They didnt have what I usually order. The staff was fine and it didnt take long. Ive had better experiences but the timing of my visit was on a off day maybe.

Dont like coffee, never went, never even been near one, and google keeps saying to write a review to this place... So... Its a building... They sell drinks some have coffee, probably tea or something I dont know, never been there. I would think Hot Coco and other forms of drinks as well, and they put your name on the cups, fancy.

Just pop on to get a mug and coffee for a gift. The most horrible experience. The barista would not take the product to scan so the coffee cup fell to the counter top, and all she said it did not brake. I have never felt so unwanted as a customer. Wow! Just horrible customer service.

Waited over 5 minutes for someone who was checking out....to run out to their car to find more money. They could have voided it or suspend the translation. Other people were ahead of me and decided to walk out before i realized what was happening. Could have been closer to 10 minutes. Sounds insane but it is true.

I go there quite often & Ive seen incredulously rude people acting out of line at the employees while they were insanely busy, but theyre outstanding service never wavered & their smile never faded in the slightest. That A the health department has posted doesnt only stand for cleanliness.

Starbucks is always consistently good, great service minimal wait polite service. I order my girlfriends with soy milk but keep the caramel & whipped cream all done correctly. I appreciated the option for soy milk to custom make their frappucino. Pricey but that is to be expected

The girls here have grown to know me over the years. They treat you special and are all very nice. There has been on rare occasion something off about my order, but their customer service attitudes and the quick moving pace keeps me coming back. Pretty much just like every other Starbucks its okay but expensive always a huge line. What I do like is that they donate their coffee grounds and you can always pick some up for free for your garden. I would rather drink coffee from the new place down the street called the human Bean

Coffee was not great.

Ordered coffee and green tea matcha latte extra hot...it was 630am...the shop opens at 6am. The coffee was bad..tasted old and was not hot. The green tea latte was not extra hot...luke warm. We were just leaving for a 1900 mile trip and decided to avoid hotel coffee and buy STARBUCKS. BIG MISTAKE. I wanted to return it but husband was so upset he didnt want to go back in. He threw his coffee out!

9 am saturday morning. Been open for 4 hours. Cant break a hundred dollar bill. Didnt even ask the drive through cashier if he had change. Told us she would have to give us ones and rolled coins. Are you kidding me? About 30 customers inside and 5-6 cars lined up in the drive through Lost our business forever.

The coffe is usually made right butblast time i was here i left so angry because of the lady in the drive through she was very rude ver very rude ... The manager was nice and tried to resolve the issue by taking my name and telling me i can come back for a free coffee when i was ready but as i told her i was mad for the way my mother was treated and that ot needed to be takin care of with the lady in the drive through i appreciate her trying to compinsate me for my bad experience but i hope she at least spoke with her employee iv never had someone be rude like that at a startbucks

Has gotten too politically charged. Bend too easily to political groups. Bring your own straws...cups...etc...but dont expect anything for your time or trouble. .. Not recommended and not going back.

Stop on the way to Vegas. Had the coffee mug I have been looking months for! The AZ cactus one. Super happy!

As always you can rest assured youre going to get a clean establishment with pretty darn good coffee overall. Some baristas as usual make better espressos than others.

My order was correct, and my tea and coffee tasted delicious. The only issue is that they were so busy that it took a while to get.

This location is the least busiest of the three locations in Kingman. The Batistas here are very friendly and courteous. They also have some eats here as well. If you have not tried their cold brew coffee, give it a try. Get it with the sweet creame! You might get hooked!

This is your normal Starbucks kiosk inside the smallest Safeway store in Kingman. The south-most door is the place to enter for the Starbucks, the deli, and the bakery. This location serves all the beverages you would expect and has some pastries. There is also a well stocked bakery in the Safeway store. THERE IS NO DRIVE TROUGH at this location, disregard any reviews mentioning a drive through as they do not apply to this location. AT THIS LOCATION THERE IS NO DRIVE THROUGH, it is inside a Safeway. Any Review mentioning a drive through has picked the wrong location to review.

Good place to get diabeties. And have your limbs amputated from all the sugar and chemicals in there products. The last picture is of a guy who has diabeties well enjoy your liquid sugar chemicals at starposin I mean star bucks!

Inside of Safeway. Long wait because only one Barista was on deck for about 10 minutes until help arrived. The arriving Barista was real helpful and scan my card so I could get Stars even though I couldnt top it off there.

I love going to this Starbucks... becuz all the employees are so sweet and passionate towards all the customers... and they know just exactly how i like my Carmel frapp....

This Starbucks has the usual treats and coffees. It is not the place to go early morning if you are in a hurry. They often do not have enough help. The service in general seems slow. There are a few nice baristas and a few that seem to have chosen the wrong career in coffee making. Ive often felt as though Im bothering then by placing my order. The coffee blends dont seem consistent with the other Starbucks. The seating area for visiting is quite small and limited. Not the place to meet friends for a coffee. It works for a frappachino fix while shoppimg.
