Literally the rudest salesman I have ever encountered. Came out of his office sans mask, asked whether we planned to finance and whether we were trading anything in, immediately followed up by stating that they dont do test drives because of COVID (again, still maskless), and balked when I actually started checking out the car with a flashlight.He then literally told us it wasnt worth his time to allow a test drive if we didnt run our credit first. We are both established, clean cut professionals with good credit scores. I worked in the car business for nearly a decade and have personally owned 12 vehicles. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a vehicle salesman.

I arrived at the service dept. After it had closed for the evening. One of the service techs was walking to his car when I asked him a question . This man took the time to help me when he was off the clock. In the past I have ordered parts here and found the staff to be pleasant and courteous. Always got the order correct. Glad their in business.

Their service department took care of a recall issue that other dealerships wouldnt even call me back about. When I needed a ride to work after dropping off my car a very nice employee drove me, instead of making me wait for their shuttle service.

I’m traveling and my alternator went out. I called and ask if they could help me, and was told their lift was broken. I explained the alternator was on the top of the engine, and was then told they where short on techs and the best they could do would be two or three days to check it out.Really poor attitude and lack of concern for travelers.I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for anything!
I called to buy a new key and get it programmed for my 10 Ford Explorer and I checked the times on the website it stated they closed at 5 pm. I get there a little after 4 was told where to buy the key. I went to the service department where I was told it had to be programmed and wait on someone to help me a guy walked in and I told him what I need and he went to get me some help. A couple minutes go by and a lady came and ask what I needed and I told her, she then said that they where closed and at this time it was 4:18. She said I had to go get it cut and that they where closed. NO-ONE said anything to me about them being closed when I asked for help to go buy the key. They don’t reopen until Monday and I need my key to drive my truck. I will be looking for another ford dealership to get my key programmed. I will not give them anymore of my money.
This is the second vehicle purchased at Pat & Dans in the last two years; and the courtesy and professional manner in which we were treated was outstanding.
If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The service here is terrible and the service manager is a total arrogant jack@$$. I brought my truck here several times and never had my issues corrected. When I complained, the service manager was confrontational and unwilling to listen to your problem and dismiss anything you said. I didnt write this review after one bad experience because everyone can have off days but after several attempts wit the same result, I give up....

This is the worst customer service Ive experienced. A total disregard for the customer! Rick, the manager, lacks professionalism, and is highly agitated when presented with a problem a car has under warranty. He doesnt want to take the time to help but rather make the customer wait for 35 mins after being told he would see me in 5 mins. This man is rude and a terrible representative of this company. After contacting corporate, their recommendation was to seek another dealer who would address the issue promptly and professionally. Corporate provided names and phone numbers of those dealers that were very happy to meet with me and help resolve the technical issue I was experiencing with my vehicle. What a difference a company makes to help restore my faith in customer service.The other company couldnt do enough to assist me. If I could, DelBalso Ford would get zero stars. As a service oriented business, Rick, needs lessons in dealing with the public, and most importantly, his customers!

Nice small family owned dealership!
Had a service van towed to their service center. We were told the van needed a new engine. Bottom end issues. Had the van towed to another garage and found it needed a spark plug replaced and an air-filter. On top of the extremely poor diagnostic, they were extremely rude.
