At the Kingsport mall kobey is the person you need to look for he is the best and is help all through the way.

The employees here were so professional and eager to help. Very friendly and polite. The lady and gentle both took time to help us locate everything we were looking for. They even had great prices and a great selection to choose from. Definitely will visit again.

I ordered some jordan hydro V Slides the other day online and they had them ready for me to pick up in 30 minutes. Almost before I could actually drive there. Then I got there. They had Jordan Why Not 2 0 on sale along with galaxy just do it T-Shirt & Just Do It Shorts! The employee that helped me was just as enthusiastic about the footwear & apperal as I was! It was a fun & very enjoyable experience. Cant wait to go back.

We shop here often and they always have friendly employees who go above and beyond for their customers. Been there twice this week already. Both times the employees were very nice and every pair of shoes we wanted to try they did not hesitate to go in the back to get them for us with a smile on his face (Although we tried a dozen shoes before picking the pair we wanted). If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Excellent service!

Great Staff Good selection

Up to date on shoes but when it comes to staffing....they fall short. One guy running the store makes it less personal and a very busy associate that cant pay more attention to the customer

One location states the store opens at 12 pm and another states they open at 1 pm. Waited around for 10 minutes after 1pm and they still didn’t open. I can see now why everyone is driving to the Pinnacle.
