Love these unique pieces. Went in to browse yesterday and came out with a lovely $400 necklace that Charles helped me put together. He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly ~ but not pushy.Wore my new necklace today and both students and colleagues commented on it.

Had a wonderful experience here today and I am never one to write reviews but I feel like a lot of people sleep on this company and store. I stopped in having only been here once prior. I browsed the store not with the intention of buying anything however the pieces are so unique and well priced with an excellent story behind them. They feel good, look good, and definitely different from anything else in the market. Staff was incredibly hospitable, definitely will be back. If you havent heard of the brand, definitely pop in and take a look. super cool.

The Store Manager at King of Prussia, treated my wife and me like royalty. Your King of Prussia Store has always been my wife’s favorite jewelry store. When we were there tonight she spent a great deal of time making sure my wife saw what was new and helped her try everything on. UNOde50 KOP is an awesome jewelry store . I first viewed a few pieces of the jewelry @ a boutique store 2 years ago . Having an entire store devoted to the designs of José Azulay is incredible ! Recently my fiancé Fifi & I stopped by the store during a shopping spree . First of all, to know Fifi is to love her . She’s gorgeous with a HUGE personality. She’s very well put together and often will push the limits with her accessorizing .Charles the store mgr is amazing. After meeting Fifi and gauging her eclectic taste, he presented some breathtaking pieces . Charles literally embraced her sense of style and worked his magic . I find the UNO collection has classic design points but also breaks the rules ( like Fifi ) .Also, the collection is always changing so the selection is never stale or boring .Price points are very very reasonable so it helps keep Fifi occupied @ away from Cartier & Tiffany .You must visit KOP UNOde50 and request Charles to be your tour guide .

Pooja is fabulous. I was not familiar with the brand and she did a good job educating me. Now I’ll look for it in my travels. She helped me choose some beautiful pieces and the quality is superb . I’m impressed that these are handmade.

A few weeks ago, I brought my first piece of jewelry and had a astonishing experience. I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a variety of selections. I am sure to return to Uno de 50 for my next piece of jewelry.

I want to give a big shout out to Pooja, the store manager at the King of Prussia store. I called the store out of desperation when my Zen bracelet that was given to me for Christmas by some dear friends broke. I hadn’t even worn the bracelet yet. I tried to get help from a store in our local mall that carries Uno de50 and they offered no help whatsoever. Pooja was able to help by replacing the bracelet for me. Everything was done over the phone since I live about 5 hours away in Ohio. The replacement bracelet was sent quickly and I returned the broken one. I can’t thank her enough for being so kind and helpful. If I ever want to buy another piece of Uno de50 jewelry I will definitely contact Pooja to purchase it!

I have an issue with some piece of jewelry that I bought on line. It was a gift for my friend who is living in Spain. I did it in USA page by mistake.I explain to Pooja my problem and she was so polite telling me that as soon the jewelry arrives to my home, I can bring to King of Prussia UNO de 50 Store and she will do an exception to send the box to my friends home in Spain. Once i thought my problem was solve, I went to the mall and Pooja were not there. The guy who attended me told me that the only thing that i can do is to return the product. And suggest me to buy again in Spain on line page. Honestly I am a big fun of this store, but now i will think many times before enter again to any of this shops.

My husband and I go to King of Prussia at least once a week and we always stop at this jewelry store .A beautiful lady approached us and with a big smile Pooja .She helped us through the store we both got some jewelry. I don’t usually shop in super expensive stores but my oh my I loved the experience I’ve had at UNO de 50 at King Of Prussia Mall. I think the one who was helping me’s name was Brian. Not only was he a great look but he had the gift of gab. He had me laughing the whole time in these old boots and was such a great salesman I absolutely had to get something. I’m not easy either! But I’m loving my new ring I feel 10 years younger and Brian from Uno de 50 was amazing!

Me & my partner were browsing through king of prussia mall. As we walk by we have happen to see Unode50 as entering the store, we were greeted with the upmost customer service. The jewelry Representatives were very knowledgeable of the handcrafted styles and eye catching pieces from SPAIN. Huge applause to Unode50. A must visit jewlery store !!!!!

I have had two experiences buying items at the Kop mall . One was great ! Omar ( I think this is how you spell it ) was great . Easy to talk with / funny and figured out my style right away. I could tell he loved the jewelry and his job. The other time was with a Kathleen and I walked out of there empty handed even tho I went in planning to buy a ring I saw before . She seemed put out by me being there . There is nothing I hate more . She followed me around being “ put out “ and not pleasant yet completely ignored the AA couple that walked in . I can’t say that race was a reason for it, but they were obv waiting to ask questions and she never said a word ... I just left.I plan to stop in and get my ring the next time I see the friendly gentleman.But the jewelry is amazing and sooo shiny . I always get compliments . ☺️

Pooja is wonderful! I have many Uno de 50 items and was surprised to find this store as most of my purchases have been in Europe. I highly recommend you stop in, great selection. When I return to Philly, this store will be on my list!

Surprised to read a couple bad reviews for UNO50. Ive had 2 experiences with customer service and both have been excellent. At the store in KoP, I visited to ask about replacing a broken bracelet. The employee explained how the process worked to my satisfaction. On a separate occasion (same bracelet) I contacted customer service. They couldnt have been more responsive. In the end they replaced my wifes bracelet! Every exchange was pleasant.

While I was impressed with the merchandise presented, I was unpleasantly surprised with how they handled a customer service issue. I had bought a piece from here and then no more than 30 minutes later, I decided to return it. Unbeknownst to me, they do not do refunds and only do store credit or exchanges. They did not educate me on their return policies. Even after they accepting that they didnt educate me on the return policy they refused to do a refund. Essentially, I feel as if they stole my money from me.I would highly recommend not shopping at this store or any of their locations.

Hello. Usually I do not like write review. But after my bad experience in the store UNO de 50, King of Prussia Mall, I decided to do it .At first I was greeting by person who does not speak English.Then I was constantly pushed to buy items that I do not wanted...Never back again......
