Wonderful experience as usual. Guided by a true professional whom was able to refer me to a great alternative selection since they no longer had the phone I orginaly wanted in stock. To be honest Im glad they didnt.... The phone I ended up purchasing seemed to be far superior that the other one. THANK YOU CRICKET!

I have been having Cricket for almist a year now and my service has been the worst . I have not been recieving calls, i have a lot of calls dropped, messages are delayed when i send them and my phone freezes and locks me out. I Went and purched a newer phone to see if maybe that was the problem while doing so i called my local Cricket store and told them i was purchasing a Galaxy A71 and wanted to know if i could have my sims switched to the new phone they informef me that the phone should be ok since it is a newer phone. After taking the phone to be turned on i also added on a line to my old phone as a at home emergency phone. I paid my regular bill of $55 and paid a additional$67 to have a new number put on the other phone before i left the store the girl made a test call and the phones where working by the time i made it home my new phone would not work and kept saying suspended account since my local cricket was closed i waited till morning i called customer service they informed me it was because my new phone was not a 5G phone compatible with they towers so i took the phones back in andhad them put my sims back into my old out and give me the new sims till i could find another phone since they do no accept it back and do not do refunds or store credit both phones worked perfect all day till the nextorning i woke up to call my job and the phones where both suspended and said i owed a $20 fee due to account being suspended but my phone was never suspened as i am set up with auto pay so all bills whete paid .
My husband and I purchased phones from Cricket and we got the best service possible from Kieran S. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. She is definitely a great asset to the Cricket company.

The phone and data service with cricket is GREAT. The stores here in Mohave county are not so great. DO NOT sign up here if u need a new phone. NONE of the stores in Mohave county EVER have phones in stock. I was approved for the leasing option, and u HAVE to get your phone in store, but none of the stores within this area had phones, so I couldnt do it. The managers are no help and none of the clerks know what to do. Go with another carrier unless u have a phone already.
My wife and I are new to smart phones Wesley made it Esau and very understandable for us to get the hand of it. Plus his customer service was a bonus. I highly recommend Cricket to anyone looking to save money with great service

Could improve on store services by making agent more knowledgeable on helping with troubled phones.Asurion kept my $40. I returned their phone sent to me when they wanted $240 for the phone I was to have as a replacement. Still dont. Have my $40. Have called three times and get the run around every single time. Never heard so many irresponsible excuses not taking care of customers but keeping their money and not resolving the problemsI dont have the money to change companies or I would.I also dont like getting help from the reps from Philippines. Their diction is non understandable. Get excuses and pass the buck from those Ive talked to.

My wife and I were just in the store, we went to pay our bill and brittney helped us, she was talking to my wife about upgrading and we said, heck why not. So after we paid the bill we got the Alcatel onyex Britney recommended it and it’s a good phone. I love the display, She even got her a really nice black case, I wanted to tell her boss how sweet and informative she was, so she said leave and review and you guys would see it! So thanks for the amazing service Britney! Definitely love this store.! Will be back to get me a phone soon!

Worst experience buying a new phone!!!1st- They didn’t have the IPhone XR on display because apparently it was stolen 🤷🏻♀️2nd- I had applied for progressive leasing and was approved for 1052.00 with a 49.00 deposit, while finishing the process I asked what my payments would be meanwhile nothing about the lease was gone over. He said it would calculate at the end. Um okay3rd- Was soo disappointed to find out I would not be able to go forward with the purchase because progressive leasing needs to run your card for 49.00 even when you are paying that in cash to verify it’s an actual account. Would have been nice to know that at the beginning but okay. They put my items on hold for me and I left the store empty handed.4th- I go back about 2 days later because I finally situated my bank card so it would work. Again I go through the process of signing the lease while also not being explained anything about it again by a different employee. We get to the payment part where I pay the 49.00 for the down and come to find out.....I owe 75.00. And why do I owe another 25.00 you may ask. Apparently there was an upgrade fee that I was not informed of!!!!! So again I had to leave and come back5th- I got the additional 25.00 needed to finish this nightmare pay get my phone, screen protector, case and headphones totaling a little over $800, well under my budget that I was app for. Go home set up my progressive leasing app and come to find out that my payments are way over what I had anticipated and also were going to be biweekly!!6th- If that wasn’t bad enough I go through the lease and read that if I make every payment as scheduled through out the 12 month lease I would end up paying OVER $2,000.00 for my phone!!!! With an option of early buy out of over $900.00 which is still $100 over my amount used.With all of that said, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure they explain every little detail to you before you purchase ANYTHING from them.

