Great customer service! The team was very helpful, friendly and inviting. I had to ask them to check a few sizes for me for tops that were out of reach and they gave me no kickback absolutely pleasant. Still abiding by strip covid rules so the store is not crowded no matter what time of day. Great sales. Will go back to this location. I dont know who the manager is but great job kudos to you and your team!

Having a hot topic in such a large mall allows the recluse in us all to be satisfied while still spending time out and about

Great selection of licensed apparel. My only complaint about this location is the size of the store. The aisles are really cramped to the point that I bumped something on the floor while trying to politely move around other customers.

If you had and interesting Gen X upbringing, then Hot Topic is a place to spend time with your Gen Z and Millennial kids spending some money. Hard rock/metal/punk, goth, anime... The choices are dark and admired by many, even if you dont have a dark or music-related life, its fun to hunt around for deals or stuff to make life more fun, ESPECIALLY if you have kids you can embarrass by owning the stuff! But I digress. Great head shop to find unique stuff. Ill always shop there for my Ramones gear first. Because, hey, you cant go wrong being cool wearing Ramones stuff when you probably never heard one of their songs. I should be sedated. Always a good time there with good prices and great people. Furries, too!

Kids loved it and spent all of their savings on anime stuff. They like most stores during Covid-19 have a customer limit so you will have to wait to enter. But hey thats the new reality.

Was very clean inside and the store followed covid restrictions. The lady in the store (she had blue hair and was very helpful) helped me look for a M.H.A. jacket despite having to look up high for it. She even asked the manager were there anymore in the back. They didnt have my size but I felt happy knowing she was willing to help me so much. Everyone was actually helpful in the store and at their kiosk. I cant wait to go back.

Great place and the guys were helpful but I didn’t like the fact that it was a small storeI didn’t get the name of the guy that works there who helped me but I needed to find a specific shirt and he understood what I said and found it for me.I recommend visiting,also the mall is great and fun👌🏻

Great selection of products, friendly staff

A little pricy, but often have good sales, such as buy one get one for a dollar or half off. Great place to shop for pop culture themed items. The employees I have encountered are extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint really is how small this store is-if there are more than six shoppers it can be hard to move around. I can only imagine how the holidays will be!

My second home is hot topic. It has all my fandoms, and it makes me really happy to see that others share the same cliques as me

Kind of went downhill for a shop like this. My wife almost exclusively only buys all her clothes from here. Over time the selection has gone way down, and thats not just because she has it. Im all for shopping stores, but you have much better luck online thru hot topics website to find stuff and your size

Get a lot of clothes from here, great selection of graffic tees. Unfortunately this location no longer carries mens pants...*edit* they now do carry men’s pants!

I like Hot Topic in general, but in this particular one, I was wondering about the prices of T-Shirts (They were on sale: Buy 2 get 1 free), so I had to interrupt a group convversation between the employees and ask the price of one shirt. The employee that answered my question talked to me like I was 5, and sassed me a bit while telling me the shirts have prices on them. I thanked her anyway, and then the other employee gave me a fake smile and a thumbs up. I just felt a little disrespected, thats all. It was the body language of the employees that made me upset.

Always has a sale going on, good staff who are helpful, variety of items. However trying to find a shirt sized 2X and above is a bit hit or miss, but other than that I never mind going there.
