This is a clean, organized store. Good location and attentive staff

Stocked up with lots of goods and excellent courteous customer service

Store was great until new management team took over in November. Josh is an outstanding employee but the rest of the, all new, came with new manger and now they only want you in and out. Customer service has dropped, drink machines barely work, store isnt stocked and team isnt social.

Store is brighter and cleaner than it previously has been. Coffee is very fresh tasting in the mornings now. Noticeable improvements have been made.

Every time I stop by this store they never refill the windshield cleaner, and trash is over flowing. Can yall address this problem?

Several days have gone by and this company has still not reached out to resolve my loss of money at their store. Not even a single phone call saying were working on it. These people do not care about customers. I wouldnt shop here if i were you. Spend your money else where, where people actually care for their customers

I went to this store twice, and on both occasions two separate employees were rude to me. The store is clean, and has all you need, but the managing department needs to work on their employees when it comes to customer service.

Horrible customer service. I came here today to get gas. I had a very long work day driving over an hour from Austin. I paid cash for chips and gas. I also asked the lady if they had air. She replied we do, its a 1.50, its cheaper across the street instead of offering free air to a paying customer, she recommends me to drive across the street. I get out, go across and forgot i paid for gas..i come back and Stephanie the assistant manager tells me oh, sorry, someone pumped your gas, we cannot do anything for you i am a manager, rule #1 is take care of the customers. Even if you cannot help, assure them you will do what you can. She was just rude. A few minutes before as i was paying for gas, she was cursing infront of customers?! Seriously?! Lack of professionalism. I had to get the corporate office information from her and she told me to call her boss tomorrow. I will not be returning to this store and i will be telling all of my customers to stay away.

Its clean you can get .85 cents refill and the employees I met are nice

Drove across town to get to the store for cash back and when I got to the register I was told I couldnt get cash back because he was alone and working two registers. I honestly dont see what that has to do with getting cash back but okay.

Less than one star Ive been in this location and every time I have to tell the cashier they rang up the order wrong. 2 sodas and 1 roller item does not come $13.00 and when you say hey that doesnt sound right the cashier gets an attitude to correct theyre mistake as if its your fault.

Their customer service is horrible!! I asked for change at the register so I could use the air pump & the cashier who looked like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed did not tell me it was not working. not that they care but Ill definitely keep driving to any other store but this one!
