Got these a couple weeks ago. Both from this store. One bought online and second in person. Not sure what’s going on here but I’m pretty sure these bags aren’t supposed to rip and have jacked up stitching. I’m not sure if these were previously owed which I wasn’t told but these bags are already losing its value. She used 1 bag 1 time. Not sure if ripped zipper was like that before but all she did was put a wallet inside. And used it for maybe 1 hour. I didn’t have a problem in the line or not did I have to wait but if this is the product they are selling then it’s a bad look. Especially if these bags are made for display or were defective. I paid way to much money for these and I demand and will be getting answers.
I dropped my bag off in June because it needed to be fixed they told me 2 months my bag is still there and we are in November they have no answers and there employees are rude last time I will shop here they need better customer service these bags ain’t cheap .
If I could give zero stars I would. Or minus 5 stars. I went into the KOP store one week ago to purchase a piece of jewelry. Approximate cost of pieces I looked at was $600. I was up-sold on a piece of fine jewelry by Chris and Jessica (manager). It was a ring and I couldn’t try it on in the store because they didn’t have my size. So it was ordered and shipped to my home. When the ring arrived I wore it while working at my computer for about 6hrs and decided it wasn’t for me. The store won’t take it back because it “was worn.” This ring was $2000 and not returnable. Not even for store credit.I’ve received better customer service at Target.
I’m not so sad to say I will never be a Louis Vuitton customer after our experience here…It wasn’t the hour line wait that bothered me, we handled that just fine. It was the customer service…Went into buy a wallet as a congratulations gift for my husband for graduating Aerospace Medicine school and getting his first duty station.Walked out within 5 minutes as nobody seemed to want to help. We went straight to the men’s section, and we were not greeted at all, but instead glared at. We excitedly went to the wallet section anyway, and asked if they could show us some options. The two woman (who were having their own private conversation prior) just glared at us and then silently pulled out one wallet and placed it on the table. My husband asked a few questions about material, number of card spaces, etc (normal questions you’d ask about a wallet) and she just stood there silently, then proceeded to take it out of his hands and placed another one on the table without responding.I wish I knew their names, but unfortunately I don’t, nor does it truly matter I guess…WITH THAT SAID, we left, and went to GUCCI.& guess what? Dave was amazing and very personable. He made up for the hour wait. He made sure we were fully satisfied with our order. This is why I gave a five star rating. He was very professional. Jill was also very helpful with the order.

Well, I just have to said that my experience there is always the best. Specially because Zachary is an amazing Sale adviser, he always has the best way to make you feel like an important customer. If you want an special treatment, go with him. Also, it’s recommended to make an appointment so you won’t have to wait long time in line. I hope this help.

