What a fantastic experience with Laura! She made purchasing a new phone a great experience! She was incredibly patient and informative! Although they seemed shorthanded and the store was full of customers, she never got frazzled and answered every question I had! She provided the best customer service imaginable!

A negative experience turned positive by Lauries outstanding customer service skills .I entered the store with a Motorola which didnt ring on incoming calls. This was after numerous visits I was told to contact Motorola tech support myself. This phone is only 22 months old. Laurie was able to move my service to an old Samsung galaxy which I owned that would ring. During the hour Laurie spent on my problem, she received two calls which she handled quite professionally and three other walk ins the waiting for service. She greeted each customer verbally, informed them of the wait and invited them to make themselves comfortable. This was all accomplished in a calm, professional manner while continuing to address and resolve my problem. I am still unhappy with my Motorola phone. However, Laurie was a great!!

Baylis was so helpful and professional. She spent time and made sure we were familiar with our phone. I would highly recommend her services.

The customer service is poor. They only good at selling you stuff but when ask about the unexpected billing charges they don’t take responsibility for it. And the lady even has an attitude and wasn’t being pleasant and just hang up on the phone. I just hope that they would help their customers by making it less of a hassle on having us call the financial services where it takes forever for them to answer. And also, being able to answer and explain the unexpected bill. It seems that they aren’t knowledgeable about their job. They need proper education and be professional in dealing with their customers!!!

Went today to get a new phone and had a great experience with Laura. She was very knowledgeable and explained to me the best deal to save me the most money. She was working alone stayed patient and calm throughout the entire visit even though there were other customers waiting outside and people calling on the phone. Laura was wonderful!

I went in today to upgrade my phone and I have to say, it was a pleasant experience. The two associates working were very helpful and courteous. Baylie had me set up with a brand new S21 Ultra in no time. She was also very knowledgeable of Verizons current promotions and helped me save money on my new phone by trading in the old one. 5 stars all around!

Went in today to get my phone looked at because it said I had no service, something another lady behind me was having problems with…. The store manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Tried to sell me stuff that I didn’t even need. He was extremely nice to the people before because the lady spent quite a bit of money in the store. The lady behind me said she wouldn’t deal with him. Only with the other female associate working then.

Wanted to switch from US Cellular as we were having issues with our phones lagging and nothing would load and had a random spam blocker downloaded on our phone that we did not download. We went looking for something that was more reliable and had more speed. We looked up our options and noticed Verizon had top service and we headed there. Baylie H. at Verizon in Kirksville, MO was amazing! She was so sweet and very knowledgeable and was so patient. She answered all of our questions and got us the best deals! Laura went out of her way even staying late to get our new phones approved and set up.She was so helpful, and even laughed at my husbands corny jokes and joked back as we all waited as she was on hold while getting approvals. Her manager was also helpful and polite. They were swamped yet still tried to get to everyone asap .They are a great team there at the Kirksville, MO Verison store.

Have always had a good experience here but not today. Was needing to get a new phone for work as mine was not working correctly, walked in the store was told to go wait in the car and they would be out to get me when they were ready for me to come in, but they kept saying that they couldnt sell me a phone after 6:30. It was 5. Customers cleared out and no one came out to get anyone soni walked back in and was rudely told to go back out. Mind you it is over 80 degrees out. Because of this I would not recommend this store to anyone customer service seems to be a low priority

TCC Verizon is awesome. Even through the pandemic they were able to help me upgrade my phone. Baylie was very knowledgeable and friendly. When my phone arrived she called me and even stayed a little late to make sure I could pick it up and activate it after I got off work. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Went to buy an I pad was stopped at the sidewalk and told we would need to do everything outside. Asked sales rep to see the I pad he said we have a few inside that he could get to in a minute. This is a terrible way to treat customers.Walmart is across the parking lot walked right in the service was great and they were happy to sell me an I pad.

I had a problem with my phone charging (metal plug in the phone bent or loose) in the middle of a cross state move, so I had to get a new phone quite quickly. Baylie was incredibly helpful getting me a new phone. She (and her coworker whose name I cant recall at the moment) also stayed very calm while several other customers were severely impatient with the store queuing and occupancy practices due to Covid-19. They were friendly and professional in the face of a lot of anger and I hope they are being compensated for this additional stress in their daily work. Verizon Kirksville has helped with three phones now for me and each time has been a good experience. Strongly recommend.

We have the best Verizon TCC that exists. The staff are very friendly as well as professional. They understand that not all people are tech savy and may need constant help with using their communication device such as me. Not once they turned me away or made me feel inferior. They also help fine the best deal for my money. I have told all my friends that I highly recommend our local Verizon TCC and that they will not be disappointed with the choice in the phone selection, sales and service. They have a nice selection of accessories as well.

My wife and I took my broke phone to the Verizon store (TCC Kirksville, MO.) today. We were assisted by a young man named Dalton. He explained what procedures I would have to go through to place a claim against our insurance to get another phone. I stated that I was concerned that I might lose all my pictures on my phone. Those pictures were so important to me. Dalton went way out of his way to try and recover the pictures. Unfortunately, I drowned my phone and he was unable to retrieve the pictures. We decided to purchase new phones. I was amazed at the technical knowledge Dalton possessed and made what I was thinking was going to be a very stressful situation, very smooth. He talked in terms that I could understand. He really impressed us with his professionalism. Answered all our questions in detail. We were very impressed with Dalton. TCC, Kirksville is very lucky to have such a dedicated person working for them. This salesman is a “10”!

To set up the account. He said that he didn’t want to help us because he wouldn’t make commissions off of he set up the account. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with him. There.
