Did me Fair. Over a Holiday weekend and didnt charge extra..

I havent done business with them, & after their driver tailgated me up 75 Northbound today in Powell, then beeped at me when I tried to get him off my bumper, I never will. Very unprofessional and a danger on the road.

Jason and the guys are very nice, hardworking, and they all make sure that the customer is happy before they leave. Great tire store.

Nicest group of towers I have ever dealt with. Super sweet gentleman. Very understanding and helpful. Seriously just the sweetest young men. My friend wrecked her car, and I went to get her license and insurance card out. Also I asked them about 1,000 questions, then my friend asked them the same 1,000 questions, then her grandmother called and asked them 1,000 questions. Even though they should have been super annoyed, they all remained very helpful and sweet.

Needed a tow and the guy they had driving hooked the chain up to the wrong piece and flipped my car over the edge of the tow bed. Owner offered to fix the damages they had caused. Thats been a month ago! I have called and called I get told its not ready, it needs painting, when someone else calls about it and they get told its ready to come pick it up. No one was there to let us in. So I guess just over a month its time to call a lawyer. Its very sad that my son is serving in the army and is coming home to a business thats kept his car and refuses to speak to us on the matter. So if it isnt fixed and in our possession we will go to court.

Made appt to come get a vehicle and tow to shop. Said they would call first thing next morning before coming out. Never called. Never came out. Got Premier Towing to do the job instead. Cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. Premier was far BETTER.

Tire went flat while driving down the interstate and the battery died after I pulled over. These guys went above and beyond! Super friendly and helpful. Thank you guys so much!

Alternator went out before a trip to Knoxville and I called these guys...they towed my car and installed a new alternator in less than 2 hours with very fair pricing...will come back

Most expensive place out of 4 towing. Over $100 to tow from East Lawn Cemetery to Tricities Nissan. Just tell someone your too busy than quote a ridiculous price. Not cool when someone tries to take advantage of someone in need.

They towed in my friends car and messed it up when they took it off the roll back they let it go down on a 5th wheel and it screwed the front up and not we cant even drive the car
