Great staff! Very knowledgeable guys that take pride in their work.Thank you guys for all the great work you do for us!
Based on my 3 experiences, I would not recommend this shop. It took the shop 3 attempts to correct the problem the car was taken in for & they actually created a problem the car did not have when it went in for service. I was charged for each service even though the first 2 did not fix the car & the 3rd created the new problem. They then explained the new problem was as a result of the age of the vehicle even though the problem was not there when the car was originally brought in. I could not in good conscience recommend this business.
This was my second time coming, they were efficient on time great customer service. Give them a try youll be satisfied you did.
Great customer service! Everytime Ive called to ask a question, they did their best to answer it.
Do you know what it’s like for a vehicle to stop almost 600 miles from where you live? That happened to me and our Audi was towed to Blue Ridge. They analyzed the problem and made repairs quickly. I was more than pleased with their prompt repair and the cost. I was glad we used these guys, you will be too!
The first mechanic I spoke to was very respectful in which he knew that I would do my research on the part he said that was bad on my vehicle and gave me the time to do so.. The next mechanic that called me was very rude and didn’t care that he was talking to his customer and literally blew a several thousand dollar repair for Blue ridge motor works just by opening his disrespectful old mouth!! But it gets worse.. after my research I discovered a repair shop that would repair my vehicle for thousands less and didn’t mark up their parts and service out the roof. You guys lost lots of business and current, and future clients on this for lacking customer service skills and being a ripoff!
Sent my mini cooper for evaluation. Needed a body control module...which they would fix for 1100+ dollars. The unit would cost me 650.00. I ordered it from a mini dealer in Winston Salem. I got it for 450.00. When I called them to take it back in they said they wont fix it unless they could order it and mark it up. WOW!!! Rude and arrogant to me. Just a RIP off and they were proud of it. Never again!!!
Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for vehicle services!
If you have a BMW these guys are the go too in Ti Cities area. Have used them for all my service repairs and have never been disappointed. Chase and the crew there are very professional and their work is second to none. Their pricing is usually half of the local BMW dealership would highly recommend them and have to all my friends.
They offer full service on imports at a greatly reduced price compared to the dealerships.
I took my ML350 in to have a new rack installed and to have the hatch release fixed. Over $3500 in work. I picked my car up and it was lurching so bad I could barely drive it. Yet, they would not acknowledge anything was wrong with it at all. Also, the check engine light came on right after I left, so I turned around immediately and went back only to be told they were too busy to deal with it and I would need to leave it and pay a diagnosis fee for them to completely troubleshoot the system. I ended up fixing the MAF sensor myself that had become damaged during whatever front end work they had done. Several weeks after the work on the rear hatch I started getting weird electrical issues and after troubleshooting myself, found water coming in around the hatch and it had gone down into the rear SAM (computer module) and shorted it out. My 14 year old son rebuilt the SAM and reinstalled as well as fixed the leaks. This was my first and last trip to a non-Mercedes dealer for service. The car hasnt been the same since and I actually ended up buying another car due to the ongoing issues. If I could give negative stars I would. The workmanship is shoddy, very expensive, and their business model is very self-serving in that they mess up more than they fix and want to charge you to fix it. Ill NEVER be back. I have many friends with German cars that I have steered clear of this place as well.Richard Hale
I had check engine come on in my BMW. My problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired.
I brought my 2014 Cayman in for a basic oil change. I left and after a few days the oil light came on. I called to bring back and they decided to drop the filter after thinking the oil was over filled. I drove to work and left for my shift. When I left from work that night the light came on again. So then is when I decided to take back to dealer. The dealer decided to drop all of the oil and change. They advised was overfilled by alot more than thought. The light has not come on again after that. I took the invoice back to Blue Ridge and they did pay me for the oil from the dealer. I advised I had no hard feelings, as I have actually done that myself when I worked in my fathers garage growing up. So I did have intentions on using again for service. I felt we were square about the issue. No damage was done. So now the next oil change is near and I see I have been banned from doing business. I am a handshake kind of guy and when I offered a handshake I felt it was genuine. So apparently their business practices dont need my work. Just wanting to put this out their for people to see real situations for business. When I was told the owner would need to speak with me, as there is a note on my account. I asked for them to call me for an explanation. I have waited 3 days before I decided to post this to be fair.
They do great work with my mini!
Highly recommend
Cheaper than the dealership and I have never had a problem with their work. Will continue giving them business.
Greg and Staff here know how to Fix Autos Top Notch
They are absolute experts on German cars, which is hard to find. Great customer service and professionalism, as well.
I took my wifes 2004 Mini in for an oil leak, they replaced the oil pan gasket, several hundred dollars. The leak never stopped, so I took it back, this time they changed the valve cover gaskets, several more hundred, still isnt repaired.
Great service & friendly knowledgable staff.
Very helpful. They know European cars.
Thoroughly professional and honest!
I don’t let anyone else work on my Mini since I found out about this place!
Botched front end repair that required rework elsewhere!
Great service
Fast, professional, and honest. Will be happy to use BRM again
