The employees were very helpful in making recommendations for tools needed for a small project we had. And of course their paint is top of the line.

I usually don’t love going to paint stores but wow this store is incredible. Craig is an awesome guy and is super helpful, they have tons of selection and Benjamin Moore paint quality just continues to get better. This is my staple store from here on out

I already wrote a review a couple of days ago, but couldn’t resist writing another one. I continued working with Robert, I had to match a paint color and he did an amazing job doing so. All together, he provided an excellent customer service, showed a great knowledge of product, also showed a wonderful ability to work under pressure: he was alone in the store with quite a few customers and handled it quickly and efficiently.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service. You will never find perfection anywhere when it comes to everything going as planned... you love one color but hate in your home lighting ever. You get the wrong finish for a color match. Even the best stores make mistakes. I also left with the paint stating the wrong finish (that was on me for not checking).That being said my experience was near perfection (99.9%) with one mistake with a color match (match was spot on finish was not). The customer service was amazing and the staff are so knowledgeable that aspect was one hundred percent PERFECTION. The manager was GREAT and so helpful corrected the issue. The reviews for this store was higher than others and for a reason the customer service is unbeatable. I am indecisive beyond reason and go down rabbit holes when it comes to paint colors. Chelle was the best and helped me actually make a decision! Many have tried and failed to accomplish that, so it is nothing short of a miracle. They know their paint and they know how to deliver the highest quality of customer service. You won’t be disappointed going here for all your paint needs, rest assured I’m a highly obsessive about detail and indecisive about everything. When it comes to this shop and it’s staff I certain I will be coming back! Also I received excellent instructions on how to paint my cabinets!

I’ve been a customer at this store for over 6 years and have always been pleased with the products and service. The staff, in particular Chelle and Craig, are really friendly and knowledgeable. I come in with lots of questions and they work along side me with patience, experience, and genuine interest to step by step map out the paint, supplies, techniques, and support I need for my project to be a success. They are great listeners and painters who can offer examples from their experiences so I can avoid common pitfalls. I also appreciate that they don’t oversell and are happy to exchange or return items if I need something else. The manager (Juan?) is also very helpful and demonstrates the above qualities - his eye for color is particularly spot-on too. I’ve even shared the end results in phots and they’ve been delighted to see how the project turned out. Great store!
