I always feel like my needs are listened to and taken care of when I visit this location. Derrick was extremely helpful with setting up my High Speed Internet service.

Just went into US Cellular to buy an Apple Watch. I waited as the sales associates were busy helping other people. Two of the three associates finished up with their customers about the same time. Another sales associate, who I am assuming was on break, comes back out to the sales floor. The three not busy sales associates are conversing amongst themselves when another customer comes in and is immediately waited on. Will not be returning to a business that ignores customers. Was looking forward to walking out of the store today with my watch.

Best visit ever. Brandon was gentleman that helped us. Didnt talk down to us like most of your employees do! I will definitely go to him for my next phone. Only wish I would of gotten his card!

You can come in. You might be helped immediately. You might not. Walked in, 4 associates. 4 customers. One customer after another walked out. But after waiting 15 minutes the 3 free associates are ignoring us. The high speed internet, doesnt meet requirements for 4g most days. Coverage, hit and miss.
