Cover your tattoos or the employees will follow you around the entire time as if youre going to steal. Go see the peeps at Chanel in Neiman Marcus instead! They treat everyone that walks in like human beings.

Christian was very helpful. I was pretty set on what I wanted to buy coming in, but he still took the time to show me all the options. He made my first experience here very pleasant and I will be back.

They pretty much ignored my wife and I as we shopped. Even worst, their looks were somewhat hostile. Not good with customer service, I see.

Drove an hour from nj to find out that sale items can’t be returned. Hope this review helps people before they find out the hard way.

Beware! They have a 14 day store credit only return policy.... Associate told us we could return the belt we purchased if we changed our minds and when we brought it in they refused to refund.
