I did a delivery pick-up here. Employee informed me that they were out of breakfast burritos. I explained to employee that I was a delivery driver not the customer. He kept insisting for me to choose a replacement item. I asked him to please call the customer and tell them. He couldnt find the number so I called from the app.The place isnt very clean on the inside. The outside plaza looks nice so I expected the same for the inside.

Best sausage and cheese kolaches in town. When they switched locations we followed bc they have the best and are the nicest people :)

I love their donuts I love the breakfast sandwiches croissants and hot dogs in bread 🍞🥪 they have good service a nice drive thru and polite workers.

This donut shop in the past has donated left over donuts to the homeless and Relay for Life when I called and asked for them. Many years ago, they donated to a special needs kids camp as well. The customer service was wonderful. I visited when some other local.ones were closed. Im glad I found them open. Lots of variety. There is a drive up window also if you want to avoid as much contact as possible. It is in the same lot as Subway and Blades off Stan Schlueter Loop and Robinett.

We went to this shop today, and my son asked for a “chocolate & white chocolate striped” donut. Since it was his birthday, I asked if they could do this for him, and it came out perfectly! The men at the window were friendly about it, too! Not to mention, the donuts were crispy and light, and we fed 4 people for under $7! I will definitely be coming back.

The donuts are fresh all the time. My kids love the donuts holes. Customer service is good too, need to say that most of the time I take the window.Only reason I gave 4 star was that my last purchase I ask for half a dozen donuts (3 Choco 3 glaze) I guess she was out because I had a variety of donuts. I should be informed that she is out and asked if I want different kind of donuts.

Best Donuts lost a loyal customer today. After arriving home with a box of donuts that were supposed to be jelly filled, once again they were not. This has happened to me more then three times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Good donuts. I try to avoid sweets like donuts but i tried the bacon maple donut and i had to have another one. Also thier donuts arent too sweet like most donuts that are straigh sugar from the frosting to the dough.

Im going to get straight to the point. Their kolaches are NOT always fresh baked that morning as they claim. This has been an ongoing issue for me with them. Sometimes I go in and theyre fresh then sometimes I go in and theyre day old. When I go in I tell them, I want fresh baked kolaches from the back and I do not want them microwaved. When they give it to me I open the box and feel them. When I question them to confirm that they are fresh baked that morning they reassure me that they were fresh baked that morning. They were hard and I know they were NOT baked that morning. I know the difference because I have gotten fresh baked kolaches (from them) and they are awesome! In fact, they were my favorite donut shop in all of Killeen! I live across town and sometimes Ill drive there, on the weekends, because I love their kolaches…WHEN THEY ARE BAKED FRESH THAT MORNING! I gave a low score because I hate it when people lie to me; especially to my face! Just seems like bad customer service to me. Look…If you have product leftover from the previous day then by all means sell it…as day old and discounted! Dont piss on my leg and tell me its raining! Jerks!

Best doughnuts Ive had in Killeen perfect not cloyingly sweet glaze natural tasting chocolate and very friendly people (aside from the new girl they hired shes a nightmare).

Not impressed one bit, ordered ham and cheese croissant and what do I get but cheap ass pressed ham that you get at H-E-B that is not even real ham. Do yourself a favor and just drive to another donut shop and save yourself the hassle.
