Ordered some pads and rotors and every interaction felt like it was so much trouble. Not a single thank you or hello from parts. At least the cashier was nice.
Very disappointing online transaction. It took over a week for my purchase to even be processed, then shipped 2 days later. I grew frustrated with the delay and purchased the parts locally. I attempted to contact via email and telephone about returning the item but got no response. I returned the item and had to file a claim with PayPal to recover my purchase price. Ford of Kirklands online parts store would not return phone calls or refund my payment any other way. Never again!!
Didn’t even know I had an order until I called them. Took forever to ship my part. Friendly staff willing to help fix the problem.
