The team is amazing ! I currently live in California and come here to visit my family. I will now start driving over here from now on to get my services done. I got my brakes done out where I live and they did a terrible job on them, but once I came here they fixed everything ! Craig, Brian and Randy are great people and provided excellent customer service. It was hectic when they told me the news but I’m sure glad that they were able to take care of everything. My tire blew on a rental on highway 93 while I was on vacation with my family. I called ahead to confirm they had the right tire. Craig helped me right away at the front desk and got my car right in. Randy put the new tire on, helped me get the spare situated and checked all the pressures. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I was left on my own for 20 minutes. I needed oil exchange. When finally somebody showed up....I was told the entire procedure will take 1 hour!!!!. Of note, the place was empty with one car that stuff worked on and plenty of workers having good time. I went to different place, that worked already on 3 cars, very friendly stuff and was done withing 20 minutes. Shame on this place!!!!!!

I took my car in to get a tire fixed it had a slow leak in it. They said their was nothing wrong with it so we started on our trip we got about 460 miles and the tire went flat we had to call a service truck to come out to get our tire fixed it cost 75. Dollars to tow the car in to get it fixed we had a spare tire but it was a donut and I really didnt want to use it. I called superior tire store when we got back and they said because they never found anything wrong with the tire there was no ticket on it and they didnt know what to say. My wife said the tire was not wet and it only took a couple minutes to fix so I checked it and it was not wet and the tire was not clean were they put it in the tank the only thing I can say they did was put air in it I have gotten tires their a few times but this is the last time. It was like I made the guy I talked to mad because he changed his voice after I said something to him about it. All I can say is if you go in to get a tire fixed and they say nothing is wrong with it get a ticket anyway. I never had any problems when Jim was there.

This place is just out to make a buck, 25 bucks to put one 14 inch tire on a rim. Dont waste your time here, lots of places in town that have much better prices.

We were traveling thru the area and had issues with the our cargo trailer. It was a Sunday afternoon so we were worried we would be stranded for the night. Superior Tire was very helpful and was able to get all the parts we needed. Our tech David even stayed late to get the trailer fixed and we made it to our destination that day. Thanks Superior Tire!

Warranty tires purchased just months ago... one of the tires went flat, couldn’t be repaired, had to be replaced... Well first they didn’t have a replacement tire, they contacted their other stores? no luck, had to order tire... Two complete days without my vehicle... Then had to pay like $65 for the balance and whatever else isn’t covered on this warranty in which I feel might have been a complete waste of money...!!!

So youre store told me you couldnt find the trouble With Truck. I wanted you to fix it was their 6 weeks your tech was unable to find it period I found the problem. Why didnt you contact me? You blew me off.Claim to know how to work on my truck I left with no rear brakes they messed up the Throttle position sensor Ive been trying to get my money back for the work on the throttle position sensor but they refused to work with me. And thats just the beginning they blow you off and charge you a lot of money for nothing.

I was traveling through Kingman on a Sunday with a bunch of small children and got a flat tire. These guys were the only ones who would help me even though I got there right about closing time. They worked quickly and efficiently and even pumped my spare up while I was there. They gave me options and were up front about pricing and everything else before I agreed to anything. Thanks to Nick and Jack and the guy who aired up my spare (didn’t catch his name)!

I had a problem with my pickup spewing smoke. They checked the engine only and told me they couldnt find a problem with it. Charged me over $100 for nothing. They advertise complete automotive repairs. I got it back and the next day I had to go back to where I left my trailer. The transmission was sluggish and had to step on the gas to get it to move. I took it to a transmission repair company which had to repair it and found where the oil was burning from. I dont recommend Superior Tire for any automotive repairs.Superior Tire is fishing because of this review. I still have their invoice. On that invoice they even wrote they took it out and drove it 70-75 mph. Abusing my pickup. And said it didnt spew smoke. You would of thought they would of found the problem with the transmission. I did and I had it repaired at transmission shop in Kingman, AZ.