I am extremely late in writing this review. I visited this store back in May. I ordered a bag online and was given the impression I would be able to check out the bag before I left the store. Needless to say, that was not the case. I was not allowed to enter the store and check out my purchase, that I paid a lot of money for. I was visibly upset when the rude manager told me, If I wanted to come inside, I had to wait in line. The line was pretty much wrapped around the store.Fast-forward, a very, very nice young man named Zach approached me with the sincerest apology about not being able to enter the store. He was so sweet and kind. This was none of his fault but he noticed I was very upset, and wanted to right this wrong; with a simple apology, along with engaging me in a conversation, that bought the smile back to my face that I usually have. WAY TO GO ZACH, for the excellent and phenomenal customer service! Youre appreciated!Part two. I took the bag home and was not happy with the purchase as I realized, I should have bought the bigger size in this particular bag, as this was part of the reason I wanted to check it out, before I left the store.I went back to the store the next day. I arrived an hour earlier than the store was supposed to open and fortunately, I was the sixth person in line. I was fortunate enough to work with Emily. EMILY WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND KIND. The bag I wanted was not in stock and there was no way of knowing, when the bag would become available again. Emily asked me for my contact information and told me she would contact me when the bag was back in stock. I provided this information to her. I did not get my hopes up too high, as this bag is a popular bag.Well, as promised, Emily texted me two days later and told me she had the bag in stock and would hold it for me!! I was so excited! I texted her right back and told her I would be there shortly as I happened to be off of work on this day. I went to pick/up the bag and was greeted yet again, by Emily and her kindness.KUDOS to Emily and Zach!! They made my experience at this store a GREAT one after a sad and rocky start. Great job to the both of them for their EXCELLENCE customer service!!P.S. The five stars are for Emily and Zach. :)
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had made an appointment with Moneer and he was wonderful. He did not make me feel pressured to purchase anything & ensured that I was truly in love with what I had purchased. I’ve been to this location 3 times now and have always received the best customer service and experience.
Waited 20 mins and not even close to being able to enter the store. This is mid afternoon during the week. Completely unacceptable! I merely wanted to have my perfume bottle refilled and the sales person says I have to continue to wait. Seriously need to get over themselves! Purchasing online is the way to go with this brand. The store sucks!
I had the best customer service experience in this location, even better than the locations in Europe. Karen Pratt was amazing & really nice. She did not make me feel pressured on buying anything & was real helpful in helping me decide about my purchase. She made sure that my experience is great since I had to wait for 30 minutes to get in the store. This location is really busy but Karen did not rush assisting me and paid full attention answering my questions. I will definitely come back to this location! Thanks again Karen!
My first experience at LV is a memorable one. I visited this location two days in a row and each time David was extremely kind from start to finish. Providing excellent fashion advice on top of being extremely patient helped me narrow down my two favorite purses. David and I are now on a texting basis and he let me know when the Neverfull I had been wanting came in. Thank you David, I can’t wait to work with you again!
Dont deserve a single star. Look very carefully at the products when purchasing. A backpack with traces of a sanitizer was purchased. When I came to the exchange, the seller could not say anything intelligible, and the manager did not come to the conversation at all. Terrible service in a store like this. Learn from boutiques in Europe, where the service is top notch.
This store is in DESPERATE need of a reorg. Lines wrapped around the store, sales associates gathering at the front talking TO EACH OTHER instead of trying to figure out a more efficient way to get the lines moving at an appropriate pace. They created a like for people who know what they wanted, which moved slower than the line waiting to walk into the store and look around. I have been a workforce consultant for several years and all I saw today were workers milking the clock, doing absolutely nothing.
Pushy sales woman. All she wanted was a sale, wasnt interested in what we wanted. Had to wait in line for almost an hour just to get in. Will never come here again.
With Louis Vuitton being such a high end store you would think they would have a better handle on their wait and how to allow people to shop in store.This should be an appointment only store. They allow one person in at a time and claim they are at capacity.They also allow some people to skip the line and walk right in.Follow the Apple Store, get an app and have time slots. It would not waste a persons time and would cut down on people just browsing, wasting time of people that are actually there to purchase.

Unfortunately to post this review I have to give a star, if it was entirely up to me they would get ZERO!! I came to the King Of Prussia location to return and experience the worst service of my life! I called the store before arriving and was told I was able to come in and do the return! I got in the store at 3/13/21 6:15 and looked at the store hours on the sign and it said the store closed at 7, when I arrived a lady told me that the store was closed and that was at 6:15 but they was still letting people inside and she wasn’t trying to let me in. Kept going back and forth with me and I asked to speak with a manager and she said yes one second went into the store and came back out with her belongings and left.I then spoke with another associate and finally got to speak with a “manager”, she then also gave me a hard way to go and wasn’t letting me enter the store to do my return when the store closed at 7:00 and it was only 6:15 she kept getting smart and just kept repeating herself saying the store like closed at 5:30 and you can come back tomorrow at 12 just kept repeating it and then when I asked for her name she said it was CATRINA I asked for her last name she said I’m not obligated to give you that, BUT SHES A MANAGER RIGHT? I said do you have a card the lady walks away . I NEVER ever experience anything like this ever at LV and this made me not even want to shop at this store anymore! The level of disrespect was met and that was unacceptable. There was associates in the store not helping anyone and they still was not allowing me to do my return. If I called and spoke with someone prior to coming if that person said I was able to come in and it was not a problem and it was past 5:30 why would I show up if they was going to be closed? I’m pretty sure they would have told me that over the phone. I highly believe the problematic associates was lying and being lazy just didn’t want to help me and that’s very unfair when I did no wrong! When I am a customer too!
For such a high-end, luxurious store, the customer service is simply horrible. We drove for over an hour as the bag we were looking for was unavailable at other locations. We arrived over an hour before closing, and we were told that they are no longer allowing people on line to get into the store. We explained that we are from far away and asked if we could be let in, as we know exactly what we want, but the lady at the entrance wouldnt let us in. Never again, if they are not interested in selling Im not sure I understand why they function as a business.
Absolutely unbelievable that I only needed a repair processed in a bag that I own and waited in line for over 35 Mins ONLY moved up 4 ‘spots’ and there were still over 15 spots ahead of me in line. That would have been another 2 hours of waiting. I can understand in times of Covid needing to restrict the amount of people shopping, however when I called previously to check on how to do repair I was told I would not have to wait to have it processed... even with that info I patiently waited In the line until it seemed I was going to be waiting for 2.5 hours to drop off a bag for minor repair. I do not know how that is in any way being customer friendly. Needless to say I did not wait any longer. Very very disappointed! May not be a Louis girl any longer

