Mary Allice is incredible. She cleaned my wifes engagement and wedding rings and helped us pick out a nice pair of diamond stud earrings in our budget. She is always so kind and does everything to accommodate us. Very grateful I met her ring shopping a couple years ago! Ill never go anywhere else.

Zales in KOP MALL you must go to because they are very well knowledgeable of the product and they make sure not to pressure you into a sale. My second time going to this location this year. Once in July and now in October I made large purchases both time and love the 12 month no interest they offer when purchasing over a certain amount. Both times I was there each salesman that took care of me was excellent and great attitude. No pressure sales tactics. Must go to Zales in KOP MALL..

I was searching for my wedding band and was really disappointed in the lack of selection of metal colors. Most other jewelers carry designs in all metal colors, or at least have the ability to order it. When I said this, I guess the woman with the bright red hair was offended by that because she decided to insult my engagement ring and told me that the color I’m looking for “hasn’t been in style in at least 5 years”. Not only was that false, but extremely rude. It’s not worth trying to save a buck. I ended up going to one of the higher-end jewelers who had a much better selection (obviously) and MUCH better customer service.

I got a ring that required to be resized one rep stated two weeks during the initial purchase the other stated 4 weeks. I called prior to the promised date to ensure things were on schedule.I was given every excuse under the sun ohh it’s Covid, staffing shortages, and people are on vacation none of which are any concerns for the hefty purchase. I called on the promised date and was told oh it’s shopping we get deliveries through out the day we will call you no call.I called back today and was greeted by a terrible sales associate TJ. Who stated “well I’m only reading to you what it says on the screen may he called the jeweler and they told him it’s being delivered I don’t know”. If your in the business of customer service why not say ma’am I’ll reach out to jeweler directly being that you were told something completely different and the system does reflect that.How about PROACTIVELY calling me on the promised date and say ma’am I know it’s promised to be prepared yesterday but here’s an update common courtesy. I let TJ know I did not talk to “him” I have no idea who that is and why does it take a month to resize a ring who is this jeweler I’ll go get it myself because I’m not waiting any longer.I have escalated and opened a case because this is ridiculous. I’m sure this will be my last visit to this location

If I recall correctly I just used their wifi from a bench in the hallway. The wifi didnt give me any issues tho.

Amir made our expierence so amazing!! We had such a bad expierence at colonial park in Harrisburg so we decide to drive to a bigger branch, and we are so glad we did!! Right when we walked in and asked what we wanted he knew exactly our vision. He is truly great at what he does!!

I went in just get a sizing of my husbands ring finger and ended up with a great purchase that came with a lifetime warranty, cleaning schedule, and a ring that I KNOW would have cost far more anyplace else.

Picked up my husbands luxurious diamond timepiece and the King of Prussia store today. I was greeted by a kind and gentle lady, named Mary Alice. She was courteous in every way possible. I observed how the other employees treated all their customers. I must say this location and its employees are of superior quality.

My wife and received excellent customer service at our visit to zales . We ordered a ring online and had a problem. Amir was the representative and from the moment we arrived he took great care to our issue.

Great prices and customer service

Terrible customer service. The store was empty of customers with three employees at the counter. When I walked in, they looked at me but didnt acknowledge me. Two went off in different directions when I approached the counter and the one closest to me just kept staring at the counter. I wasnt acknowledged until I vocally asked for assistance. And that assistance was extremely rude, treated me like an inconvenience and acted like I couldnt leave fast enough. My husband has purchased me a lot of jewelry from Zales over the years but we will definitely not be purchasing from them again.

The staff is good, but I am disappointed in quality..I spent a good dollar on these 1/2 Caret each diamond hoops, don’t wear them often at all and had a diamond come out already. Plus, I purchased a 24k gold chain that can be manipulated into a “Y” shape and it has a tiny heart charm. It is so adorable, BUT the class on it is too open and it has fallen off multiple times. I am so lucky I found it each time but now I’m afraid to wear it. It looks beautiful. The quality is below poor though. I don’t ever want to buy anything from here ever again because of the money I’ve spent for itThe merchandise to come apart and/or break. I don’t even wear it that much ether.

This was my first purchase with Zales, and when I went to this particular store, I dont know what it was but I instantly felt unwelcome, the energy that was being given off was terrible. However, I disregarding that and went in. I went to this much older man, and told him that I was looking to make a purchase but it was through a leasing company. I understand that not everyone is great in a particular area but this man didnt even seem interested in helping, he just passed me on to another associate; trust me she (Yasmine) was definitely more helpful. She took her time and actually cared to make sure that I was getting everything I needed and wasnt looking me as just a sale. I walked out happy and the gifts I bought were perfect.

