The West Stone Drive Dollar Tree.They change managers consistently, the store always seems to be a mess, and not stocked very well. The East Stone, and Fort Henry stores always nice, neat, and well stocked. But they also havent had a management change ever since Ive been going to them.

Store is fine, if in need of a good cleaning and updating...help, no so much. Prejudice against tattooed people I suspect, snippy, and after 3 people in front of me got a have a blessed day, I did not. Usually dont shop here, will stick with other DTs, and Dollar Gen...if your disgruntled, get another job....

4stars because of size of store. Company needs to expand to next door.This lil store is clean, busy, friendly, helpful, always find things here I never see in other $ Trees.This store is 30 minutes from my home & cant wait to stop by when I have apt.s in this town. Love it......peace

Large store service is a lil lax but good range of different products all in all decent store

The store is alot cleaner but there is shelves that has been empty for 4 month that are still empty. The reason I went was fir seasonal and home decor and both empty and has been empty and if u look un the back the have and had boxes that says spring seasonal that still hasnt been put out.they dont have hardly anything in the craft department and the whole 12 foot section where the baskets go is bone dry Im gonna have to start driving 27 minutes to get the items I need what a shame.

Thinking of Christmas already and needed large gift bags. Yep, Dollar Tree has it all!

Dont know if its because of Covid-19, but alot of shelves were empty. Did have a good selection today.

Ive been buying a few things here for the low prices that I use on a daily basis. Cleaning and other items that are definitely cheaper than the other stores. All kinds of stuff for you name it and they have it on sale for the low low price of one dollar.

I went to the dollar tree 2 day an was so amazed at all they had i a hard time making up my mind it was so much fun!

This store is a blessing to community. It offers great products at the amazing price of just a $1 per item. Ive shopped here for as long as I can remember. Its honestly in my opinion tha this store is the to go place for household items as well as personal hygiene products. Party supplies, stocking stuffers and holiday decor.

Dollar Trees are so so good at keeping people in our time of need with affordable prices with every needed products to keep families and the USA well supplied and going forward !

Obviously good prices and surprisingly good quality on some products. If youre careful with selection of items, you can sometimes snag a good deal. Other times you only need something thats as good as a dollar will buy. Either way, we frequent this location and will continue to as long as they have some decent quality stuff. BTW, if youre looking for Bibles for a visitation ministry, they have KJV Bibles regularly. Gets Gods with in peoples hands.

Purchased 4 cases of water goblets for my daughters wedding. Not a chip or broken glass in the bunch and service was excellent

Theres never more than one person running a register..the manager is there but will not step in and run a register..I have set my basket down an left many times for this reason..today was another one of those days..I probably had 20 dollars of merchandise but I refuse to stand in line when she refuses to open a register..a customer told her the cashier needed someone to open an from the other isle she yelled she didnt have a register..BS. no excuse..your losing business for her being that way..just thought you might want to check into that problem. Large selection of good products and a lot of them good quality. The lines are usually long and takes a bit of time to check out even if there were 4 employees working only 1 will be on a register even though they have 4 or 5 registers. But over all clean and friendly employees.

Was treated very rude by the checkout girl. Very rude because I came through her Lane when her light was off.When you work with the public you need to be nice to the customer.Not sure what her problem was but.Very rude and didnt seem to care.Not looking forward to shopping there again anytime soon.

A lady, who found a product for me, looked mad and talked and acted firm. The cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said Yes. She punched the Yes on the screen for me to get the receipt printed. I would have rather done it myself. Walmart has a cheaper price than Dollar Tree for a few items.

Sympathy cards satisfied the occasion.

According to the website the store opens at 9am. When the cashierarrived she said we do not open until 10am. I politely said the website says 9am. She yelled at me at said that is why this sign says 10am. Now please keep in mind that while she was being RUDE, she was letting 2 people in the store! I will be contacting a manager!

Its clean always Every time I visit. The cashiers are extremely sweet, friendly and courteous. I love the items sold there, especially Halloween, Easter, Christmas, and summer decorations.

If I could, I would give half a star. Some of the employees there deserve beyond a 5 star rating, but whoever hired the new manager, needs to have their head examined!! But of course, as was over heard commenting to a co-worker Im only here for the paycheck. Well, it shows!!

That dollar store does stay busy a lot which could be a good thing for the business but can be bad for the shoppers. The shelves stay half empty all the time, and only one cashier most of the time. Plus the employees never seem to be a good mood. My husband went in there to buy something and the cashier was really rude to him. Since that had happened he will not step back in there to buy anything. They only way we go shopping there anymore is if I go in there and buy stuff but without my husband. Just would be nice if the staff was a lot nicer and they melted the shelves better stocked.

At the time I was there the shelves were fairly empty and only had one cashier and a long line. Had one person stocking the shelves.I found only one item that was on the shelf. The other was out and the lady stocking said to come back either later or the next day as she had a big order come in but could not look for it. I needed it so bought it somewhere else.I was disappointed that so many items were missing from the shelves

Well they were putting up new stock and the 2 employees kept making comments about putting up another sign saying aisle was closed because customers kept coming into the aisle. Yes they had small boxes in floor but they could have moved them up near the shelf being stocked and continued with stocking without the comments. I left my stuff in buggy and just left it

Store website said closes at 9 drove to other side of town and signs said 8. Need to change your Sunday time and put 8

I know of the one Mr. Thatch speaks of, and it makes one wonder how she is aloud to keep her job there!! Does she do a little something on the side for the big wigs!? Is that how you move up in this company?? I feel sorry for those who have to work in such conditions!

Really long line, one cashier at register, 2 othersworkers just standing and talking. Stood in line at least 10 minutes before getting checked out. But the cashier was really nice.

What more can you say?!?! Everything is a dollar! This one does not have a refrigerated section but it does have canned and dry goods. Lots of crafting supplies for the kids and the people there are great!

This is my favorite store, most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, I can usually find what I am looking for, if not, all I have to do is ask and at least one of the managers will help me or they will call other local Dollar Trees for me. Some days this store is very clean other days its rather nasty, I think some of the managers care alot about their store and I think the others DONT... Over all my experience has been pleasant and I will keep shopping here.

This store is ok for the most part.. Staff is the friendly most times and the male manager with long brown hair is a jerk. I go to it cause its close to home. I prefer the one next to target on East stone.

I love this store for cleaning supplies for dorm rooms and craft supplies and for dishes that I dont mind when my kids break because they are animals.

Absolutely the dirtiest store I have ever been in. Trash all over the floor. It was obvious the cashier would rather have been elsewhere. Definitely will not be back in this store.

This is a smaller store than most. They rarely have things stocked up when I go in there and some members of management arent very friendly while others are quite nice. The store appears clean and usually is nearly kept.

Its really a dollar store. They have a little bit of everything. I went in yesterday bought 4 bags full and the total was, 21.00.

The staff here dont seem to care if they are working or not sometimes. Decent place to go if you need cheap stuff.