The customer service manager Joshua is an amazing person also! Always on their A+ game!!However, the company itself is fraudulent and extremely disappointing. They attack loyal employees, withhold their pay, falsify documents against the employee when they leave the company and all to save the company from having to pay out what is owed to the employees!This has happened to two people I know whove worked for cricket, one in Texas and now here in Arizona.As far as I am concerned, cricket is one big fat fraudulent disappointment in what was built into a great company by someone who busted their backside to make a wonderful name for someone who is too selfish to be true to their word!You do NOT treat family like this, no matter what! If you say youre employees are your family, you stand by your original word that you will take care of each other, not betray a persons trust and loyalty!!!!!!
I went to the store today to get service for my whole family but since Im a family of seven they wouldnt let us in because they only allow four people at a time.

The girl Ashleigh was so rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. I lost my phone number that I had for 15yrs. So doesn’t know how to port a number in. Then she pressures you to buy stuff you don’t want. She pressured me to buy a Headset for $50. I change my mind before he left the store and she refused to take them back. She just didn’t want to lose her $10 commission. She also sold me the DirecTV now and told me I would get a free Roku stick. She hurried up and got the money for that and then I ask her for my free Roku stick and then she says oh it has to be mailed to you. They sell stuff under false impression just to get the money. They don’t know how to do their job. Do not go to them. And definitely do not see her if you want to port your number in. Plus I didn’t get a free phone like they advertise. They say they are out so you have to buy a phone. Home to go to another store if you want good customer service and want to import your number and I deal with rude people. They need Kashia back. She’s the only one that knows what she’s doing!!!
I worked there for almost a year and valued every customer 2 months ago they brought in a unexperienced,very, inmature 23 yr old manager with a very bad Im in charge ill throw any ex employee or customer out anytime attitude. Very bad decision but, Frank the area manager that I had 100% confidence in made her manager overnight and she had been there maybe 2 mo. But, to do interviews he had to drive from Vegas so she begged and got the position. For loyalty and honesty I would not go to Cricket in Kingman and dral with Ashleigh Delaney she will lie and deceive anyone to get a sale.
Dont get your service in Kingman. Advertised a free phone when switching service provider. However the phone was NOT free as advertised. Cost 20 for the free phone. This is called false advertising. Dont buy services from liars. You will be dissapointed. They count on not being sued over $20 but $20 from every new customer ads up and is theft.

Saw an ad on facebook, and had a question about the product. Instead of real answers, I was given smartass cocky answers that in no way related to my question. When I pressed the question again, I was told they would respond with the details. I waited all day and posted a funny meme about still waiting an answer. At this point I was told I was being rude. I decided to shop elsewhere and the comments from other employees are still taunting me to attempt to make me respond and make a fool of myself to justify thier rude customer service. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go with a real cell phone company that actually owns their own towers instead of paying att to use thiers.

Every time Ive visited the Kingman store there are different employees. EVERY TIME. I have never seen an employee in there twice.Employees are not very knowledgeable in regards to the phones or the accessories. Sometimes they are flat-out rude. As far as technical assistance, youre just as well off staying home and calling (the mostly aggravating and nearly always unhelpful) Cricket Customer Service, as thats what the associates in the store do anyway.
Cricket Wireless every time I walk through the door the workers always say Welcome to Cricket Wireless may I help u or they will say Welcome to Cricket WIreless I will be right with u.
Above and beyond!!! The service and the staff were excellent. I picked up a new HTC Desire and in combination with the Cricket 4G LTE I am in paradise. Thanks to everyone at the Kingman location.
