Great location! Great staff!

I went in here just trying to buy protien powder, and was shockingly surprised by how friendly the employees were. I loved this place. There are very few places with great customer service and variety of items, and deals to choose from. Everything met my expectations (especially the staff). Thank you so much, and keep up the good work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I stopped in to grab some drinks and saw they had some new products that I had not seen in other GNC stores. The employee took the time to explain what they were and he mixed up some right there so I could try it. I will certainly be going back! I would absolutely recommend.

The store was nice & everything. But today I saw the General Manager was brought into the hospital, he passed out because this store do not have Air Conditioning. Apparently it’s been like that for the last 3 months. People that works there including the GM was telling the company to get the AC fixed but unfortunately no actions was made. It’s such a shame that someone’s health was put in danger because of the heat. Just wished company could’ve thought the of safety of their employees. It’s summer time & HELLO we’re in TEXAS it’s like 115 degrees outside. I’m praying that the guy is okay & hopefully the company actually get the AC fixed to avoid incidents like this.

Brennan the manager does a great job and enjoyed his recent in store pro appearance, which brought me back in for purchasing new products.

My review is strictly based off of one visit to this GNC. I bought one type of product as well: a variety of protein bars. All but one of the protein bars had clearly been in a very hot environment for a long time because you could tell by the (almost impossible to chew) chewy texture and off-color. Like I said, Id bought a few different kind of bars and all but one were unedible. It is obvious that either a shipment came and was left out in the hot texas sun for some time, or whoever delivers the bars there doesnt have a climate controlled truck? Ive never had this experience at the Vitamin shoppe, so I will probably just continue to go there for all of my supplements and bars to be on the safe side. This could have just been a one-time thing at this GNC, but if this is something that happens alot, I figured people might want to be aware so they dont waste their money as well.

Everytime I call they never answer, Also went in there on two occasions and the guy was behind the counter playing a video game on his phone. Now I see why they never answer
