Absolutely delicious and friendly, quick and refreshing. I love this place specially for extremely hot days.

This is not a shaved ice shop it is a snow cone shop with crunchy ice. We were disappointed with the flavors and it not being shaved ice. Banana bucs has way better shaved ice and better flavors. People may be coming for the mangonadas.

Love the ice snow ones but the young ladies that work there always forget to add extra cream BUT NEVER FORGET TO CHARGE YA SO BE WARN

Was out just tooling around and Mr.Snow jumped out in front of me and I had to stop. It was just what I needed on a hot Texas day. I had the apple/caramel shaved ice with extra cream and it was awesome. I would rate them higher because the portion and service were top shelf but the line wait is terrible. Its worth the wait, just long.

My wife and I have been coming here for past 3 years. Great delicious snow cones. A very long list of flavors to choose. The service is also great. Well be coming here more often since the weather is hot.

The product is absolutely great. We had delicious snow cones and I would definitely go back for that. What I didnt care for was how rude, cold, and short the customer service was. We felt rushed while ordering then when we received our snow cone at the drive thru we werent give a spoon, straws or napkins. My husband waved to get their attention and wasnt acknowledged so he tapped on the window. They opened it and seemed bothered for sure. The way the window was closed and opened just seemed rude. Not to mention not a single word was exchanged. Maybe we just went at the wrong time.

Best place for Chamoyadas and Mangonadas, no ones shaved ice and flavors compare. There is a reason why they usually have such a long line outside of the modest building! Great elotes en vaso also, the products are consistent, no surprises or let downs, just the same wonderful service everytime!

Its the best place to get snow cones like my favorite is french vanilla because it actually tastes like vanilla ice cream.

Excellent shaved ice and munchies food. Relaxed, Island atmosphere with thatched roof decor and music. You can almost smell the ocean and feel the warm tropical breeze....

Mr. Snow is on point with them treats. Crazy good selection of flavors, and hot treats that hit the spot. During this visit I had the pineapple snow cone and frito pie, my little lady wanted to try cherry cheesecake with strawberry shortcake. It was all good and set up for a nice outing. Overall, I do enjoy coming by whenever we happen to be in the area. Gone in the past and has not disappointed. The staff may be busy, but they are still patient, friendly and prompt.

I’m kind of upset that I waited SO long to try this place. It’s really good! There are a lot of flavors for shaved ice. I would guess over 20. I had a strawberry mango smoothie and I’m now in love! There are obviously more options than smoothies and shaved ice. So I suggest that you give them a try. The shaved ice come in small, medium, and large. The small is a little larger than a cup and a half of shaved ice. The price is reasonable at about $1.79.

My Mr. Snow cone was AMAZING. I had a Jumbo size Mr. Snow. The flavor last all the way to the last sip. Thats EXCELLENT!!!!!

Awesome place to stop in. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and their menu is huge. I was just expecting some Italian ice but they have snacks, ice cream, smoothies and more. Definitely will be going back.

I love the snow cone/slushy here. They are so delicious. My favorite combo is Tigers Blood w/Clear Strawberry and I add condensed milk. I keep saying Im going to try other flavors but I never do.

My kids love this place! Tons of flavors to choose from. The wait can be a little long sometimes but for the most part its a good place to get a snow!!

Awesome place to get some treats. Besides some snacks, thats all you can expect on the menu though. But its an ice cream shop so its for treating yourself and others, not having a three course meal. The staff have always been friendly and patient with us (lots of flavors to choose from!)Prices are average, not cheap nor expensive. Ice cream is not soft serve but they keep it at the perfect temp where the scoops come just right and not rock hard. Dont think some of the flavors are just for kids. Birthday Cake and Cotton Candy are awesome as cones or shakes! Do yourself a favor and get yourself an a friend something here at least once.

Our place to go when were getting our vehicle worked on next door. They are EXCEPTIONALLY priced, EXCEPTIONALLY portioned out in what they give us ALWAYS, and the staff is very sweet. Its a pleasure going there...and they got the jams bumping & Cozumel feel going for them..need the beach! :)

We went and bought 3 ice cream cones it came to a total of almost 10 dollars so much grandkids are eating and when my granddaughter get thru half her cone she shows me the cone they put scoop of ice cream on it and left the cone completely empty. What the heck?

First experience was good, second experience I asked for the same exact order paid more than the first time and then the extra item I asked for wasnt even on the snowball after I kept asking did she add it and all she kept saying was yes. But of course it wasnt added. Other than that its was good.

Snow cones are amazing! Lots of flavors to choose from. They also have a decent sitting area outside with an island feel.

Ice cream to die for...Ive tried a few flavors and have NOT been disappointed at ALL. I have yet to try other treats that they have to offer because Im so stuck on Thier ice cream. I definitely recommend this place to ANYONE with a sweet tooth or just anyone in the mood for a sweet treat. And ladies its definitely worth a cheat day from your diet.

We have been Im coming to Mr snow for a few years now. The last few months this place has been a train wreck. The kids who work there have no manners. I tried to order a chocolate snowball today, I told the girl I needed a minute to choose a flavor. I told her that I was ready 4 different times and finally got fed up and drove to the window. I am formed her that the intercom must have been broken and her reply was oh no, I heard you I told the girl that I wanted a chocolate snowball and she told me the chocolate flavor would cost me $3 because its a special flavor. I told her I have never paid $3 for a flavor before, maybe 25 cents extra. She told me well that is the price now if you want chocolate. So either Mr.Snow is getting greedy or the employees they are just dont want to make snowballs. I will be letting people know about the terrible service we have been receiving the last few times we had gone and that there is a major price increase. We have no issue driving a few extra miles for better service.

Its a nice mom and pop like shop you can visit when its hot out. The ice is really finely shaven and they use a perfect amount of flavor.

Really great icecream and service. But the drive through option was a hassle because there wasnt s container for the waffle cone. A friend and I picked up 3 sundaes for us and her spouse, and driving home was terrible because the ice cream was melting and without containers it spilled all over my lap.

This was such a cute place they have great ice cream, snow cones, nachos, they have alot of great snacks absolutely recommend this place.

Great place for ice-cream or sno-cone. Or ask for a love-nest, where you get both of great worlds, (ice-cream in the sno-cone). Service was good. And everyone is busy in the kitchen. So if you are waiting for your order, its because they are working hard.
