Orders for the drinks were taken properly in the flavor of the pink drink exceeded my expectation. As well as my love and passion for a caramel macchiato with almond milk and family just enjoying her caramel frappe. Great service today... Fantastic drinks to start the day off this morning!

Fantastic Starbucks! It is often busy but the baristas are very friendly, professional, and efficient despite the traffic. I frequent this location and my drinks are always well-made and taste fantastic! You cannot beat the service and we especially love Verna (we think that’s her name?). She always has a smile on her face and is so sweet!

Love this location. Theyre honestly the best. I used to be Dunkin only but this Starbucks changed my mind. I get my daily coffee here now.

Stopped in to get a pupaccino. It would be my pups last treat as we were in our way to the vet to tell our sweet pup goodbye.The drive through line was long (as usual) so I went inside to get the special treat. The barista at the counter was very understanding. He quickly fixed the cup and sent me on my way telling me that he hoped my day would get better.My pup thoroughly enjoyed her very last special treat. And I enjoyed seeing her little furry face inside the cup licking up the goodness. Thank you, Starbucks!!! You helped make a horrible day, just a little sweeter. ♡♡♡

My wife loves Starbucks Hot chocolate it’s her favorite drink it’s the only drink she even gets at Starbucks. She’s very pregnant so we currently come more often then not these days. She always asks the window people to make sure they add the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle because they constantly forget to add both or just choose not to add it. And they still don’t add it for her even when she’s asked to “make sure” it’s on there for her. It’s supposed to already come on the drink so I don’t see why it’s never being added. If we ask for them to make it right; they always do. I hope in the future you all can make the drinks the way they are supposed to come without us having to ask.

Decided to drive the extra couple miles down here after Dunkin across from Holston Valley BUTCHERED my order. Best decision I’ve ever made. Coffe was fresh and flavorful! And if you haven’t already you HAVE to try the Bacon Gruyere Su Vide

Service was great but a bit slow. This was my first visit to this location so the door may have just been short staffed when I stopped in.

My favorite! I love the staff, always smiling and super friendly! It’s a rare occasion that they get my order wrong & if there’s a wait it’s usually because they’re so busy, not because they’re slacking. I love the coffees, cake pops, muffins...all of it!

Everyone was super super nice. They gave me two free coffees when they didnt have to. My debit card was ripped and wouldnt take so they gave me my coffee ☕.

I get the caramel crunchy frap everytime and its delicious! Theres a bit of a wait due to the long line but its understandable considering how many orders they take compared to employees. Their food is usually good and fills me up.

I love the taste of their FREE water; no matter what size you get! It has quite the relaxing and homey atmosphere. I like sitting outside most of the time, but I also liked the comfortable surroundings on the inside. And the aroma of fresh ground coffee waifs through the air. Is your mouth watering yet?

It has great ambience and vibe. Prices are still quite up there for amount and value. But nonetheless still got good coffee and even better fraps

This Starbucks has always been a little bad, but for the past year, it’s been absolutely terrible. Takes forever, ALWAYS out of SOMETHING and most of the employees aren’t very friendly. I’m one that doesn’t like to leave bad reviews. I actually like to compliment places, but I am so frustrated with this place. They are too expensive for what they are giving people right now.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru just to order.

Placed order via app expecting to park curbside for order to be brought to me. Instead I had to get into the drive thru line (took forever, always does here). I did not go into store for 2 reasons. 1.)W/Covid I limit where I go & make contact directly with others. 2.) I have a spinal cord injury, have to use manual wheelchair to get around. Going inside requires me to assemble my WC & Im concerned about picking up virus on my wheels which I touch w/both hands to propel myself around. Then Id bring germs into my car & pretty much all over everything. SO, was hoping to obtain a SB drink quicker by using APP since this location has problems with lines for drive thru every time Ive gone. But I did enjoy my Green tea latte after I got it. And Barista was pleasant.

This is our favorite Starbucks in the Northeast Tn area. The Cranberry Bliss is delicious!! We had never had it, the cashier gave us a full size slice to sample. We ended up buying a box and lattes. Try Caramel Brulee!

I arrived at this Starbucks after placing a mobile order. On arrival there was a hand written sign saying that it was only drive through and no pick up. I knocked until someone finally came to the door. The man was very harsh and told me he could not give it to me curbside as a mobile order and he would not cancel my order or give me a refund. There was 15 or so cars in the drive though. I understand this is a hard time for everyone, but his tone and attitude was unnecessary. This Starbucks location had zero care for customers and did not provide service they claimed to have.

First off, after the last year or so, the location has steadily declined. For example, the location has a small sign saying drive thru only, which isnt easily visible. They dont even keep you from ordering on the app, that way you can wait in drive thru for 45 minutes only to be told they are out of the ingredients. I was told by a starbucks employee they could get the out of stock ingredients at the local target location but they dont like the target starbucks. Get it together, because im sick of wasting my time ordering coffee only to wait in line forever for no reason. Blah

Their return policy needs to be improved. Coffee mug bought for me by my brother my last trip, performed poorly when attempting to drink from it. used it only 2 times. When I attempted to exchange it, the answer was NO! I am a Starbucks Reward Member and dissatisfied.

Good coffee, but still cant sit inside and the close at 9pm.

This makes two days in a row my drinks been wrong. When ordering a upside drink that means Carmel goes on the bottom and YOU DONT STIR IT. I let it go the first day but today when I said it was wrong AGAIN. I said it wasnt right but instead of fixing it. The girl started arguing with me and said the Carmel will sink to the bottom. Needless to say Ill be going to a different location since its obvious theyre rude and ignorant.

Great coffee, but the appearance and cleanliness of the coffee shop has gone down hill, tables are in need of refinishing or replacing. Floor is dirty . Baristas dont seem to be in a hurry to get your coffee order out .

This store has several friendly baristas and Ive had good experiences but lately it has not been good. The wait times are outrageous the Nitro machine is broken more often than it works. Very frustrating as this is the only Starbucks in the city.

Strawberry Açai Refresher, Possibly the best end-of-summer drinks in the game.The Salted Mocha, is so crazy good. Almost as good as The Caramel Macchiato. I’m not mad about it❤️Last, but not least, The Pumpkin Spice Latte. The reason people quite literally swarm Starbucks, starting August 1st every year. Sweet pumpkin, deep espresso, and a cinnamon spread? Sign. Me. Up. Every. Single. Time.

Good atmosphere (although I really wish the initial designers had thought to provide more outlets!)My only real complaint was that the ladies bathroom was out of order. That was a definite bummer. Hopefully, theyll get it fixed soon.

I went through the drive thru today and met a very nice young lady with an accent. I was kinda under the weather and losing my voice so I don’t think she could totally understand me. Once I got to the window my coffee was the wrong size. She had them make it again and gave me the wrong size one as well. She was absolutely fantastic about it all. Something that was probably my fault was taken care of. What a great experience today. There’s still good people in this world!!!

Not sure who is at fault here, the store or corporate. Waited 10 minutes for the six day Halloween event Zombie frappuccino just to be told they sold out on Friday.So a day and a half into a six day event there was no stock and two days later still no stock. This is a pretty constant occurrence with events at this store. This is an epic failure in forecasting / inventory management and whoever is responsible should be fired immediately because it ruins the customer experience and causes numerous customers to lose faith in Starbucks ability deliver on promises and event hype.

The woman working the drive thru was FANTASTIC, she was patient and willing to answer any questions. She allowed us to take our time with out order, and struck up a conversation at the window with my son. I know typically drive thrus are critiqued on their ability to expedite cars, but the extra effort she gave meant the world to me that day.I appreciate you.
