This wawa used to have the best staff. Twice this week there is coffee everywhere. Today there was no coffee. The 2 people behind the counter didnt have any new carafes of coffee ready for 3 or 4 different kinds of coffee. Coffee was all over in front of the carafes. What a mess.There used to be the best staff there. Everything was clean at all times and they had people running the registers who were fast to get everyone checked out and on with their day.What happened?

Ordered my fav. A breakfast burrito and half of the stuff I ordered building the burrito was missing. No cheese at all and i ordered cheese. He put 2 spinach leaves in the sandwich and a half scoop of salsa. Then I get the burrito over cooked. Not happy. The staff just seemed tired or exhausted.

I went into wawa quick to grab milk and there was a line. Not super long, but long enough to get impatient. Reggie managed to use two registers at one time making the line go incredibly fast. I was super super impressed! He definitely has an awesome work ethic. Deserves a raise!

Staff is polite and friendly. Food is prepared quickly. No gas station here. Just FYI.

Talk about cool, they were out of marshmallows for my coffee so I looked under the cabinets myself trying to help out and they employee that was selling other things asked me can I help you? When when I told him I was only off by a cabinet however, he dug through everywhere trying to get me some but failed because they were out! I was cool with it because hey, everybody runs out every now and then. And then the guy says to me because Im out of marshmallows your coffee is on me today. How cool, but I told him no and I paid for my coffee.Wawa is top shelf!If youre looking for a bathroom, this is an old school Wawa so no but they have one next door. Ha!

At lunch I ordered a 10 inch hoagie and the lobster bisque. They came out at different times and in my hurry I forgot the soup. I gave them a quick call and Drew said he would be happy for me to pick up the soup later and spoke with the next shift manager so I could do so. Work ran really late and it at 6:30 at night I was able to walk right back in with my receipt and before I could prove that I had purchased it they said oh yeah heres your soup. Amazing care for their customers.

The worst wawas I have ever been to. My food was made terribly. It was very burnt. They need to retrain their employees. Make sure you check your sandwiches before you leave.

You die or have a near death experience every time you try to park and or leave. Packed wt 1 cashier working. Nothing to eat. The only good thing is the tarot card psychic next door which I go to to find out if im going to die pulling out of the parking lot

The bacon mac and cheese was delicious. But our Paini was barely toasted and had WAY too much pesto on it and our warm chocolate chip cookies were greasy. We eat at Wawa in Florida and its so much better then this one.

Unfortunately this Wawa is on the way to work so I have to go here. There are a few staff members behind the counter making sandwiches that cant be quiet and just do their job. Dropping F bombs and discussing how much they hate working there. Guess what? We hate the fact you work there too!There are definitely some good people there but the few bad eggs really hurt this place. The GM, Mun, needs to make some decisions on his people.

Would have more stars if it wasnt for the girls behind the sandwich counter that couldnt stop their personal conversation long enough to make my drink in under 10 minutes. Its not talk, do something work related for 3 seconds, stop, talk some more.... Work and talk, girls, work AND talk.

I love Wawa and stop in one location or another 3-4 times a week. This location is closest to my home but I have started to drive the extra mile to the new location on 202. Poor management and rude cashiers. Also, good luck buying a hot dog after 5pm.

Ive been going to this Wawa for a long time and just started a job which makes it my morning stop. Multiple times Ive stopped in and found no breakfast sandwiches and one time when I asked if there were any to be made the associate lied to me and said no (a manager was making some minutes later.) I recently picked up a sandwich and opened it at lunch and found it was wrong and not something I would eat (plain chicken meat with nothing on it.) When I returned it the manager apologized but offered more attitude than anything else. Its obvious that some of the staff dont know what good customer service is

No gas station, market only. Parking area is SMALL. the wait for my specialized beverage (pumpkin chai latte) was a bit long but it was delicious. In fact, this is the only Wawa that makes it not overly sweet- tasted like how it tasted last year when I was first introduced to the drink.

One of the worst breakfast sandwiches Ive gotten from a Wawa. Very soggy and messy. Drain the water off the condiments properly!!

This Wawa is a converted 7-11 so it doesn’t have public bathrooms. Still has the excellent choice of MTO food plus good case salads and wraps ready to go.But the parking is awkward and limited. In general I love Wawa’s but this one is lacking.

How is it possible to prepare and serve food and not have a restroom? You will take my money for a sandwich but I cant use the toilet? Might as well be a corner bodega.

Food and staff are great. Really its a good Wawa, but theres no bathroom and the parking lot is a nightmare.

I had so many issues at this wawa. One of the workers cleared our order on the computers and claimed there was another person there. Also they were out of mashed potatoes so I had to get a refund on our order after we already payed. And to top that all off after we got our meals after waiting so long we come home open our meals and looks like we got a meatball sandwich, which is what another lady ordered, not us, instead of a tuna hoagie which is what we actually ordered. Do not recommend this wawa at all.

Food prep people are disgusting, Ive literally never seen them change their gloves. Absolutely disgusting how they can touch bacon, Then go off making someones veggie sandwich. Prep stations do not get cleaned during their shift. Im sure this is definitely against osha answer surfsafe ruling. No respect for somebody who might be a vegetarian/not eat pork or might have food allergies.

Never stopping here ever again. I waited more than 10 minutes for a 16 oz iced coffee! After hearing the two cooks bickering about whos going to make it I asked for my money to be refunded and the cashier didnt ask me for what reason.I also over heard another girl asking about her beverage and the employee said yes I know and continued to make sandwiches ignoring her.Worst Wawa ever. Terrible management as well.

Love Hoagiefest! This store is always super busy during lunch hour, but the wait time is reasonable and worth it for a great hoagie to take back to the office.

This is a good old-school Wawa location. If you arent getting gas, there are no pumps which mean things move more smoothly.

The location is pretty bad and usually causes a lot of traffic both ways. The parking is also bad at times and trying to go through the parking lot can be dangerous. It is pretty updated inside.

Love the people there! Fun employees, a great place to stop in when traveling.

Had a terrible experience today and last visit with David who prepares food at this WawaLast visit: he said Sizzli will be available 5 am onwardsI went at 5 am sharp and the lady preparing sizzli made me wait till 6 am but she did not prepare 1 sizzli, she said she was preparing for orders for the rest of the day. Basically ZERO customer satisfaction, instead worried about customers who may visit laterToday: Order white hot chocolate and Coffee Latte, David gave us 2 coffees with no labels, we had to call the manager and she opened the lids to identify the drinks. Also he spoke very RUDELY while making the panini and also stating they are both hot chocolates and dont need identificationI used to like this Wawa once upon a time for their service and food quality, times have changed

Came in early this morning to get food and use a bathroom. The girl at the counter said they have no bathrooms. What type of food place off of the turnpike doesnt have bathrooms!? I didnt get any food because I had been driving for 4 hrs and needed a restroom more than food.

Today I had a bad experience, I will admit this is the first time Ive ever had a bad experience, I bought a family size soup and the size it use to come in was down sized by at least by 25percent and the price stayed the same,go figure,if they would of said something about the size changes it would of been better

Clean location, located at a major traffic intersection. Unfortunately there is no restroom available to the public. This is the one inconvenience about this convenient store.

Terribly trained employees compared to other stores, also doesnt appear to be any active management. Cashiers and deli workers let the lines grow while talking (inappropriately) aloud to friends and coworkers.