Waited 2 hours for a wheel alignment and noone has looked at my truck so dont make an appointment theyll have you waiting all day I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy

Fast friendly service

The only reason its getting one star is theres no option for 0 stars. I had the opportunity to use superior tire when I had a blow out traveling through Arizona. A changed my own tire and didnt see any damage to my wheel but they indicated that the interior wall was blown apart and needed to be replaced. Didnt have a problem with that. The problem I have is when they snapped 1 of my studs off my wheel. To replace a stud on my car the wheel has to be broken down all the way to the wheel bearing to the tune of $331. Ive contacted them to help reconcile with some compensation towards a refund for the cost to me yet theyve not gotback to me. I would not recommend using them I would stay clear of them. There other tire places in town, they may be busier but there Is a reason they are busier because people trust them.

Have to say Im impressed by their customer service. I bought a set of tires a couple months ago. Found a screw in one yesterday on my way to work. I was smart enough to buy the warranty and glad I did. In less than 45 minutes I had a new tire and was on my way. Definitely recommend them. And big thanks to all.

Took my car for an alignment twice. The first time I was told they couldnt do it without a $300 inner tie rod repair on only one side. I replaced it myself for $25, in less than 1 hour, and came back. Now they claim the other tie rod is bad, and I need complete hub replacement. The wheel bearings are removable on my car, no need to replace the entire hub. I also checked the wheel bearing myself, and its not bad. After giving the benefit of the doubt, I am now sure they were lying to me. I politely declined the unneeded repairs, and didnt mention that I used to be a mechanic. There are honest shops out there, shops like Superior Tire give good ones a bad name.

Went in to order 4 new tires, the guy behind the counter seemed like he could care less. Said he only had one set in stock, I then said I would also like to buy some new rims to go with the tires. The guy could not be bothered to help me, seemed irritated that I even came into the store. I was the only person in the lobby.I just walked out ill go down the street.

I cannot recommend this place. Had a nail in tire and they told me theyd have to replace the tire. Took it to another tire place and it was fixed super fast.Slow service as well. A Veteran was waiting 2 hours and counting to do a simple oil change. He had an appointment.

So pleased with level of service. We were traveling though Kingman when a tire lost air. We arrived at 15 minutes before the store closed and they assured me they would replace our tire regardless off the impending closing time. Good, fast, courteous, competent service allowing us to complete our travels. Skip, the other tire shops in town, skip Walmart go straight to Superior, their name says it all!

Wish I could leave zero stars. I have been dealing with them for many years, spending thousands of dollars on work and personal vehicles, and recently the quality of work has suffered greatly. After an issue that they caused left me stranded on I40, I went in the next morning to resolve it. I was basically told that they are not responsible for issues caused by their own incompetence. I left, drove down the Stockton Hill to one of their competitors and have found another tire shop. I recommend avoiding this shop.

They totally ripped me off. Kept our truck for a month and a half, said it was fixed, charged us over $6,800.00, we took the truck and only got about 20 miles before it broke down with the same problem. They are refusing to honor the warranty and are charging us an unbelievable amount of money for us to get our truck back. We have been quoted that it will cost us another $4,000.00 by a good and reputable mechanic to fix it properly. WARNING: Do not trust or do business with these people! They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau!

Really appreciate these guys. Very personable. Good service. Willing to fix mistakes without arguing (I got an oil change and the nut was not tightened enough). Today I gave them the wrong key for my car. Instead of having to walk back they came and got the key. Thats excellent customer service!

DANGER! DANGER! DANGER! Extremely unethical. Took my 2017 RAV4 in due to a grinding noise when braking, was quoted $200. I left the car with them and went back to work. In about 2 hours, the employee called and said my rotors were “so warped” they couldn’t turn them, so I would need new rotors, price increase of $240 – running total is now at $456 with taxes. Then in a few minutes the employee called back with more bad news – tires were down to the wear bars and rear shocks were leaking oil. He figured it all up and told me “$1286.17 out the door”. Jokingly I asked about a senior discount…He said he could knock off $15. I said, “ok, let’s do it.” When I went to pick my car up then invoice was for over $1800 - $530 MORE THAN QUOTED. The reason he gave me was “labor charges and taxes”. I was charged for nitrogen in the tires and all my new tires had black caps the shop tech told me they were air filled. While waiting in the lobby I heard phone calls and witnessed other customers having similar issues and complaints. One call ended with “I can’t help you. If you think you were cheated call the owner…he will be in about 10 tomorrow.” and then he just hung up. Protect yourself!!! DON’T GO TO SUPERIOR FOR ANYTHING. Extremely unethical. DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!

