Ill go to another store before I step foot back in this one straight facts 💯 period.....the staff needs to be re trained

Whole depts. are gone, like stationery and gift bags. Store has far fewer products than it used to. Clean but seems half-stocked.

I have tired for weeks to find patio sets. Finally called Big Lots in Kingsport ( I live in Hampton). Talked to Brenda at check out, who connected me to Ethan in furniture. We were disconnected as he was looking in the stock room for a patio set. Called me back Great Employees and great service

I am at Big Lots at least 3 times a week ..its a couple miles from my home so it works for me. Prices are fair and staff are nice. Its a win-win.

They have some different stuff at different locations but the cashier was rude in this store.

Inventory was low. Lots of empty shelves and places where shelves had been. Usually have a good selection of dog toys and accessories but this was also low.A little disappointed with the low inventory across the entire store but Ill be back to try again.

Great prices! There website had an item for $3.00 and I get there to pick it up, it was not $3.00 it was $7 and some change. False advertising is illegal.

Well some places are great an some are just so so big lots has more now than ever but idk I guess its prices when it comes down to it they do have things others dont an credit programs too progressive leasing an store cards as well if ur a little tight they might just help u out never know till u go

Its like walmart and a mall department store. Cheap mattresses and furniture as well as some food and decor.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP WITH A GREAT VARIETY OF DIFFERENT ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.

Really like shopping here. Theyhave lots of different groceryitems and unique seasonalitems. Even have gotten somefurniture here too. The staff isalways helpful and the pricesare very affordable.

The store was in middle of putting out Christmas and had way too little fall or Halloween. I dont like Christmas before Halloween. They didnt have what I was looking for so I left empty handed.

This is my go to place. Just like any other neighborhood store they have everything I am looking for and a lot more reasonable prices. I do a lot of my gift shopping and food must haves from here because of the prices. Friendly salespeople and atmosphere.

Big Lots has changed a lot over the years. It used to be a lot of remanufactured items and overstock, which made it an interesting place to shop, since you could find some rare things at good prices. Nowadays its just a lot of standard goods that many other stores sell, many times at a comparable price. They do still sell some overstock, and its nice to be able to find things like name-brand breads that are closer to date but still perfectly good, at half the price as anywhere else. Its also nice to peruse the clearance racks, since you never know what youll find. They also have a nice selection of furniture, some of which is reasonably priced. Otherwise, most everything else is stuff youd see somewhere like a Dollar General. I wouldnt waste my time bringing any of the electronics home, for example. But as far as Big Lots go, this is probably the nicest one in the Tri-Cities area.

Merchandise. Employee behave as though they would rather be somewhere else.

Great little store and some unique stuff . Great for holiday shopping. They also have furniture priced to sell. I love this store. Thank you for making it a great place to shop guys! Also friendly people. And be sure to get a rewards card there to get rewards and specials. Definitely worth it.

The prices are alot higher now due to covid

They were ok. The store is huge but was pretty empty. And they didnt really have much of a selection.

Always have a good experience when shopping here. The cashier, a younger fella, was extremely helpful in helping us save $10 in our whole purchase! That was nice of him.

I love- this store. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful. The one thing I have realized is the prices of items continue to go up.You have to be careful bc you can get better quality items are name brand stores cheaper than you can at Big Lots.. I understand they are trying to bring nicer merchandise to the store but the prices are much more expensive.I have learned to shop around before making purchases bc of the high prices you see in the stores now.

I called about twin box springs. The woman who answered had to go to the back to get my answer. All told it took about 10 minutes to get the answer. She did what she had to. She was polite and was apologetic about the delay. Im pleased.

I came in around 8:30pm, I understand I only have a little bit of time to look, but apparently I was inconveniencing the guy at the furniture Dept. Bc I didnt know what I wanted! But I was pretty sure I would find the one I can use their but due to his remarks to my boyfriend obviously that were said for tried to help me and just walking off and told him that for him to help me when my boyfriend doesnt even work there was disrespectful. as a cashier or anyone in a sales department should assist anyone and anything theyre looking at to any degree thats what theyre getting paid to be there for

They I had nothing no school supplies no car supplies no hunting supplies know nothing dont go there

They have great prices on many things! You can get furniture, clothes, groceries, home decorations, etc. There is a large selection of furniture to pick from. You can also order online and they have a credit card that you can apply for. They also have a same as cash payment system to pay for furniture.
