My husband and I visited the King of Prussia Sleep Number store 2x before making our final decision on our upgraded bed, The I 8 King Split.Being previous owners of a Sleep Number bed, we were curious how upgrading to a bed with Smart Bed technology could benefit us.Immediately upon entering the store, Ryan greeted us, made us feel welcome, and answered our exhaustive list of questions and concerns. Walked in on a Friday afternoon (mask free) and Liz greeted us immediately and it was one of the most wonderful sales experiences my husband and I have ever had buying something for our home. We spent almost 2 hours with Liz (didnt even realize it) as time had flown by. Knowing what an investment purchasing a sleep number bed is for the average household taking the time to ask all the important questions and to share stories to help us understand what average folks go through in purchasing a bed was just outstanding. We are so happy we went to your store and took the time needed. Now we just have to wait for the bed to be delivered.

We were on the fence about investing so much money into a mattress but Gina took time to explain every price point and helped us make the decision that was right for us. Our first experience in a Sleep Number store was great. Ryan did a great job demonstrating the features of the different beds. No high pressure sales talk. Just provided information and answered our questions. Definitely recommend visiting the KOP store. Cant wait for our new bed!

Had a private appointment with Ryan before the store even opened. Was great to have his full attention without the distraction of other visitors. He helped us pick out a new mattress and frame and we can’t wait to get it in our home and start enjoying restful sleep.
Both Jeff and Ryan were excellent and beyond knowledgable. The store was very clean and safe. I was not sure what I wanted but the patience and help shown made all the difference. I never felt rushed or put upon to make up my mind. Ryan went over everything multiple times. They understand the investment being made and want to make certain that I ordered exactly the right bed. The follow up call was also helpful as was getting my delivery scheduled at a convenient time.
Jeff and his colleague who’s name is escaping me at the moment provided A1 service. My wife and I had a clear understanding of what we were purchasing and how sleep number would upgrade our resting experience completely.

Read before you purchaseWe purchase a sleep number bed hoping it would be as good as promised, after getting the new bed everything seemed great for the first couple weeks, after that the bed started acting up and we could never get a consistent firmness. You would play with moving numbers up and down trying to find where it was comfortable and sometimes the bed would not even adjust. Contacted customer service and their solution was to send out a new pump. After crawling under the bed and smashing my finger in one of the super strong magnets they have to hold the mattress on I got the pump replaced. The new pump worked well for a couple weeks and then started acting up again. At this point we were done, you pay a lot of money for one of these mattresses and then they cannot even send a technician out to troubleshoot issues.The biggest thing that we regret is the fact that after you sign your sales paperwork you are informed that there is a $200 delivery fee and then if you decide to return the mattress during the trial period there is a $200 pickup fee. They also will not refund money for the overpriced foundations that they sell for the beds because they claim they can be used with other mattresses. I would recommend trying one of the many other bed in a box manufacturers that make quality product and provide you free shipping and free return before you sink any money into a sleep number and get stuck eating half of the purchase price if you decide you do not like it.
Our experience was fantastic. Ryan was great. By the time we left, we purchased 3 beds. Cant wait to get a good night sleep.
I have never been to this store. We actually live in Cincinnati, but due to retail shut downs, I was contacted by Dawn the store manager about ordering a mattress online. She was absolutely wonderful, personable, and extremely helpful to help us decided which was going to be the best mattress for us. We have had it a week now...so far she is right!
I did not receive the mattress yet, but better be good for the money I spent!!
I am extremely disappointed with my Sleep Number bed. After two years, I still have not found a setting that makes it a comfortable bed. Within two years one of the air chambers stopped working and the warranty covered only a small percentage of the replacement cost. They required me to pay $160 to fix the bed. I would not recommend purchasing a Sleep Number bed.
We purchased the i10 360 Smart bed with the Flex fit base and two sets of sheets and mattress protector for $9141.41. The buying experience was a slow process but we were excited for the prospect of a new bed. The day of delivery came and they never advised us of the time frame. Also, during the entire process no one explained any company policies on delivery conditions. So the driver calls me 10 minutes prior to arrival. I was not home so I had to get home as quickly as possible. I show him the room where the mattress and base were to be installed and then I showed him the room where the old mattress was going to go. As he gets his stuff ready, I undo all the beds. I actually move a bed out of the room that was receiving the bed from my room. I do all this and then he tells me that he refuses to move my adjustable base that I had. I am confused as no one told me about this policy. Obviously, I am unable to move it by myself. So we both call the company and I was told that the company policy does not allow the delivery person to move other companys adjustable bases. I am so furious at this point. If proper explanation of the company policy had been given prior to delivery and especially during point of sale, I would have had the opportunity to decide at that point if I wanted to move the bases myself or to buy the bed. I was never given this choice and so I refused delivery of the bed. I have to say that it was a very bad experience. Calling the company was painful as they put you on hold for 15-20 minutes and then transfer you to a different department so you are on hold for another while and then they transferred me to another department. It was painful and all that just to be told the same thing. Never have I seen a situation where buying something as simple as a bed become so frustrating and unsatisfying

Bed Bugs and Bio Hazards! That’s my concern.( If you don’t believe me, look at one of the newest photo in the SleepNumber photo gallery. That open bag, greasy stained used mattress was being delivered to us as “new”. High End? Buyer beware. )When SleepNumber tried to deliver a gross looking used, stained and abused mattress... half in a used mattress bag, I was shocked.New mattresses should be encased in plastic when delivered. This keeps them free from insects, odors and other bio-contamination. Remember, they take other peoples used mattresses away in the same truck as your multi thousand dollar mattress. This exposes your new purchase as well as your home to insects as well as miscellaneous bio hazards if unsealed.Buyer beware... I had to refuse delivery. For what it’s worth, the delivery gentleman were exceptionally polite. As I write this I am sitting in my bedroom without a bed in anticipation that someone will call me with an acceptable resolution. Cue deep breath, and hold..... since posting ....Sleep number blocked me from posting/commenting/liking their posts on Facebook.I am not impressed by their public show of assistance and their lack of actual support. Also don’t buy the adjustable bed frames without knowing that they are unreturnable.

Staff member was excellent she helped pick out the pillows we bought but then made suremy credit from a referral worked and then tracked me down to give us the receipt. We were there on the Saturday after Thanksgiving in the am. She had customer service down to the.
Store manager was friendly and super helpful. This was a major purchase and he was very happy to help us get exactly what we wanted and explain every detail to us.

Terrible customer service on December 8th 2018 Saturday afternoon. She basically went out her way of telling us it’s too expensive to buy a mattress. We didn’t even ask the price. Lol every mattress we tried on she kept bringing up “oh this gonna cost $ more than the other one”. How about start with asking what are we looking for? She left in the middle of “helping us”. We end up bought one at TEMPUR PEDIC very great customer experience. I don’t think they are much different in terms of prices? I really hope she was just having a bad day. Or maybe just love judging people?

Do not shop at Sleep Number in KoP - the local home delivery service is incompetent they never leave room on the truck for haul away and will keep rescheduling. Total waste of time.

Customer service is atrocious! Both times I order from them, delivery was weeks late, sales and delivery tell me two different things, and customer service was apathetic. The company is extremely unorganized.
