Great thorough eye exam with Dr. Houghteling and ordering of glasses inthe store. They even were able to apply discounts i wasnt aware of from my Medicare insurance.

Our exams were as thorough as ever with the added steps taken for disinfecting. Great selection of frames! Always feel valued by the doctor and staff.

So nothing on site about appointments only. Drive 45 min to just get frames. Was told no one in the store can put the order in. So store is open put you cant do anything. Why be open? Why not have on your web page to call for appointment. Wont be back.

Pearle Vision has such friendly, professional staff! Theyve stayed late twice now for us - once to help me choose glasses & more importantly fixed my husbands broken glasses so hed have them back the same day! Theyve also delivered on new glasses ahead of their projected schedule. Thanks Pearle!!

I don’t know the name of the person who I talked to Saturday morning but she was so rude.. all I wanted was my glasses looked at about scratches and she never even looked at them was asked if I had insurance that I could order new lenses

The store is clean and the ladies are very friendly. Ms Denise is very knowledgeable of the products. She takes her time with you wither she is helping you picking out glasses or explaining the eye examine procedure. I usually wait on her because I know Ill be satisfied with her services. She is a great impact to the store. She should get a promotion for all the hard work that she does. Keep the great work up.

I had a great experience! Dr. Houghteling was thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was super friendly as well. When it was time to pick my glasses Denise (I believe that was her name- lady with brown hair) helped me find the perfect pair. Then she took the time to calculate what the best deal with my insurance was since I wanted both glasses and contacts. I also love that they have night and weekend appointments!

Great Office! Went in to pick out glasses last night, and Denise stayed after her time off to help me pick out the perfect pair. I have been going to Dr. Houghteling for way over 10 years and wont go anywhere else. Denise and Julie always go way above normal customer service! They make you feel like family and treat you as such.

I am not a patient here. However I was seen for a crisis situation I had with my left eye and though I found out some bad news. Ms. Denise went above and beyond to get me added to the schedule and seen and now I am on my way to recovery. Thanks so much Dr. H for seeing me and advising me on the next steps to healing. I also appreciate you all putting me before your routine patients. I am in pain but I know GOD will heal me in the end. The pricing is high but could have been more so no complaints on my end.

Pearl vision in kingsland Georgia is a pleasure... starting with the receptionist. I was there again today 11/30/2018, they remember you and it feels like coming back home. A TRUE PLEASURE!

Very professional. Great help picking out my new pair of glasses. Only downside is I waited 20-30 mins after my appointment time even though I was there 15 mins early because other people would be faster than me. I usually hate eye doctors but I loved my exam.

My appointment was at 1130 I got there 1120 I filled out paperwork and at 1156 after sitting there for awhile I asked about how much longer it would be for me to be seen the lady responded with Im not sure maybe 15 to 20min. That the dr got behind. I didn’t reschedule because they didn’t seem to care. It would of been nice to have been told they were behind so I wasn’t just sitting their waiting almost an hour. With both my little girls if I Wouldn’t of asked I would probably still be there

Called several times to have my prescription sent to my new Eye doctor......literally waited over 2 hours to have it sent after calling 5 times! I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review.... but after the lady that works there named “Denise” spoke to me like I was a 7 year old.....I decided to warn others! Stay away! Completely unprofessional and rude!
