I called this shop practically in tears after getting a transmission error code in the middle of a few thousand mile road trip. I believe it was Allen(?) who answered the phone and helped. I drove the 1.5 hours there where he helped me out immediately. He checked the codes, gave me a full report, even put a quart of oil in my car…all without charging me a dime. What a great person and great shop. He turned a scary moment into a positive experience. Thank you!

Very glad I found these guys to repair our 06 330i bmw. Eddie and Allen are both super helpful not only with fixing our issues but also letting us know what to keep an eye out for in the future. Yes it was expensive to get our starter replaced but I am pleased with the work completed as well as the extra steps taken to be sure everything continues to work as it should. Highly recommend European autosports for any all repairs. We will be using them again.

I do a lot of my own mechanic work. I use European Autosports for bigger jobs. They have done an engine change and transmission swap for me. They have also done some smaller work for me over the years. Definitely a fair price for the work they perform. I’ve never had any issues with their works it’s all done professionally. They have allowed me to supply parts and they return the old parts back to me. They will discuss potential solution with depending on your situation. I’ve found them to always be friendly and professional. Definitely a recommended shop for European auto repairs.

Took my wifes Mini Cooper had some taillight issues and trunk lid issues. Eddie & Alan are on it. How fortunate WE are to have such knowlegable, honest mechanics in our area. IF you have an import that needs work, there is no use to try anywhere else. Attention to detail, professionalism... Simply one of the BEST.

FINALLY a competent, friendly, & affordable euro shop. I am beyond pleased with the service I received this week. I was so frustrated I was ready to sell my beloved Audi Avant after YEARS of unresolved issues at other shops. All it took was ONE visit to Allen & Eddie. I cant thank you guys enough!!

So I bought a 2012 BMW by force. I am Lexus girl, always would of been, but I got married. I say force because my husband, who is deaf in one ear was backing this unbought used BMW into a pole n couldnt hear me scream in panic. Now for the middle, to save face, my husband had the thought you break it you buy it !mentality! I panicked, its not a Lexus, but seeing his red face, I thought it best to agree. At lest he couldnt bring up my past driving failures. Im stickler for homework in a purchase. I just did not like the Lexus, the car lot had,n testing the BMW was conselation prize for driving 3 hours n wasting time. I admit BMW was beautiful body style. So we signed the papers. Long day, drove home n engine light came on. Colors n Words could not describe my lament over not walking away from that deal. I caught up my prayer life in the 42 exits left til home. God is real!, We made it. . I informed my husband, quietly, ( you women know better😁) that check engine light was on I took it early next day to Advance Auto, whose machine begin to talk in tongues to my machine. Thus BMtroubleyou or BMWT became a part of me. The next day, I took it a mechanic, works on BMW.He hooked it up n the codes began as if I was twirling combinations from the lottery wheel. Honestly, he let me go. Wondering how many thousands n mechanics it would take to fix this.A thought of a cliff n testing the neutral gear. Honestly, I went by Google n went by ratings for mechanics for BMW. European Auto Sports! I called them, told the story, made them laugh n then sad. It just seemed like a BMWT connection. I did not expect this result. They coded my car n told me there was hope. They had my car, 2 weeks, n honestly exhausted knowledge n skill. They corrected everything n it was economical ( less than 1000, used car lot, graciously, gave me 500) and then they explained it to me. My BMWT I fell in love with it because they fixed it the FIRST time.Awesome! I love my BMW, it has lots of extras. I figured all the buttons out, even the 911 button. (Embarrassed because it was dark when I pushed it n did not know) These guys know BMW. I had my oil changed today n they figured my main keybo was causing security code.Thus starter was dragging recognizing it. Fixed by changing keybobs. Really two great service n problem BMW guys. They took my lemon n gave me lemonade! Worthy!

Had my Audi A6 worked on, and Im blown away on how great the work is. They repaired my damage parts, and Im very satisfied. Ive used Ashville NC dealership and never received this level of work from. Hands down I will return for repair and maintenance any day. Thank you Allen and Eddie.

Search no more for a great and honest European repair shop. Not only does Allen do great work, he is also a great honest individual. You do not have to worry about whether you are getting ripped off or not, this is a great place to take your VW/ Audi etc. Allen is the epitome of a European master tech. After 8 years of service on my ride, Allen and Eddie are the reason my Audi runs just as great as the day I bought it. They are experts in their profession and priced fair. The first few times I needed service, I compared their prices to other local shops and the Audi Dealers in Knoxville and Asheville and they always came out the best hands down. They have may not have a fancy waiting room (who really needs that anyway; it just adds to the cost of service), but they are easy to work with, explain things very well, and always have me back on the road quickly whether its scheduled or unexpected service. Alan done a great job on my Mini Cooper. He really knows what he is doing and has lots of knowledge about these foreign cars. The computer was all messed up where I had took it to someone that didnt know what they were doing and he straightened it all our. He fixed an oil leak and put a new valve cover on it. It was also out of time. He saved me lots of money, because he knew what to look for. My car was losing power really bad and now it runs great thanks to European Autosports. If you have a foreign vehicle, BMW, Mini, Audi,VW, Mercedes,ect. you have to take it to someone who is educated on them. If you dont, your car will be all messed up. I trust these two guys with my Mini and that says a lot for me!!!!
