Crowded, but they took care of everyone in turn, gave each of us dedicated time until done.Alec was calming in his presence & very efficient. He made sure our new phones were set up & everything transferred properly. Answered all questions & was patient. Which was extra helpful, as the company policy forces employees to wear masks... so we had to ask him to repeat himself often. Alec deserves our highest rating 😃

Not enough help, people waiting long time(women in front was waiting for one hour!) That said, employees were very nice and tried to move things along and best as they could.I ended have to return. They were having problems with their computers. Not their problem.
Had problems with my service and they wanted yhe whole amount of my monthly bill to turn my service back on.I didnt have the whole amount for the monthly service so I couldnt turn on my phone service.They should have offered partial service but they didnt offer it to me.So until I figure out how to get my money from another state Ill have to wait for phone service.Im thinking about switching phone service providers.

I purchased an iPad through Verizon, they said it would be at the store on Thursday. I’ve called 10+ in the past 4 days to find out if my (already paid for) IPad was at the store. Nobody answers the phones, the “answering machine” is useless and sitting on hold for 20 minutes each time I call in hopes someone will answer is futile.
Came in to purchase a note10+ case. They were sold out, so was the other store in town. Sounds like these stores have a problem ordering the correct amount of product as they cannot keep it in stock. Maybe order more next time, so you dont have these issues nexttime?

These people might say anything to make a sale. When we first came here to sign up with Verizon we bought two phones on a BOGO offer. We were told that after 6 months we could pay the phone off. No, according to Verizon it was 24 months. I wish I’d known that before I paid off the phone - Now the deal has been invalidated and I have to pay for both phones.

Exceptionally rude, I attempted to go in and update my plan and purchase a new phone, it became obvious that the two employees had no desire to help or give me a chance to explain why I was there, not worth your time or effort, poor management, poor customer service
This store uses bait and switch techniques with their customers. I was told by the store manager, Nikki, that my bill would be approximately the same when I went in to get a new phone. Not “your bill will be about the same, plus the $31+/ month for the new phone. When I went to the store, she said that she was really sorry, but there was nothing she could do, and basically I should have known that when she said your “total bill” will be about the same, she meant “plus $31+ for the phone”. That’s not the way to do it, folks. You are going to lose a customer of over 20 years because of the deceitful actions of a store manager. I get they are a retail store, but I have never been outright lied to in all my time with Verizon at multiple locations. I would make sure that everything is spelled out in writing before you purchase anything from this store.

My husband kept getting a msg no sim card. The technician was very helpful. Apparently his card was dirty and probably when my husband dropped his phone (which he has done multiple times) needed to be adjusted. He made the adjustments and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Great job.
Nikki is amazing. This is the 3rd time dealing with her in over a year. I came in because my sim card wasnt working all of sudden. After she fixed it I ended up buying a new phone. She is that good! Seriously she is very knowledgeable, helpful, funny and always easy to communicate with. Keep her!

The people at this Verizon store are very misleading ! They lied about a lifetime warranty glass screen saver they told us we could replace it anytime it breaks and this is very not true do not ever by the lifetime warranty screen saver from this store it is not a lifetime warranty

This Verizon ( Go Wireless) is great on Stockton Hill across from Honda dealership. Mike is very knowledgeable and I had bought a phone there and he helped me fix a problem that the other store in Kingman (petsmart shopping center) by freeway could not. In fact the guy told me it would have to be done over phone with Verizon tech which was impossible to get through to on Thanksgiving weekend and he told me if it locked up I was out a new phone, well it locked up and i took it to Mike and he fixed it by doing a factory reset. Thanks Mike!!!!
They take such good care of us.The manager is awesome, she deals with us and our inappropriate humor, joins in and gets us laughing and very patient with us. Ive recommended that people go just to deal with her.I switched to them after being with the same provider 15 years. They treat us right.

Waited and hour and a half to be helped... Even let the employee, Caitlyn, help several other customers before us that arrived after us (the night before thanksgiving). We didnt have one id we needed so we drove home and immediately came back... She had barely closed the doors and refused to help us... The day before a holiday and after being very patient and understanding with her.

Stopped by the store while on vacation and everyone in the store was so well mannered and helpful. The manager, Devonte, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable of the device I was interested in and stayed to make sure my order was processed appropriately. I recommend this store for everyone!

Very slow place. Tried to get my phone fixed, have insurance. They told us we have to pay the $100 deductible. Called Verizon, they said they didnt know why they would charge us, and replaced our phones no charge.Call Verizon if you have to do much easier to deal with, and better results
My daughter and I visited the store on 7 Jan 2018 looking for earphones. Found what we needed and when the item was rang up, it was $30 more than the price marked on the shelf. The salesperson, Kaylee, looked up the price, made a phone call and charged us the price marked on the shelf..Customer Service above normal. Thank you for the good service. Only complaint was the music playing too loud. I turned it down and the male salesperson promptly turned it up. Made it hard to hear/understand the salesladys comments.

I have been working on my husbands prepaid phone for 2 days, I could not get a customer service worker. It is VERY frustrating to get a machine that cant help you.I went to a Verizon office and I was helped by the extremely intelligent and super friendly store manager. The store is in Kingman, Az the managers name is Nikki. Great job.
My wife & I went into the Stockton Hill GW store on 2/27 for help with our new Samsung Galaxy J3 phones (our 1st smartphones...We made the mistake of buying them in Lake Havsu - were NEVER received ANY support from that place...ALEC in the Kingman, AZ (Stockton Hill Rd) took care of us AND got my Veterans discount applied...This GW store and ALEC saved the Verizon brand name for us IMO...Next phones WILL be obtained here in Kingman - HIGHLY recommended!!!!!

I was going to quit Verizon and just get some sort of prepaid and get a home computer, then I remembered that Shannon Johnson was at the Verizon store here in kingman, I went down to talk to her and she was more than kind.Shannon basically saved the day for you guys, new phones screen protectors .phone cases and stayed late to get the Job done Shannon and her managers devonte and chris got us all finally finished up today, having to go all the way down the hill to bullhead as in their own vehicle for screen protectors!. Verizon stores in general except for this one has always been absolutely terrible, if you would maybe let these people give new employees lessons in proper sales techniques and general manners and etiquette you would double your profits, if you ever treat these people to praise and raise you would secure your companys future in phone business. You all need to take a lesson from Shannon,Devonte, and Chris on how to treat people. Store stocktonhill.