We had broken down in Kingman in our RV on October 6, We took it into Superior on Monday Oct 7. We were handled professionally by Sean at the desk and the service people went out of their way to help us. I would have given 5 stars except we were required to find a hotel room for the night because they stripped a lug and could not replace it until the next day. The owner refused to reimburse us for the hotel bill. We could not stay in our RV because it was jacked up still. The owner said he supplied electricity (110 volt ) to the RV for us, but all that was on was the refrigerator, so that did not require too much electricity.

Against my better judgement I went to this place for an alignment I have been told by several residents of Kingman that this was not an honest place to go but I figured it was just an alignment I had just had brand new struts and an driver axle replaced at a reputable shop and came to Superior for a alignment because they said they could do it the same day on their inspection I was told that my control arms and ball joints were bad and that my transmission was shifting late I was quoted a price around $858 on the computer screen that was just parts and labor for ball joints control arms and then alignment something about this place put me off so me and my husband disgusted and have them pull it out of the Bay took it for a second opinion the second opinion showed nothing wrong with the control arms and ball joints even though they are older and nothing wrong with the transmission I was told they get there part from oriallys so I checked prices $61 TO $123 PER side there prices $246.68 per side wth my opinion is place is a complete rip-off and see dollar signs when you walk through the door not customers I should have took the advice of people who have dealt with them before that theyre not honest mechanics it should be avoided at all costs on top of that when I got the paper estimate it was almost $100 cheaper then their computer screen estimate but like I said after speaking to a reputable mechanic who checked everything that they said was wrong knowing that I would give him the job if they were right and needed it fixed told me that they were indeed trying to gouge money

We Got a flat tire couple miles before Kingman. Called this place and they had the one tire we needed that nobody else in town had. Upon our arrival we were received with excellent customer service, they worked on our vehicle so quickly and we were out of there so quickly! Highly recommend!!

Had to replace front tire while traveling to Mesa,Arizona. It was on a Saturday, I called ahead to see if they were open. They were closing in 30 minutes. I was not going to make it in time before they closed. But,I explained my situation and they said they would wait for me to arrive. Chris, his brother and another young man were there waiting for me. Replaced my tire. They were fun, courteous and professional. Great doing business with them.

Put my parts together wrong, which caused complete destruction of the new parts, was charged to fix what they did wrong, and had to purchase new parts. Its like ordering a medium rare steak, getting it well done. You have then fix your order and when your check arrived your charged for their mistake. Will be filing a court case against this shop. Would recommend not going here. Wish I could give them a partial star.

I usually take my car here for service. Owners are *very* nice, no price gouging, and theres always coupons for reasonably priced oil changes, with no henky extra fees, fines and surcharges. Sometimes theres a little wait, but they have a waiting room and theyre centrally located so you can walk or take public transportation to go elsewhere while your car is repaired. Great reliable service, wont screw you if you are a female or single like some places. Im a return customer for years.

We had a critically worn out front tire on the way back home 650 mile journey. Started as a minor shake/vibration just at the beginning of the holiday, and getting worse and worse. Guys did wheel alignment - cause for the wear on outer rim of one front tire. I ended up buying all four.(Dealership I brought the car from in California less than a year ago had mounted winter tires, one of them being year older than the car. And not mentioning that at all during the purchase!)Boys at Superior Tire took good care of us in the middle of the Saturday without appointment. Explained well what was going to be done and kept us up to date with findings. Gave hints to have lunch and offered to drive us there just in case.New tires and wheel alignment fixed the vibration, and rest of the trip was pleasantly silent as well.While at the store, I observed the guys taking very good care of all the customers. For one lady with low tire pressure and one mismounted direction tire they fixed it for free (not saying theyd do that for everyone, but IMO shows the heart they put in to the business!)I was very pleased with the service, and we got home back to North California safely!

