I called today and the lady that answered told me they were open until 5pm. Went there at 4pm....they were closed, and sign on door said closed at 3pm. Very disappointed....🤷‍♀️

I was shopping - with my elderly mom - for a new recliner in advance of her knee replacement surgery. I had never been to Beesmers, but the selection was impressive. The prices were amazing and the service was impeccable - friendly and professional, but not pushy or overbearing.Had I not a household - PLUS - tons of furniture, I would consider Beesmers without hesitation.

Went to the showroom on RT 28 in Kingston NY found a sofa we liked got it delivered no problens but had a issue with oneside feeling like a spring or something underneath the sofa was wrong (noticed after the delivery guys left) called at 11am Wed morning gave my name and number went till 2pm I called back and the lady who answered the phone said the techs. Were out on a job and someone will call me back, waited the rest of the day and here it is almost 3pm on Thurs.and still NO CALL BACKThey were quick with the sale but there customer service is VERY POORThank You,UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
