The hearing aids are really good. I can hear awesome with them. My wife is happy I dont have the TV loud on level 25 where it hurt her ears. Mine are the trust style and I love them and Bill worked with my budget.

Before coming to Beltone in Kingsport I had tried several different hearing aids from other companies. I was a 2nd class citizen and avoided conversations with everyone. Bill gave me a hearing test and explained my loss better than anyone had in the past. After giving him a chance, I absolutely love my Beltone hearing aids. So so thankful we found the Beltone in Kingsport while traveling over Thanksgiving. 1 of my mommas hearing aid stopped working. It is a different brand but the lady at the front desk cleaned it and it is working good and they did not charge anything!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad I walked into the Beltone office in Kingsport! After talking with Becky at the front desk, she was able to get me in for my hearing test the same day. I have worn 3 different companys hearing aids, and beltone has been by far the best I ever had. I have been telling everyone I can to try to make sure they dont go elsewhere. I was able to get hearing aids in my price range which I know is lower than a lot of places could have been and Bill has made these sound fantastic even though the more affordable option. Becky is always great helping any way she can also. Everything has all been good the way I look at it. Bill,Just wanted you to know about my first afternoon with the new hearing aids.Don’t know if you know but, I care for 4 special needs children. They have lived with me for almost three years. I have adopted these wonderful boys. One boy who is 8 with some speech difficulties, I have had the hardest time understanding. Today’s conversation was so pleasurable because I didn’t have to say “what” a hundred times. I didn’t repeat the wrong words back to him over and over again.My three year old is a nonverbal autistic child who babbles when trying to communicate. It was amazing to hear all the different nuances in that babble. It’s been a long time since I heard birds singing it was beautiful to hear them again today.As a hearing aid wearer for over 10 years, I can say the technology used in these aids far out preforms my old set.Everyone I met at tri-city beltone was very helpful and professional. I decided to try tri-City Beltone after an extremely bad experience with a hearing center in Morristown. While this phrase is used often, Bill quite literally changed my life. For context, I was born with profound hearing loss, and have worn fitted hearing aids my entire life. Because I havent known anything else, the way I thought about hearing was to be grateful for whatever I could hear, while being unaware of all the things I could not. What I knew I was missing, however, were things like making out what people are saying to me throughout each day. That can mean basic interactions with cashiers, or important business phone calls, or even more important things that people I love may be saying in moderately noisy settings. I rely on lip reading as a necessity, as well.The last thing I want to say that, perhaps ironically, I have a profound love of music; it is the enormous centerpiece of my life.The (many, many) different hearing aids Ive had in my life have always seemed more or less the same-- no matter how many times an expensive audiologist presented a set with the newest technology that was going to be the game changer. No one set was significantly better than the previous set.I connected with Bill by pure happenstance, and his INTEREST in my hearing experience was something that blew me away (I am still blown away). He sincerely wanted to understand my personal hearing loss--what I perceived I was missing, what others noticed I was missing, and what my lifestyle was like. It was like having an advocate for my hearing, and he was determined to improve it.In short, in no time at all Bill had Beltone behind-the-ear, bluetooth capable hearing aids in my ears.The first night I had this set after Bill set me up, I listened to hours of music I had heard hundreds of times, but with a new clarity and richness I had not known existed. I was hearing music not THROUGH my hearing aids, but IN my ears! Phone calls are usually a huge struggle, and now with the bluetooth capability I can hear the person I am talking to in BOTH EARS, clearly! Basically, it was astonishing.Since then he has followed up so closely, helped me to learn my way around the set and its capabilities.The joy and gratitude I feel every day experiencing new sounds, and being able to connect with people better is something I had to share, and to do it properly required this long review!Instead of looking for the best hearing aids, look for the best person to help you hear.
