We love coming to Bloomingdale auto care! Greg is wonderful honest and reasonable on his prices as well! I went to a local bigger name place to get my oil changed and they ended up telling me I needed numerous things done to my car that would cost roughly around $2000.00. I went to Bloomingdale auto care and Greg told me no actually the noise is coming from my back tires that they just needed to be replaced. He gave me a name of a tire shop as well and I ended up paying $200 for two brand new tires vs possibly spending thousands on something I did not even need. My husband and I both have had other vehicles worked on which we literally just dropped his off there. I always recommend his shop to anyone I know!

Thought it was good at first. I had my rear brakes fixed and when they changed the caliper they broke the piston. They pretended like it was fine and never told me. Ended up causing damage and had to pay over 700 to get it fixed somewhere else.

Honest honest honest. He saved me hundreds from the estimate I had gotten elsewhere. Kind and reasonably priced. I will no longer go anywhere else

👎👎👎👎👎My husband and I have used them multiple times for different vehicles that we have and pretty much every time the problem doesn’t get fixed but this last time really cut the cake. The mechanic that did a break job on our Land Cruiser left a bolt out of our break caliper!! When I called to inform them that the bolt had been left out the man on the phone acted as if it was just a small simple mistake when in actuality it could have cost my family our lives. I drive that truck on a daily with 4 small children and think someone would take it more serious. I will not be taking any more of our vehicles to them and I “WARN” anyone else who does!!!👎👎👎

This shop is a joke! Dont waste your time. They ripped me off while i was visiting the Kingsport area
