Being new to the area, the task of finding a repair shop was daunting. My 1st experience was when I needed a tire and kind of had to pick a place fast, but so glad I chose Firestone in Kingston. Since the 1st trip, I have been there several times for repairs, inspection and basic maintenance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a great job of explaining things and even helping me decide what to prioritize based on my budget. They are great about actually showing you on your car WHY certain things need to be fixed and I really appreciate that. I had a great experience with every person on staff and Matt has helped me out a lot too when it comes to educating me about how my car operates. Definitely giving a 5 star rating. Would give more if the scale went higher. So happy to have a trusted shop nearby.

This place is a JOKE!!!! Took my car there, and they said nothing was wrong with it. A week later my car is smoking. And they still cant figure it out. And still had to pay diagnostic fee. Then I go get my car and they gave it back with no gas. Couldnt even make to a gas station. Receptionist that I talked to said, they were test driving it multiple times. They had my car for 4-5 days. And did NOTHING to my car but waste gas, time, and money. This place is a JOKE

I needed new tires and have been looking at weather tek by firestone. Icalled the store and spoke with Tiffany( great customer service!) Tiffany checked the inventory for the tires I wanted and they did not have them in stock, Tiffany called other stores and located the tires and made sure they would be at the store when I made the appointment the next day. I made the appointment dropped the car off and Tiffany checked my car in and I love the tires, the customer service, and turn-around time. Every employee had knowledge about the products and maintenance. Nice joband Thank you along with the great product! I love my new tires! Great job Guys and Gals!!

Great service! I got an appointment the day that I called. When does that happen in routine car service? I have to wait weeks when I schedule an appointment at the dealership and leave the car all day. Everyone at Firestone was courteous and professional. My car was ready sooner than expected. I loved the service. I went to get my four tires changed. They determined that I needed an alignment which I indeed did need. I had a previous mechanic try to align it because it was pulling to the left but he didnt fix it. Firestone Complete Auto Care was able to fix the issue. I am very happy to have come to this shop. They changed my tires and my car is going straight. Very good alignment. Very good service. It took them about 4 hours to get the job done but it was worth the wait.

I got a small construction company and I dont have alot of time to wait around. I had two different occasions for maintaining. I was stuck in the waiting area for over an hour and a half. If they were busy then I would be writing this review but all the garage vehicle bay area empty. The first time it took over an hour for them to change two tires on my work van. Second time it took them almost 2 hours for them to inspect a personal vehicle of mine. I will be going somewhere else for my vehicle maintenance from now on.

My car was there from 10 am until 2:30 pm, and they were unable to tell me why my car wouldn’t start. They suggested I spend 600 on a new starter, but said they have no idea if it’ll fix the problem. I went to Mavis and within 15 minutes they were able to Diagnose the problem and 2 hours before they closed on a Sunday they were able to fix my car. I was there for a total of a hour and 45 min . So I’d love to know why Firestone took that long to not be able to diagnose my car and then tell me to pay $600 for something that might not even fix the problem. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING !!! The only positive is the girl at the counter was nice, Uneducated but nice.

Well, Ive been coming to this place for the past 3 days I said, for a second opinion about my car and I have to said that they save me a lot of money, cause, the supposed fixing that I need to do to my car accordingly to the DEALERSHIP I went, because according to the guy my car wouldnt pass inspection, if I didnt fix the car, it turns out that I did not need it, SUBARU DEALERSHIP, IN PLAIN, ARE LIERS.. Messed up my car

Took my car in for oil pressure service light, was greeted with friendly management. They ran diagnostics for me and notified me of issue and cost. They quickly repaired the sensor and got me on my way. Am always satisfied with their pleasant demeanor and professionalism. Five stars again! You guys rock!!

I moved to the area a few months back, this is the closest auto service place nearby and since the first visit Ive had happy and positive experiences. Deanna has set me up with a credit financing with my tires and all future needs in case of emergencies. On top of service and quality Im never disappointed leaving here!

