I was having issues with my new car and they took it in and scanned the car. The battery was the issue, which was quickly replaced. They were also able to change my oil and service it on the same day.
Everyone was super nice to my family and I while there, they answered any questions I had and made it an easy going process, thanks to George Barton and the other members.

I purchased the $89.99 Detail service as a Christmas gift for my wife. When I picked the vehicle up, it wasnt even clean. It appeared as if it were run through a touchless car wash and then sprayed with Goo. The inside wasnt even touched and there was still mud in the wheel weels. The tech who rotated the tires scratched the finish with air impact tools. When I brought it to the attention of the gentleman in the service department, his response was Our manager isnt back in until next week. When asked about the spots still on the hood, I was informed that they dont clean the paint and that they simply hand wash the vehicle. There were still dead bugs in the grille. I never so much as received an inquiry from anyone about my poor experience. I ended up having to find another shop to do it correctly at the last minute. I have MANY MANY pictures of the poor work if anyone is interested. I guess I am just out $90.

I brought my recently widowed 81-year-old mother in for a new reliable car. She has not had a new car since 1994. Our sales person, Stephanie, was so patient with my mother. We test drove a rogue and mom could not put her finger on what exactly she did not like about it. She knew what she wanted in a car but did not feel comfortable in the rogue. Stephanie searched her database until she found a kicks that had everything mom wanted. Turns out the roque was too big for mom but the kicks was just right. Stephanie was so patient and explaining all the bells and whistles. This is the first time in 64 years mom has done something without my father and Stephanie made it a little less scarier for mom. I cannot thank Stephanie enough for her help. She has a customer for life in me and my mom. She is truly an asset to your team.
Brought in vehicle for service with provided info (both spoken *and* written down on note in vehicle) on startup issue and rattling / vibration issue, both.Spark plugs were properly determined to be old and replacing them was helpful for the former issue, and the vehicle was in and out on the same day.However, for the latter I was told it was the catalytic converter needing replacing (a code I told them the vehicle had been crying wolf about for a while now). After receiving the vehicle back, on my very next long drive I had to stop during the trip because the rear portion of the exhaust pipe FELL OFF and was dragging behind the vehicle. After taking this piece off (thankfully rear of cat. and muffler), the rattling stopped - proving that my note to look at what might be loose or rusting through on the exhaust mounts or pipe itself was correct all along. This area was clearly NOT looked at despite my bringing attention to it, the service team simply read the code and tried to sell me the higher-cost fix of the catalytic converter replacement. The true issue of mounts holding the exhaust to the vehicle simply getting old and rusty was pointed out by me as a potential cause (knowing the history of my own vehicle), and yet ignored.I had stopped going to the Nissan dealership near where I live for similar subpar communication or listening to the issues I see or hear, but felt no other option when visiting family here would work short-notice... turns out this was not only no better but potentially worse so.

First let me say that the reason I checked Met instead of Exceeded My Expectations is that I have never been to Wallace Nissan in Kingsport when I was treated as any thing other than someone special. This being my first maintenance appointment, I was ushered into the waiting area which I found to be clean and welcoming. They offer free refreshment, reading materials the cleanest public bathrooms I have been in and TV. You can even choose the channel and volume you prefer, if someone who has been there longer has already made that choice. I had just come from having a procedure on my leg and been instructed to walk as much as possible for the next couple of hours. I was never told that I was not allowed in any of the areas where I walked. Of course, I was not walking in any of the active maintenance areas. On my walking around, I came across the office of one of the employees who I once ministered to as a child growing up in the church we both attended. He grew up with my children. He invited me into his office and we spent a few minutes catching up on each others families and reminiscing old times. I am certainly enjoying my Nissan Rogue and would definitely recommend Wallace Nissan to my friends. My only complaint is that when I got home from this maintenance work, there was a coupon on my email offering me a $10 discount on the very maintenance that I had just had done. And, you, know, every woman like to take advantage of discounts from coupons! I give Wallace Nissan 10 stars any day of the week!

Treated well. Sales lady very nice and patient. We were not told that our new Altima did not have a CD player and were disappointed to find this out after the purchase and we brought it home. This is the 5th Altima that we have owned and we were very disappointed in the lack of a CD player.

Janice went above and beyond to take care of me. She even stopped 3 places to find power drive fluid to put in my vehicle so no damage was done driving it to the dealership. She also picked up and delivered my vehicle to and from my house.
The first question is not a fair one...this location has always been the best experience with any issue or appointment....not sure how they would surpassed my expectations when they are doing the best always....

The experience its self was fine except for the near one and one half hour wait with not so good coffee and almost warm water to drink. About every dealership that I know of in Kingsport has cold soft drinks, popcorn and even icecream in their waiting areas and are really nice to wait in. Also $77.00 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation is quite a bit overpriced to me. I said I will probably be back but thats because I dont have much choice with it being the only Nissan dealership in Kingsport, Tn. and I have to take my car to a certified place to get it done if I want to keep my warranty. It could have been better.