Standard covid protocol which generates a line which is completely understandable. Whats not understandable is how Im being judged by the people at the front managing that line. Literally just there to buy a bag for my moms birthday present and this guy literally is judging me because Im standing near a window looking at which bag I was going to buy. I dont dress flashy and dont like wearing jewelry or watches. This guy looks me up and down and says you cant stand here. I dont have to purchase anything from your store treat people with respect regardless of what they look like or how much money they may look like they have.
I had the most pleasant experience with Mounir Kahli. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a friendly gesture. I knew which bag I wanted at first, but with Mounir’s advice and suggestions, I was able to find a more fitting purse that suits me well. He was definitely not pushy instead he was just trying to help me out. Thank you so much Mounir I really appreciate your outstanding service! I’ll be back :)
Very unprofessional I placed an order with a worker name Devon and been calling and texting about my order haven’t gotten no response about my order now it’s going on 2 weeks and still haven’t heard nothing I called the 1800 multiple times they reached out and haven’t gotten a response either even put me on a high call back priority and still didn’t get a call about my order….will never shop with them again at this location

Absolutely terrible customer experience! Went to the store TWICE to purchase a bag and couldnt even get in the store! The wait time in line was an hour plus and misquoted by the sales reps on multiple occasions. Most of the associates you could see from out the store were on their phones not even helping customers. They could really care less about their customers!
I made a purchase a couple months back and had to later bring it back to the king of Prussia location for a repair. I was great fil to have been helped by a gentleman named Mounir Kahli who made the experience a great one. My situation was resolved within a matter of minutes and was able to walk out with a new bag the same day, something I wasn’t expecting. Would definitely recommend this location. Yes, the lines are long but try to take advantage of making appointments so you don’t have to do so.
Mounir is the best salesman ever! These products are high quality and top fashion style. You can never go wrong with any Louis Vuitton items. This brand is recognized worldwide as the number one designer.
Hello!Review for KOP- Louis VuittonThe reason for the “one-star” review is due to the customer service that I experienced while trying to make a purchase “in-store.” I called customer service and was told that I could stop into the store to try on a pair of shoes that I was interested in but needed to get to the a store a a little bit earlier. I arrived at the store at 7:34 pm which was more than enough time and was told that I wasnt able to enter the store because they closed the line at 7:30 pm. I explained to the lady that I had spoken with customer service and knew exactly what I wanted, but she stood firm on not letting me into the store. My issue here is- 1! The store closes at 8 PM, 2! The customer service for the in-store experience was the lady was rude. We are in the middle of a pandemic, but yet loyal customers still find ways to support and shop the brands that they love my hard-earned money doesnt have to be spent here. I am rethinking where I invest my purchases.

If you want to purchase LV do NOT shop here! I bought a wallet in 2017 it literally fell apart where your credit cards go! (Thin and poor workmanship) It was $1000! I dropped it off 10/24/20 they did not send out promptly and it’s now been 7 weeks! Betsy the customer care person has not done her job efficiently and gives me no idea when I can expect it! Could not track it, rush it or give me and answer to why it was sent out 3.5 weeks after dropping it off! As of 2/3/21 no call from the store and NOW 14 weeks and no clue the status of my wallet. I’ve talked to 8 people at customer service! Shop at SAKS! I guarantee better customer service!

