Clothes arent changing enough with the times. The KOP store is so small now it barely has options especially for males.

Received my Jacket, it fits me well. It was a couple days late.

4☆We thought it was a fine little store.. ..We didnt feel it was anything special..The Prices are better online for some stuff....I would say it was very very busy on Black Friday.. But that didnt seem to cause any problems with the staff..The workers are absolutely awesome and the lady that helped us was very pleasant although they could not find the matching womens/mens coat that we wanted....But we run into that problem with everywhere we go...We will recommend:-)

Always clean and organized. Staff would ask if you need help every now and then. Beautiful store in and out. Just wish they had a few deals. Everything is retail.

They have a decent selection of seasonal jackets, but they lack the variety of other items. I would have expected this location to have a larger presence and inventory. They selection of hats/gloves is also very minimal.

I like North Face. I wear North Face. The reality is first, no style has a comparable fit. What may fit me in an xl would be an xxl in another style.This makes it tough to buy on the internet. And since the retail store has only so much stock, you may have to try Bloomies, or Nordstrom, or some other retailer to find your size.One last thing..I pay their price. But the stuff is made in China. The mark up must be 10 thousand %

So great experience, better people, but they need some more outdoor experience. I wish I could talk to the people who choose their stock and give a quick primer to their employees. I get that the climbing gear for sale there is mainly for show, if it is then display it better. As a climber it might actually be nice if it was useful too. Stocking a Petzl Ergo ice axe is just not practical, yes its the most expensive petzl axe, but its a mainly mixed tool not practical to that one person desperately looking for an axe in a pinch for that upcoming trip etc. Stock one pair of Quarks and a Pair of Nomics.

Nice clothes,but some of the prices are high. Helpful and smiling employees, if the store doesnt have what you want theyll order it for you. Now for us plus size women, dont get any shirts,hoodie in womens XL, its cut to small and comes to the waist, so I suggest you get a XL hoodie from the mens department. Their cut allows plenty of arm and elbow and shoulder room. Im plus size 230 lbs thats why I get the mens stuff theirs is a longer cut to cover the gut. But the womens have the best colors to choose from, sorry. Oh and they have a lightweight hoodie as well but its a zip up not pull over. They do offer discounts and vip discounts,ect. They also have gorgeous winter coats,just look on their website before you visit the store to see what kinda things and colors they carry and can have delivered or you can pick it up in another location.
