The gentleman listened to my concerns, gave two options based on his knowledge of fixing iPhones, and finished the repair before I finished lunch. I was blown away with BPB.

Quick service and we got the lifetime battery for our watches and this visit was about the third time they had replaced the one in my wifes watch. Only took a few minutes and the employees were wearing masks or behind a clear protective barrier while they helped you.

Took my phone there to get my screen fixed. They fixed my screen, but my home button wouldn’t work after that(it was working before) and they said there isn’t any proof that it worked before you brought it to us. Terrible service. Wouldn’t of given them a star, but sadly you have to so I can post this.

They fixed my screen in a timely manner and the people were very friendly. Had a $10 off coupon for scheduling appointment online and my iPhone was fixed and looking brand new for a reasonable price.

I was disappointed at the time before I got the battery. I had to call to see if it was in, I thought I should have been notified that it had came in. I also didnt like the way the refund on the core charge was handled. I will have to make another trip to try to get the core charge refunded to my credit card. I had some one else pick up the battery and they had the core with them but they didnt have my credit card. So no refund to the credit card or a cash refund. I believe it was over 2 weeks before I called to find out the status of my order. I was told it was there. Not a good place to deal with.

My phone wouldn’t work and the back of my phone was cracked. They charged me 200 and made my phone cut on but didn’t fix the screen. Which was what I payed for.

Im not happy with them. It took them almost an hour to make 1 house key and couldnt do the other. So I had to buy a blank key to take elsewhere. It cost me $17.00 for 1 house key and a blank key. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very expensive and poor customer service - why should I ever want to be their customer? I brought a battery in to be soldered at their convenience. They agreed to do it and give me a call when ready. Never heard from them and when I went to pick it up, they could not do it because....well, I had to buy the component batteries from them. So they were not willing to help me out with the nasty excuse that the batteries I had were not bought from them. Problem is the price of their batteries was more than twice the ones I had bought online! Strike one. I then asked for a price for a replacement key fob for my car $99 refurbished, $220 new. We are our of stock for refurbished at the moment. Do you charge for programming? Yes $45 - your total with tax will be around $300. Really guys? For $300 I can go to the dealer who I know overcharges but even them can do it for less with real customer service. Thanks but no thanks, I dont need Batteries Plus Bulbs in my life and Im better off thanks to that!

A great place to have your batteries replaced or to find batteries that you cant find at your local store. Also you can have your smartphone repaired or your battery replaced. You can find great deals on flashlights, batteries, bulbs and even wiper blades for your vehicle. If you cant find it anywhere, then you need to go to this store and you wont have to look anywhere else.

It was easy to make an appointment to get the iPad repaired and it was repaired extremely fast. Retha Tilley is wonderful with customer service. I will use them again for future repairs when needed.

It was easy to order - Then picking it up and waiting on it to be programmed was great! The only thing was that while we waited there was no place to sit . Sometimes you want to look around but sometimes it is nice to sit and wait!

I came to the store 10 days ago to buy a screen protector Out of stock I was told they could order one and call me when it came in I had to pay in full up front. No one called so I called the store to check on my item. I was told that it had come in I asked if the store was open and if someone was there to install it for me I was told the store was open and someone was there to install my protector I drove 55 miles and when I got to the store the clerk told me that they could not install it I told here I had called to make sure and was told there was someone in the store that could install it She said well we made a mistake I asked to be compensated for my mileage and trouble She just laughed and said they couldnt do that

I wouldnt even give this place one star the first time I came and got my screen fixed everything was perfect. Not even two months later the screen started separating from my phone and i took it back in there and they said theres nothing they can do about it even though I had my receipt and a six month warranty that they could only give me $15 off . I paid $140 to get it fixed in the first place . I will not be taking any of my products in there anymore. Plus the manager was very rude to me.