I was a little disappointed after my first ever visit to a Louis Vuitton. I’m happy with my purchase but the customer service I received was severely lacking for the amount of money I spent. If you are the type of shopper who does not want a lot of attention or assistance then you will likely not have any issues with this location. I scheduled an appointment thinking I would receive more of a one on one experience but I was still left to sell myself the products with the exception of the sales associate going and getting the items I asked for. I had been researching bags for quite a while before my visit and I’m thankful I did because the sales associate did not volunteer any information or advice. I inquired about purchasing a luggage tag (I know this is usually not allowed but it being my first visit I was hopeful they would allow it) and was told no, then my bag was wrapped up in a shopping bag and I asked for a storage box and was told no. I felt like as soon as they had my money for one item they just wanted me to get out of the store.
I felt pressured and being sold something I didn’t really want. Pushy and condescending... not like it takes a lot of brains to do that job. Prefer ordering online. Wonderful experience.
Store was amazing, staff was amazing, sat so comfy with sparkling water, the store is so amazing I Happened to make a nice connection with Rosie,Rosie is the most amazing person I’ve ever met she knows what she’s talking about and is very personable. I’m generally a Gucci person but she was so nice when I went to the King of Prussia location, came for a business trip, I live in NY, got my wife a beautiful bag was walked through everything detail to detail for my first purchase at the store, by Rosie and still frequently shoot her a text for purchases and will always go through Rosie. She’s the best. The store may be a bit crowded, but the employees are amazing, when at times it can be hectic. I went on a weekday and the store wasn’t so busy. Rosie really goes above and beyond, even if your from out of state like me she’s easy to text for more purchases.
Dont try to get anyone on the phone, they NEVER answer. Obviously LV has a great marketing campaign but their customer service is the worst.
The stock is low right now. If you need to get one come fast if not wait for after covid. They give you an attendant to walk you around the store, but only two per person.
LV please raise your employees’ salary and provide sufficient customer service training. The attitude that I received from the employees are unacceptable. They are either underpaid for just don’t like their job.
I have purchased over 15 LV hand bags for my wife but they now have a policy in place where your shipping and billing address must be the same to purchase online or over the phone. This was to be a surprise gift so I was shipping it to my sons home. After 2 purchase confirmations and 2 email cancelations with customer service, 1 online and 1 over the phone then actually talking with an in store sales person this could not be done. Whoever the Executive idiot is that came up with this rigid policy should be fired. They just lost a very good long term customer.
With family Family drove all the way from upstate NY arrived by 4:30 was told the line was cut off by 4:00 you would think they would have a better system to let people in and out absurd.
The store itself is great! However, who ever is responsible for orchestrating the process for customers who want to shop in the store during the pandemic needs some improvements. I completely understand that due to the COVID-19 there are strict measures that need to be taken to insure the safety and well being of their sales associates and clients but you would think after couple of weeks of being open they would have figured out a better process then what they have and choosing to close the store at 5pm instead of 7pm (when the mall actually closes) isn’t helpful. They also have a sales associate walking up and down the line out side of the store doing basically nothing when she could be inside Louis Vuitton helping customers.
When you visit this LV location ask for Moneer! He’s awesome and patient which i appreciated because i am very picky. I wanted to look at a few things and he took his time showing me each and every item i was interested in plus some! Moneer isn’t pushy which i loved as well. He didn’t just try to sell me whatever and send me on my way. He helped me make up my mind on the handbag i wanted because i was torn between two and he knew exactly which one was the right pick for me. I’m so happy with my purchase. Moneer also offered to personally contact me when new stuff comes in because i told him a few other things that i wanted! He’s very personable and i will be visiting him again.
As I read the reviews I see that I am not the only customer that came In contact with an unpleasant employee. Didn’t get his name, but this older balding white-hair Caucasian man Wearing glasses, Was so rude and judgmental. He didn’t realize that Kathryn who was so Pleasant & helpful was retrieving a purse for me in which I purchased. Price was never a factor. While I was waiting just Happen to ask this employee the price of a pair of sneakers . He rudely answered “if you have to ask the price you can’t afford it”. Is it not his job to answer customers questions and not ruin a sale with rude and unnecessary comments!

