Love this store!! I had a sales person by the name of Denise & she was awesome! I went in there with my daughter to buy some small presents for family in Europe. We really needed some input, since I wanted the gifts to be nice but not that heavy due to baggage weight restrictions. With some help from her I was very happy with the things we bought & the service in the store!!

I wanted to buy a large carpet and asked two employees for help, one told me she was helping someone and I would have to wait, the other sales person was busy checking inventory on the computer and arranging the shelf. I went to her and asked her and she totally ignored me, when asked she said she did not hear me however I was at the rug centre and she was at the computer in front of the rugs .I walked around for 10 minutes and no one asked me anything, on leaving the store I saw the same lady and a man in a blue apron chatting to each other, no thank you, nothing they did not even notice me leaving the store and once again they were right by the exit .It is a real shame that Pier one customer service is no longer important for the company .

Second time going to this location. Love their stuff. Good customer service. A few of the glasses have imperfections, which meant I had to leave one of those behind, cant have a wobbly glass. Ill be back for more stuff.

Easy parking and nice store. Staff is always friendly and helpful but not too pushy.
