I go into this office max usually to buy random things and the print manager Celeste is always there to help whenever I cannot find anything. She definitely deserves a raise. This store has very good costumer service and great discounts and I would recommend this store to anyone.

Friendly staff at this store. We were offered help a few times, with more specific information (to our search) provided for purchasing purposes. Once a decision had been made about which product to buy, the process of buying and loading was expedient. One particular staff member (a tall young man) who loaded the car, was cheerful and smiling. Will visit here again!

My experience with the manager was horrible. Not only did he complain to me about hot busy here was when I asked for help in the ink isle he got a major attitude with me when I didnt have an empty ink cartridge to show him so he could easily great me a new one. He complained how long it takes to look it up even with the name of the printer, told me to call someone who was near my printer to help me. I will need go back to this one and I go weekly for office supplies for my boss

Typical Office Max/Office Depot Store. Noticeable from I-405 but not as noticeable from the side streets. Near an LA Fitness. Prices are comparable to a Staples. They have a print shop but it is staffed by one person. Everything is organized and it doesnt seem cluttered. This store has a lean staff.

It has all the office supply. Similar to staples. It was my first visit and liked the collection of post it and other papers. I went for printing (which took a while, but done). I also wanted to buy masking pen which was not available. However staff was friendly to help me out.

Hopefully got the correct ink for my printer. Young man tried to be helpful but seemed to know less than I did. And the woman at the register was less than enthusiastic. I think lackadaisical would describe her accurately.

The print center is great. Very friendly & responsive service and more affordable than the competition by far. Probably helps to be a considerate customer and give them time to do their job. I hope they dont change with the Office Depot takeover.

Beware store might be advertising sale prices for going out of business but sale prices are not ringing up. The receipt will not show the original price. Nothing was marked 60% most was 30% which did not show a discounted price at register. Even the 10 for 10% off was misleading. Looking to make a quick buck on unclear advertising. Most business I have seen this place have in the last two years I have been stopping here. Pretty sad.

Went there for some posters to be printed. Great service. Staff wouldnt let me leave till we were completely happy with the printing. They made minor adjustments and only charged us for the final prints.

Had to get an HDMI cable. Should have bought it on line with in store pick up. Went in and to find help. The cable was not easily available. It was in a box on an upper shelf. Not the usual service I expected from the Office Depot brands

These people should go out of business seriously... I googled a USB Bluetooth adapter and got two results for this location. Came here to find out they didnt sell either one of those and only had a model that was three times the price. The manager also refused to match the price of what was being advertised.

The printing department has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I highly recommend going to the FedEx on Central Ave in downtown Kirkland or the Office Depot on 24th in Redmond!The store is run down and needs to be rebuilt, it doesnt reflect well for the area.

Online order for envelopes. Two freaki;ng weeks. Supposed to get a call when order was ready. got a reluctant apology instead. posted a review on the Office Max site which was rejected. They dont like 1-star reviews. Tried to repost and ive been blocked??? Anyway, i am totally done with this company. Poor service, no accountability. And dont ever post a 1-star review on their site.

Some good sales, prices were confusing because things were not in the correct places.

Most associates have no customer service skills or desire to help. One was wonderful, Ive only seen him once tho.

My office does a significant amount of business at the Kirkland Office Max location. We not only buy all of our office supplies but, utilize the shipping services as well. The majority of the employees seem to really enjoy and take their jobs seriously. They are helpful and always willing to do extra HOWEVER, the printing/shipping department seems to take a back seat to that motto. I have given that department my benefit of the doubt the last 3x I have visited the store. Not only is the service rude but, they make you stand there indefinitely without so much as even a I will be with you shortly sentence. People, just because you are with another customer, doesnt mean you cannot acknowledge another customer, that is customer service. She acts like Im not there and then proceeds to be rude. Maybe Im taking it the wrong way but, Ive worked in customer service and believe me my past employer would have never found that acceptable.

This one is a little hidden. Its behind the Motel 6. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they didnt have what I needed.

I needed to get documents printed from email. The internet here was very slow, but the service was great.

We ordered printer ink with free home delivery. They sent the wrong ink but wouldnt let us to return it to the local store. We have to wait for someone to pick it up before they will process the refund. Boo!!!!

This place looked it was having a going out of business sale and most of the employees had already quit. I had to fight the urge to turn the lights off on my way out the door.