Its always very busy on weekend, but I usually go morning time on weekday. Its much quieter. Sales assistants usually keep their distance and do not rush customers.
One of my favorite stores for when you want some high luxury leather goods. The staff there is trained with highest level of excellence. The employees make you feel right at home and develop a very personal relationship with you. You feel like your buying and taking opinions from a friend and not just a clerk. Although it is quite expensive, these leather goods are for life so you can always have it and pass it down in your family.

Terrible visit a while ago. The Manager of this store is rude and overbearing. She yelled at us in front of other customers. They do not manage covid 6 ft. distance in their store or in the line going around the corner. The Manager is definately the wrong choice.

Insisted on not allowing my party of three in when they let an entire family in as well as two other people when they explained to us prior that they are only letting two in at a time. Once they allowed my boyfriend in the store they said that he could not come near us and practically kicked him out when he said he was just there to help me shop. Awful, awful experience. I work hard for my money and planned on buying myself and my sister a purse to treat us but they ruined the entire experience and a great sale.
Worst customer service ever. I highly DO NOT recommend Keri Shahpari. She is very rude, condescending, snobby and DOES NOT know Louis Vuitton what so ever. How she works there beats me. I will be complaining to cooperate as well.
Mounir Kahli was the best client advisor at this store. He was beyond helpful. He really took his time in selling us our bags and wallets and even took us on a tour of the store since it was the first time there. When I purchase again, I will only be dealing with Mounir.
Do NOT have repairs made here....Worst customer service provided by Manager Sharnese Williams. I took my wife sunglasses in to have them refreshed for our Vacation in January. When I dropped them off in December there were some minor scratches on the lenses and the leather wrap was barely coming apart along the seam (no BIG Deal). I agreed to pay $150 dollars to have the arms and lenses replaced. After two months we get the call to pick them up, one arm was completely loose, nothing you would expect after a factory repair. They said it was a screw and they had to send it back. After another month of waiting, they were returned with the frames bent the brand new arms completely bent, they were bent so bad they they no longer fit inside the case. Sharnese basically blamed my wife and said they were brought in this way. REALLY, these are new lenses and arms.... They werent bent when they went in but if they were, they definitely shouldnt be bent because the arms were new. She then proceeded to try and charge the $150 after they basically ruin the $600 dollar pair of sun glasses, after some arguing she said she would credit the $150 as a courtesy. What courtesy, we now have completely unusable glasses. We would rather have the old glasses back because these are now unwearable, with bent frames and arms. Sharnese is completely useless as a manager and at no time was she empathetic or tried to help, she was only Accusatory and Embarrassing in a store full of customers and employees. The picture on the right show two pairs of glasses. The one on the left are after they were repaired twice and compared to a new pair on the right of the picture. The two pictures on the left were this past summer and the only ones I could find with side views of her glasses. Who knew you would have to take pictures to defend yourself from the likes of Louis Vuitton... What a shame; they would rather loose a customer over a pair of sunglasses that cost them $50 bucks to make than correct their mistake.

This is the absolute worst high end store in the mall. My fiancé and I stood in a hot line for 2.5 hours just to exchange a pair of shoes. Once we finally get in the store, the associate acts like it’s his first day. You can’t schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone ever and I’m still waiting for notification to come back to this ridiculous store to pick up my exchanged item. This store sucks and so does some of the employees.
The store closes at 5:00. Instead of assisting as many customers as possible some of the staff are alreadycleaning up at 4:40 and it looks like getting ready to close up. I know what I want and told the sales associate that is outside of store with iPad looking up bags and she completely ignored the request. Instead of having a sales associate outside of the store not really helping and that could be one more person assisting another patron. The process is poor and management should’ve had a better shopping process. Also the associate who came out to tell everyone that they are closed was rude as can be and made several sarcastic comment!
You are judge the moment you step into the store. Security has consistently looming around waiting for something to jump off, like top flight security of the world. Calling customer service a complete joke. At least my wife love the purse.

