The outside of the vehicle looks amazing but not the inside. This is not the first time either. I did not want to do this review but I think this is the only way to bring light to the quality of service. Even other people in the waiting room said that the last time they went they did not do a good job. I hope I can change my review the next time I give them a try.

Took 2 vehicles through and got the special. Inside clean was like they never even touched anything. Radio, steering wheel, gear shift area, cup holder, and floors was still dirty. $50+ for 2 vehicles for the job we received was not worth it. Called the place and manager said he cleaned the car. What a joke. Won’t be back.

Took my truck to get the exterior done and a hand dry. I was very quick and specific.....get the wheels clean and wiped off. Got done and left as I had to help my sister move. Apon further inspection they did not get hardly any of the soap off my wheels. They are now spotted up and I can not get them clean. These are $1500+ 22 inch wheels on this truck. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere to get your vehicle clean. I have tried numerous ways to get the wheels spot free to no avail and I honestly think the soap residue or whatever chemicals they use have started screwing the chrome finish up on my wheels.

My great grands love watching the van come thru. They laugh and go on like its an amusement park. Cant beat getting a chore done and entertaining the kids.

They done a wonderful job on the truck every time I go they make it look Purdy. Everybody go by and give them a try you wont be disappointed got a great bunch of people working there.. They make you feel right at home everyone is friendly and look happy to be there. Really enjoyed the time and they do a great job on the ride

I gave it a 4 because they are very slow and it backs up bad and i see to many employees just walking around and on cell phones... They do a great job was drying and vacuuming.... The detailing needs in improvement because they missed my rims that i paid to have detailed..... I paid for air freshener didnt get it either... I would give it a 5 if they inprove the service.

Customer service was good. Detailing was good, noticed a few spots were missed. I would definitely go back !

I have taken my cars here for years and always came out happy. Not today. I even took the car back and showed them all that was not done after paying for the VIP package. Instead of completely redoing the car correctly they just wiped and swiped a little. Time to find a new service.

Its my first time coming here but I was very impressed with the store setup, the professionalism of the sales associate and also the cleanliness and friendly warm atmosphere feeling. I feel like I was treated as family or kin and I enjoyed their enthusiasm of wanting to help.

Just went through there and they completely ruined the front tag i waited for on my car, bent it so bad there is now a crease in it that won’t come out, i highly do not suggest going through there!

Liked them a lot; so do others. The wait can be a few minutes, but they move you thru as quick as possible. The staff is great

$35 for my car to still be dirty...

This was my first time going to this car wash... i did not know the time, and did show up right at 6 (closing time) which is fine!! BUT they still chose to take me, and give me service. I told the lady I wanted inside and out cleaning. She said so full service, okay. 18$ and some change. I paid and then grabbed a brochure... I realized that I wanted to pay a few extra dollars to receive air freshener, rims cleaned, and two different waxs included.(the special wash) With attitude, she stated she had closed the cash register out but they will do it anyway. I sat back down. They had finished my car in 5 minutes... did NOT wax my vehicle, crumbs still in my cup holders, floor matts, and in places that should have been cleaned. NO air freshener, and my rims didnt get cleaned. They totally rushed through my service & I wasted 19$. I am highly upset, and will be going back to complain in person. Pardon me for showing up at closing time! You could have simply informed me and I would have GLADLY come back tomorrow. If I wanted a basic wash, and towel dry, I could have done it myself at home.

Just had the VIP on my expedition today, was a rushed job, wasted my money. Left there went home got out my soap and bucket and cleaned all the bugs off my bumper and grill and mirror heads. Then cleaned left behind dirt from fenders area. Also had to clean wheels, wipe down door jams. Then had to go back over my dash and seats with armor all. This was after spending 36.00 and 45 minutes waiting for this. I have had better cleaning results from children fundraising for charity in a parking lot with a bucket of soapy water.

Michael, a younger gentleman, performed an excellent job. He went the extra mile cleaning one of our vehicles (black 2008 Mustang) and did so very quickly. He performed a fast, efficient, and professional service! Thank you, sir!

Everyone was friendly. $18 for a quick (less than 10 minutes total) exterior wash, vacuum, and an inside window wipe down is ok. I just wanted the crud off the outside and the windows cleaned and they wiped off my weather tech mats which was nice. Although, if you are picky about your car, expect to do touch ups when you get home because you’ll see everything they missed lol.

Went to Southern Classic Soft Cloth in Kingsport TN with my husband for the first time and they did a very very very bad job. I am very attentive with my car. I always check it for scratches and bird poop and everything that’s new. Well on June 17 I went to give my car a quick wash and cleaning inside. Not only they did a poor job inside my car, but immediately after it got out of washing, I looked at it and there it was, they scratched the hell out of my hood. Half of my hood had scratches all over, they also forgot to give me a freshener. AND I didn’t get my money back. My car was 2 months old, I just got it....They also use only one brush to clean your car before going in the machine. Like your tires and your car are being washed with the same brush. The guy in charge there, Bobby, start making up excuses to why this happened. One of it was cat scratches... really? Long story short, they didn’t take responsibility, their owner didn’t answer my calls and I’m juts gonna leave their future in the hands of karma. Because in the end I fixed it with the help of good people, and didn’t pay anything because God is good and looks over you. I will never go back there, and I will never recommend them to anyone in this world.

Confusing process if its your first time. Stay in your car till they come to get your order. There are a quite a few options but I recommend sticking with their packages. After telling them what you want head inside and pay for your order. After paying for your order keep your wallet ready as you are expected to tip when you get your car back. Now with all of this out of the way they do a good job with the wash and the staff are quite friendly.

Tires need to be cleaned more

Good for a quick wash but dont waste your money on the royal full service option. Didnt notice it until I got home but their was still mud in my tire wells. Very disappointed.

The staff are friendly and very hard working. Having a full service car wash in this day in age is rare and the ones that are out there are usually pretty spendy. This place has very reasonable rates. They accept GSA cards so government vehicles can be washed here.

Ive always gotten great service and treated very well here. The only thing is sometimes I have to ask them to clean the windshield again because of the streaks left behind. I always give a better tip if I ask for then to clean it again, I dont want to be that customer.

For everyone saying my car was not DETAILED!! This is a car wash, not a detail shop. Idk how people think they can pay $27 and get their vehicle detailed. That would cost over $100. I have always been happy with my service each time through. I even asked an employee about waxing and he informed me that they use a spray on wax inside the car wash. But they DO NOT wax by hand!!

Our car was pretty dirty and they did ok for the price. After we left, we noticed where they sprayed cleaner but never wiped it up. Big shiny spots all on the interior.So we had to go and rewipe it down again with armor all protectant. It was $27 to get it detailed but then we tipped 4 different workers $5 each so close to $50 for a detail. I personally expect it to be done right.
