The place was packed when I went after work but they didnt stop the employees from being on top of things. Within 3 mins I was approached by 3 people asking if I needed help. While I waited for a shoe to try on a 4th employee stopped by to check on me. Outstanding customer service. The shoe I got was amazing as well!

I dont even write reviews but I have to leave this store 1 star. I bought a pair of Air Forces as a gift for someone from this store. However, it was the wrong size and I decided to get a different shoe style from somewhere else and had to return it. When I returned the shoe the cashier told me that it would be refunded to my card. I left and waited about 7 days and didnt see a refund appear. Also on the receipt it did not indicate if the refund went back to my card. It simply just said 0.00 and listed that I returned the shoe. I called customer service twice on different days and still got no response (lines busy). I had to call my bank and start a dispute, something I never normally do. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE ACTUAL STORE UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT YOULL NEVER END UP HAVING TO RETURN IT. Buy online or from somewhere else. The service is awful overall but especially in the store. The store always appears understaffed even on their slowest days. This store also never has enough sizes or shoes even in stock. Just browse and window shop. Do not buy, unless you want to spend time going through the bs Im dealing with now.

Man oh man what can I say about this store. The staff, the selection, AMAZING!!!! It’s times when I miss a release and I can go up there and pick it up. Last night the staff went above and beyond to help me find a shoe.

All of the staff was super accommodating. Found the shoes I needed within 5 minutes and rang me up just as fast. I was rang up by Leslie and helped us for 10 minutes trying to figure out the new FL flx account. Will be back 👨‍🍳

The experience I had with this store was completely unacceptable. This was my first time in a House of Hoops establishment, so I was appalled at the blatant racial profiling exhibited by the employees in the store. My friend and I, who are both African Americans, were followed and watched throughout our whole time in the store. At one point we looked around and noticed that there were 5 white employees surrounding us. Meanwhile there were other white costumers in the store left to freely browse. When I expressed my discomfort and asked why we were being followed one of the employees instructed the other lurking employees to back up. Miraculously they all disappeared. This tactic of intimidation and racial profiling is extremely offensive. Judging by how these employees followed and watched us can lead me to believe that this is normal behavior towards customers of color. I emailed and brought this to the corporate office of the company, who guarantees customers a response within 24 hours, and still have not received anything addressing actions being made towards these employees.

I bought two shoes from here and the staff was horrendous. I was looking around for a while and asked this black chick w/ dreads for shoes in my size and she looked so annoyed and rolled her eyes and stomped off like.... Sorry? My friend tried complimenting her and she was like mhmm she was like ¿Que? Anyways some other dude was just standing there and I never saw her again. Don’t know where she went. And some dude comes up and helps me and my friend. He was cool but strange. And then we went to pay for the shoes and it was probably a hefty day or whatever but still... to that chick if you really hate life that much you should quit your job. Lol don’t even know how u got your job. Surprised your demeanor didn’t get you fired already.

Loved my shopping experience.

Ran in straight from work to pick up some comfortable shoes. Myself and my 70 year old grandpa we were followed around. Stared at but never ask if we needed any help. It was a disgusting display of 0 customer service and I would not recommend this as a respectable or positive shopping experience for anyone of color.

Rude employees who come from the city that have absolutely no training or customer service skills! When you walk in the store and need assistance you have to take your items to the employees to them ask for service. And don’t ever need to call the store because you will be given incorrect information along with sarcastic remarks. And people wonder why the world is going to online shopping only. They don’t want to have to deal with the ignorance inside the stores!!!

Not good not bad

Horrendous service. I placed an order for online pickup within 24 hours, and not only am is it past the 24 hour mark but i cant get anyone from the store to a answer the phone and tell me why I havent gotten okay email to pick up my sneakers. Very frustrating when you spend almost $200 dollars on shoes and your being left in the dark with what you spent your money on.

My fav Footlocker/House of Hoops. The 40 minute drive up to the KOP House of Hoops is with it, and I live 2 minutes from the Deptford NJ one. I always win my Yeezys and raffles from this store, and its always my 3rd pick but as long as I get that W. They have a great selection, nice Employees. Just a great store.

Overall awful experience. Employees always stare and never bother to help. They are very rude otherwise. The floors are unclean and the shoes are never stocked.

I walked into the store and waited patiently for someone to help me, after 12 mins finally a guy that was taking care of a lady asked me if I was being helped. If the store was busy it would make sense but there was less than 10 customers in the store.

Walking into the store Ive never had any issues, but any time Ive ever tried to call no one EVER answers the phone. As someone who has been in the customer service business for 18 years this is pathetic.

This is a great place to shop they always have a great selection of shoes I definitely recommend this place to anyone lookin to actually go ahead and find a great pair of sneakers at a reasonable price the staff is knowledgeable prices are usually the same as in other places but you definitely get what you pay for here so you know youre buying real quality sneakers I definitely will recommend this place to other people

Bought a pair of shoes. They were obviously worn and the box was damaged not to mention they were nearly 30 dollars at their store then they were online. Then when I called the line was dead so I cant even call them to work somthing out