Couldn’t believe how welcoming and kind they were & willing they were to take a look at my vehicle. I dropped it off & they called me not even 5 hours later telling me all the problems with it. With a cheaper quote than anywhere else has given me. Joe was so professional & kind & did everything in his power to make sure I had the best care. I called several tires places today inquiring about rotating snow tires onto my boyfriends vehicle. None of them were able to accommodate us today. I called Firestone in Kingston and spoke with Deanna. I told her what we needed done and she said to come right over and they would take care of us. The entire staff was very nice and professional. They even stayed after closing hours to finish the job. I cannot thank Deanna and her staff enough.

I took my car there last June to have a flat tore replaced. I do not know much about cars, so whatever they were recommending to me I agreed to have done. I come to find out that they put one snow tire on my all wheel drive car, in June. I just found out because I had my car inspected. I can’t remember whether they asked me if it was okay to put on or not, but regardless, why would they recommend putting one snow tire on in June, especially when they know it os bad for the car.

Aside from being conveniently located for me, the reps at Edwardsville Firestone are always very helpful. Zach is very kind and was eager to help me get set up with my new Firestone credit card. Joe had no problem answering all the questions I had about the breakdown of my bill. The inspection technician whose name I did not get was also very kind in showing/explaining to me work needed to complete the inspection. I will keep coming to this Firestone location for sure.

My wife and I broke down and have to have our car serviced by this Firestone. Very friendly knowledgeable professional staff. They went above and beyond for us. once the quick diagnostics were done it turned out to be the alternator which was by special order. Well they had someone travel and pick up the alternator and completed the installation in the same day. They even called us near closing and waited for us to travel back to them to pick up the car after closing. Excellent customer service and Great place to take your car, I highly recommend this location to anyone needing automotive care.

Some nice people that work here but I wouldnt recommend you take their advice on anything they say needs fixing. If I had paid the 400 dollars for one inner tie rod to be put on I wouldve been out 400 dollars because the steering rack is shot anyway. That 400 bucks is what any other garage would charge to install a whole new rack and pinion. TLDR; Get your tires and alignment done here but take it elsewhere like a mom n pop shop for any kind of repair. You have been forewarned

Its a long story but to keep it short. I was referred to Will at firestone by the store manager at autozone. Will seemed very knowledgeable but I went there because charging my a/c did not work and I needed a compressor. Instead of testing the compressor they charged my a/c, this did not fix my a/c they charged me a little over $200 for basically telling me I needed a compressor witch I knew after trying to charge my a/c an hour before and they knew this. The service manager (Joe Dishong) told me it is $200 today and would be a little over $900 to change my compressor the part was over $500 and it was a special order part so they wouldnt be able to get it until late next week. I called autozone and asked about the part I needed and they said brand new would be $300 and I could get it in 2 hours. I told this to the store manager (Deanna Dragon) as I was paying the $200 and she gave me a quote for a little over $500. BIG DIFFERENCE RIGHT? well I show up today for my scheduled appointment to be told by Deanna Dragon they she had bad news for me, The A/C machine that was just hooked up to my car is broken and they can not change my compressor and they have no idea when they can and that they will call me.Bottom line is this company is not organized the right hand is fighting the left hand.Store manager (Deanna Dragon) polite but un-knowledgeableTech (Will) very knowledgeable but (just a Tech) as the service manager (Joe Dishong) saysService manager (Joe Dishong) poor customer service! Poor anger management! Very unprofessional! Has a God complex (HE HAS HIS A/C CIRTIFICATE AND HELL SHOW YA!)will never go to firestone again due to the service manager!

I took my 2014 Chevy Malibu in for a leak in the tire. While they were checking the tire to see if maybe it could be repaired, they found that my inspection was expired (which I was unaware of, due to being ripped off somewhere else). Not only did Joe Dishong do an excellent job and Dianna (sorry if I misspelled) was very patient with me, but Joe went the extra mile to even show uneducated me how to find the inspection sticker number on the service receipt so that I would be more alert and aware in the future. 10/10 would recommend and will return.

They are always kind and if there are any issues they never hesitate to make it right!!!! Also they always have coupons and apply them even if you didn’t mention or know about them!

I visited this shop rule traveling for the holidays. I had to replace a flat tire with a nail in it. The serviceman was very polite and helpful the whole time. The price was clear before they began work and they were very helpful when they found that a second tire needed to be replaced. The waiting area had coffee and a variety of interesting magazines. There was a bathroom for customers and it was clean and stocked.