1) I was surprised to find out my battery already had acid in it and charged. I prefer to pick my batteries up dry, add acid myself and charge them. After I got home I discovered it was low on acid and luckily I had a bottle of acid to finish filling it. In addition, it wasnt fully charged. 2) My 1983 Yamaha Venture has a liquid level sensor to indicate if the battery is low on water. All my previous batteries have had an additional hole in the top of the battery for the sensor but this battery didnt have one. Therefore, I had to drill out a larger hole in one of the fill holes for my sensor to fit.

Took my phone for battery replacement and got quick and friendly service. Later, I found the volume control no longer worked. I returned the phone and learned a part was broken during replacement (probably a design defect). The store was very apologetic and replaced the phone with a new one. I was impressed by the way they stand behind their work!

Scott did a great job fixing my phone!! Shattered my Galaxy s8 screen last night and it was replaced within an hour and a half of dropping my phone off. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend speaking with them for any phone repair needs. Total cost was about $250 to replace the screen. Painful, but still about $75-$100 cheaper than any other place I called in the Tri-Cities. Thanks for the great help today, yall were life savers!!

Thanks so much for the terrific service. I needed replacement batteries for my Norelco trimmer and Scott had the solution. I purchased the batteries and Scott soldered them to the pack while I was there. Saved me about $50.00. I am most grateful.

This place really is amazing. They really do have just about every battery or bulb you might need! They also program FOBs for keyless cars, and thats what brought me today.I had purchased my own FOBs on eBay and while the process didnt go smoothly, the guys at BPB really did everything they could to accomplish what I wanted. In the end I left with two newly programmed and working FOBs, but they were unable to cut the emergency blade keys correctly. To make it up to me they knocked off the programming fee for one FOB and ordered new blades keys.

Horrible Experience. Had iPhone Screen replaced. Damaged the speaker, new screen, and damaged the home button. Lost invaluable pictures I was told I wouldnt have. Got a new screen replaced under warranty. Still had damaged speaker and streaks in that new screen. Both screens themselves were always glitchy while in use, couldnt ever answer calls or hang up, had a mind of it own. Worst mistake I ever made. NOT OEM quality screens or even close to it, NOR certified professionals doing the installs.

EXCELLENT and fast service. I will take B+B my business as often as possible now.

Dont take your s8 here to get a screen replaced. Theyll shatter the front and back, then 2 weeks later itll just shatter on its own. Then they say its user error.

Ordered a brand new phone and the screen got cracked before my Otterbox case came in so i took it here. 1st time i picked it up, the screen popped out on the right side in less than an hour. I took it back and left it overnight. Picked it up and within an hour of taking the clamps off the 3 other sides came loose. Took it back a 3rd time and they ordered a special adhesive from Samsung -Kept it 2 days and it the entire screen was loose enough to show the backlight all around the outer edge of the screen. The employees have all been very accomodating and pleasant and i have returned the phone a 4th time and left it clamped for almost a full week. Screen was replaced and seems to be seated and sealed properly this time so hopefully the issue is fully resolved. Customer service was more than excellant but my low rating is 100% due to the products used during the first 3 attempts.

I got my iphone 6s screen replaced and the screens they used are so cheap. my phone cracked a month later in my lifeproof case!!!! lifeproof is paying for a new screen but ill be having it replaced at a store in bristol.

I had my screen replaced on iPhone 6s got it back and the home button didnt work he said it wasnt working then. It was working until I brought it there he said it fell out and they dont fix that now the phone doesnt work out 100 bucks.

The confirmation e-mail that the website sent me when I ordered said that Id receive another e-mail when the battery was ready for pickup in the store. 8 days later someone from the store called to tell me it was ready, but no e-mail ever came. When I got to the store their computers were down and it took a long time to verify my purchase so I could leave with it. They had to give me cash for the core exchange instead of refunding my card. So everything worked out more or less as I wanted, it just took longer and was somewhat more annoying than expected.

Horrible customer service by one of their employees. After the phone was not fixed in the time they said it would be, this employee snapped his fingers and looked at me and said, well, that didnt fix it. Youll have to come back. The work they were doing was for a battery replacement on a cell phone.
