Went in with a piece of stained exterior cedar and asked for a matching stain in latex. Took 15-20 minutes, but he did it. Matching color looks good.

The lack of communication and customer service was so shocking at the Kirkland store, the guys behind the counter were no help at all. Didn’t realize until I left they gave me a flat finish. Stopped by the Sherwin-Williams in Monroe and they were so helpful. Since I can’t return the paint I now have $60 worth of pint I don’t know what to do with. Lesson learned I guess.

After looking up online to find a way to stain my wood a specific color, I saw on google that Sherwin-Williams was offering match stain service. I decide to try it out. After a few confusing match, we ended up finding the perfect stain for my furniture. It came out even better than on my sample. Make sure you bring a piece of your wood and the exact color you want and they will work their magic!

Love this place for House paint, I bought the Emerald line for my outside deck area it was amazing! Spendy but well worth the coverability! Employees are very helpful here.

Our recent visit to the Totem Lake Sherwin Williams store was typical in the great customer service we received. We were delighted that we could actually go into the store and deal with Aidrian at the counter. He was able to look up past purchases for us to confirm what we wanted and was very pleasant through it all!

The Totem Lake location takes service excellence to heart. They are always efficient, knowledgeable about their paints and surfaces. Im glad I work near this location.

Not the cheapest, but the best service, friendly staff, and they know paint! Big box stores dont have specialty knowledge and the paint quality isnt as good, especially when it comes to outdoor paint or needing to clean indoor paint (like a kitchen wall).

There has been a total change in class personnel, all the experienced and knowledgeable people have left. Also you never restock your store, I have been trying to get some Minwax Semi-gloss varnish for over four months, they never have it in stock. Clearly they dont care what customers want, even when I tell them to order stain and varnish for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars at your store, but have to go all over the area to find the products as I need, usually 3-5 different stores to find what I need. Very unprofessional and irresponsible management of your stores!