The customer service is so poor. Ive been trying to get my bag since a month. I cant tell how poor the customer service is. Literally no response nothing. It has been my worst experience. I will make sure I put a complaint againt them as I have proofs that Ive been trying to get my bag mailed for which i paid a month back.

I am quite surprised by all the bad reviews since I saw nothing but good customer service all around in this store. I was immediately greeted upon entry. I only browsed the shoes for a few minutes before Leon came over to help me. It took awhile to get the perfect pair, but he was so patient and excited to help me get exactly what I wanted. I have some amazing sneakers now and I would recommend that everyone give this store a chance despite some of these reviews.
Completely ignored us. My daughter and I were in the store to look at the handbags. No one offered assistance. Two women were just standing next to the cash register. The guard just stood at the door. My daughter and I checked the handbags ourselves. People were just standing around. This store needs people who are willing to help and work! For the type of money that you are going to drop, the service should have been much much better!! No service at all. My daughter is going to Paris this summer and will purchase her bag in their stores. I will also look at the store in New Jersey. Hopefully the service is much better.
My father always said treat people the way you want to be treated. Wow!! Reading the reviews about this store, was really interesting, the owners should be giving management and sales reps a class on ethics...the fact that my husband offered to buy me the purse for Christmas, I was ecstatic, but not the location...so thank you for that input. I will be purchasing my product, through the official website.

Called LV and visited its website, which was updated to “open 12-4” and “unable to accept items for repair.” Luckily, for me I was looking to return an item (no maintenance or repair necessary).After driving more than an hour to LV in KOP a manager explained that LV is not open to the public and is currently only able to handle curbside pick up. “Open” and “curbside pickup” are two completely different statuses and is misleading information to the end user—the customer.Not to mention, a few other individuals travelled even further than I with the same disappointing, non value added experience.During a global pandemic you would think LV would send out a mass email to their customers, Instead of distributing conflicting information.Bottom line, premium products should be coupled with premium customer service, and LV completely disregarded the latter.
For the money I spent the person assigned to help me through the store was not helpful at all

I had to wait in line and was assigned a personal shopper to aid me around the store and search for my potential purchase items. I was very pleased when I found a handbag that I truly adore with a matching wallet. It wasnt my first choice in which I came to get however Im very happy with what I have. My first time to this location and I was very happy with the product and service. I shall return!
Service here is hit or miss last few times I been here were not good experiences. One time I was not acknowledged for 20 minutes, I had to walk up to a young lady and have her add my name to the list even though I watched her greet every other person who came behind me into the store and logged them into the computer to get assistance.
For a regular Louis customer, I LOVE this store. My client advisor, Aubrey, ALWAYS takes care of me. When she is not in, I am greeted by the manager who kindly assists me to a private area of the store and brings out anything I need along with a glass of bubbly or water. VIP service even if Im just coming in to look. Purchased multiple items from this store and I truly love their products. One of the best LV stores I have been to aside from those in Europe. Not to mention it is newly opened so the store itself is beautiful!! Stop in and give them a chance and a piece of your day.
One of the worst customer service I ever experienced in a store. Sales associate completely not interested in what you wanted but only in rushing you to the sale. Still bought a speedy but very disappointed with the service including over one hour wait for a hot stamp.
This is my favorite location for exceptional customer service and merchandise selection!! Even though it was super busy, everyone I met eyes with gave me a smile and warm greeting!! They will make your shopping experience complete!!
This store is amazing and all of the Employees/Associates are very friendly and want to help you. I would like to share my experience with Susan K. She was outstanding and helped me find the right wallet for me. Not only did she help me, she invited me back to the store to get my initials hot stamped into it. She also wished me a happy birthday and invited me back into the store! Thanks Susan!! Will be back soon.
Cannot believe the thousands dollar purse had wear and tear in less than 30 days. And the custom service was terrible, the store manager Sharnese is discriminatory. Cannot be returned or exchanged even though its still in returnable term. The quality of LV has deteriorated greatly lately, dont waste your money!
I tried to go in the store but the line was long, guess next time.