These guys truly know how to come to the rescue!!! Moving down south from up north my coolant reservoir cracked. Tyler and the team there called everywhere for a part. When nothing could be found they got me one ordered for the next day then drove me and my kids to a hotel! They were all so nice and extremely helpful, Ive never felt so taken care of!!! I have tried several times over the last year to get work done at the Kingman location of Superior Tire. I have been given the run around and given no follow up each time.When there is a great place right across the street (Stockton Hill Tire) I find it amazing that Superior Tire does not try harder to retain customers.The last instance I was brought in twice (7-28 and 7-29) for a simple repair then told the welder was broken and somehow they cannot find common parts. I was then told I would get a call Monday. No call, no appointment, no nothing. So on Tuesday I called them. I was basically told they cannot find a super simple and common part. I doubt they even tried since I found the part in 5 minutes.Sounds like the job was not worth the time to them, but they were not men enough to admit that.In the mean time they wasted several hours of my time shining me on.Bad way to do business. I heard they were kind of crappy, but did not believe it until I saw it myself.If you are looking for a quality tire shop I suggest Stockton Hill Tire right across the street or Big O Tire at Stockton Hill and Rt 66.Both of these businesses have proven reliable and honest, unlike Superior Tire in Kingman.Edit: Since leaving this review I had the truck fixed at a much better place. Turns out the broken parts Superior Tire said were bad were in fact simply 2 loose bolts. There were no parts needed and the repair took 5 minutes.So, I wasted 2 days and several hours being shined on by Superior Tire on a repair that was actually just a couple loose bolts.WOW!!Why would anyone go to these guys?

They are the most dishonest business I have ever seen. They told my husband and I one thing and did another. It cost us $4000.00 dollars to find out we had to take it to another store 🙄. After the turn signals and lights didnt work and they did when we brought it in.We asked to see the owner and imagine that we never saw him they kept putting us off.Never take. Went in for a routine oil change, about the 3rd time weve had it done here. Employees were nice & helpful. Got in the car again later that day & my oil change light was still on & the old sticker was still on the windshield. Checked the oil & it was dirty! Our conclusion was the oil was never changed!! I was kept waiting for over an hour to not have my oil changed. they also wanted to charge me big money to change my brake pads & put 2 new tires on my car. Very disappointed. Went back & demanded they do the job we paid them to do, so they did. Beware!

How does waiting for 5 hrs for your oil change and then being told you have a transmisson leak? When you really dont? I will never go back. Have met other people who also had similar complaints with this place. How sad!

Superior Tire did an awesome job for me. My Dodge Caliber was having some problems and making some nasty noises. I took it in and they handled me very well. The salesman took care of me and had my car in the shop quick. They diagnosed the problem for free for me and provided and estimate. I had the work done and now my car runs like new. They took really good care of me and I would recommend Superior Tire to anyone!!Thank you Superior Tire. You have my business forever.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fixed some major items under the hood and my truck drives better than new. Has been weeks and am still happy with the work.

By far the worst service and workmanship I have ever recieved.The shocks they put on look like they were installed with a framing hammer. The balance job was so bad I had to pay for another balance on e I got home.The somehow destroyed my carrier bearing and I had to get that replaced once I finally got back home.They used two different style weights and put the weights on the outside of the wheel.Simply awfull

Oil change, then pressure to do over $1000 of unnecessary fluid changes and non vital repairs. Attitudes totally changed when I chose not to do anything more then the oil change and I was charged more for an outsourced filter without being told prior to installation. Service took forever with multiple stops for more recommendations. Sidenote: fluids had been flushed less then 6 months prior. I will not be returning.

I got 2 tires changed the price was good but it took 2 hours !!! And then they told me the alignment would take 3 hours then I called other places that confirmed it only takes about a hour. im pretty sure they just didnt want to do it. I recommend somewhere else .

I go here to fix all my cars if Cameron was not here I would not go here I only delt with him since moving here he always make sure my cars are serviced and lets me know of things I should get fixed. I get my oil changed here very nice people to deal with good deals on oil change 15.00 plus tax tire rotation also have to tell them about the coupon they dont make you have the coupon anymore.

My wife took in tires for my quad to have changed, they instead ruined one of my tires and cracked one of my rims. They also kept one of my rims which I had to make a return trip to retrieve. I was told they would make it right when my wife took our blazer in for a front end alignment but they charged full price anyhow. I would not recommend this place if it was the last place in town!