Went there today to get links removed from a watch my husband purchase for me from them. The man we dealt with wouldn’t even give us the time. Kept asking us for a receipt and told us to leave the watch and come back in two hours wouldn’t even take our name down. Took our watch back and said forget it. I understand we weren’t a “sale” for them but the customer service sucks and we will never go back to that location again.

My husband said they were very helpful when he was trying to find my engagement ring, but once we went to get it resized, it was all downhill from there. Theyve had my ring for 3 weeks and it is still not done, and the customer service is horrible. Theyve contacted the wrong number twice and tried to tell us we didnt buy the insurance when we have a receipt that says we did. Id advise you to go somewhere else for your perfect ring.

The customer service was excellent. I called ahead on the phone and a ring I had in mind was put on hold. I got there a few days later and purchased it. Great prices and great customer service is what you will receive.

I came in to order a name plate necklace. They are a bit behind in technology because you cant see how the necklace would look at all before you buy it and theres no samples in the store either. Before I made the purchase I asked the saleswoman if I was able to return the necklace if I didnt like it. She said, of course, this is zales!. The tracking information was incorrect and customer service was extremely rude to me & the store was no help at all. Once I finally received my order, I hated it. I told the gentleman I wanted to get a refund and he said, Oh we dont do that because its custom. I said thats not what I was told. He didnt even bother to ask anyone if that was the policy. All he cares about was getting back to his conversation with his friend who was in the store not purchasing anything. I called customer service and they said they have a 60 day return policy for this reason and the store should have honored it! I will never purchase from this zales AGAIN! I did get my name plate but from in Philly and I got to pick my script and actually see it.

These people are cheaters. Zales skims money out of people. Do not waste your hard earned money on this store. Their manager is some old lady who is totally unprofessional. the quality of their products is also poor.

Best place ever and reasonable prices

They lost (or took) my diamond bracelet and did not replace it. My husband was getting it inspected while I was in another store, and in the confusion of dropping off my wedding ring (for repair) forgot to get the bracelet back. When I contacted the manager, they said they never saw it even though they initialed my inspection paper.

Worst store manager ever. I was trying to exchange a damaged online purchase. It took 15mins before someone finally helped me and additional 30 minutes of wasted time. The lady was good and she did tried to process my exchange. But when she needed assistance from her manager, the manager made sure to let me know I am nothing but an inconvenience. I dont understand why she has the nerve to be condescending - dont send damaged item, I wont bug you for an exchange.Their system then crashed, instead of apologizing she told me to just bring the item to another store. Thank you for wasting my time and for treating me the way you did. I will make sure that everyone i know is warned of your ridiculous customer service.

Someone stole my debit card number and ordered jewelry from here. Zales keeps charging my account for this bogus sale. Be very careful. zales will never get any of my business again.

Probably the worst of about a dozen jewelers I visited to look for an engagement ring. My partner specifically wanted a fancy cut, so I knew what I wanted. I didnt let on that I had educated myself about diamonds to the salewoman.The saleswoman was quick to ask my budget, not problem. But! Every time I answered she responded by talking in depth about my financing options with Zales. She did this repeatedly, numerous times. Every single time I told her I wasnt interested in financing, I was prepared to pay outright. She was not listening and out of touch with me, the customer. I chose not to go with Zales mainly for this reason. I suspect she was getting a commission for getting people to finance jewelry. I told her when we first sat down that I wanted to view the fancy cut diamonds she had in stock either mounted in a ring or loose. She only wanted to talk about financing.When she showed me rings with the cut I wanted they were all specifically not what I asked for or she on sale for a very obvious reason. After looking at the on sale ring through the loupe I could see it was a dirty dirty diamond, many dark inclusions and a bad grading report. I would have been embarrassed to give that to my now fiancee. Zales KOP was simply out of touch with my needs.

Worst store ever with the worst people serving the customers.First of all they were not very clear in the communication when I got my replacement rings ordered. I had to make two trips to the store to get my rings. Secondly, the person in the store is not very knowledgable about the products and unable to clearly explain it. Their customer representative (over the phone) was rude as well. The ring that I ordered, they charged me more also and it is expensive. And the customer service I received after spending so much money on them is just pathetic. Do not go here unless you want to be scammed.
