess the employee uses. Doughnuts were in trays on the ground with no employee putting them away and flys flying around them. My brother was with me and picked up a prepackaged 7 eleven cookie and was very rudely told to put that back! With no initial reasoning until he asked and was told by the employee because I havnt put those in the system yet. So why are they on the store floor already? Your employee was very rude lacked customer service and does not deserve having his job if he cant take it seriously with a professional demeanor. I will not be going back to this location and will advise others to stay away.

So are the jalapeño cream cheese taquitos a thing of the past? All my friends love them but we cannot get our hands on any since none of the 711s carry them anymore. Is that up to the branch owner? The manager? Who decides that they won’t put them out for customers?

First time getting gas here in a long time. I truly liked that there was HAND SANITIZER at each gas pump! Awesome 7-Eleven. Everyone should follow this.

I was just in 7-11 probably for the last time and I went in with no mask and the lady who wanted me to put one on didnt have one on or it was below her nose and mouth then threatened to call the police on me. She should have called the police on her employee i know the owner and real manager and its embarrassing if ur going to require a mask wear one yourself

The 7-Eleven on Elms Road and Clear Creek always are so nice and I love the fresh hot snacks near the register.

There is a mask mandate in Texas, please tell your employees they need to wear them. I was there on 07/10/2020 Friday at 8:45 PM and one of your male employees had his mask hanging off one of his ears and your female employee had a mask on under her chin.

The customer service is excellent, quick in and out service. Money order and atm need to be updated because at a 200 limit with the atm it takes forever to pull out a large amount of money for western union

Super friendly staff. Actually smile a lot! Its a typical 7/11, with fresh coffee, doughnuts, and pretty much whatever you may need.I was pleasantly surprised a couple of days ago to see their gas prices were 2 cents lower than WalMart! Good gas, too. I shop there often for quick needs. Easy in and out. Nothing negative to say.

The cashiers and management team are amazing. My husband and I usually go around 630am and thats our spot, nowhere else.

Stopped using the location always seen the extra change .25ct charge on my receipt and finally asked one day the black manager was charging my girlfriend multiple cups a day just to mix her coffee and use it as a double cup she’d use 2 cups and get chargedes for more, I know they get each cup for way cheaper come on 7/11

The food here is sometimes not as fresh tasting as other McDonalds. The staff is not as friendly as expected. Most of the staff is teenagers, but the managers do not seem to be doing good at customer service training.
