The service is beyond bad! The lady at the counter is short with people, interrupts, and is generally unpleasant. I was very disappointed since my first visit was at the JC location and the lady who Works there is amazing but I made a mistake and went to KSP. We had issues with our purchase and had to deal with Ms Sunshine again. Never again. Never.
