Absolutely the only ups store I will use in the area. They are super helpful with every single detail. Always package perfectly and I get compliments on how well my items are packaged. The best place to ship hands down. They dont over charge for everything like other places, even other ups stores charge a ridiculous price for the simplest things. This UPS store is the best and doesnt try to squeeze every penny out of you. 5+stars

The lady that waited on me did her job, period. She was rude and rather abrasive when I asked about the side door being locked. No smiles, thank you for coming in, or have a nice day. There was a man who was working in a different area that gave me a welcoming smile, so it wasnt all bad. In the future I will find a different UPS store to go to.

Website says this location offers Notary Services, and when I went in to get a letter notarized the person at the front desk told me this location doesnt offer any Notary Service. They offered a solution by telling me to go to a bank, but wasnt clear on where, they also didnt know of any other UPS store that had a Notary since a lot of UPS stores dont have a Notary Public. So now I know, some places do and dont offer the service, and for the next time to save myself a trip by calling up and asking.

Dave handles printing and went above and beyond to accommodate my printing needs for a banner I needed for an event. He has always done a great job working with me in the past as well. He goes the extra mile always! An absolute model for customer service! I will only go to the Kirkwood location because he’s there!

I used to prefer UPS to Fedex, but not any more.I arrived with 12 boxes to ship and admittedly did not notice my shipping labels specified FedEx. After helping me assemble boxes, I apologized to the man twice who did not respond to my apology. Also, a woman who was working there commented “it’s gonna be like that today, huh?” And the man who was helping me responded to her (still not responding To my apology) “all day long”. Terrible customer service. At least wait until I leave to talk trash. The only thing that won them 2 stars was him helping me assemble the boxes.Also, the woman working there with the sassy comment was not wearing a face mask. There is a sign on their front door that says “we are wearing masks for your safety”. Apparently not.

You have no need to ever suffer the expense of FedEx Kinkos.Other than computer rental, this Kirkwood, MO UPS store offers all you need.A fraction of the cost of the FedEx Kinkos on Manchester, or any FedEx Kinkos.However, support your USPS!

Every time I go here to drop off a package, the staff provides excellent service making it an easy and smooth process.

I went in here after leaving the post office and I have to say the gentleman in there working on 8-16-2017 were super helpful and kind. Unlike the post office where they said the boxes are over there. Anytime I have to ship anything I will come here just for the customer service alone. Keep it up Kirkwood UPS store!!!

I called and worked with Alex, who was extremely helpful. I was needing some cards printed ASAP and he and his coworker bent over backwards to get it done for my company that day. Extremely grateful!!

We are at this store 5 days a week dropping off packages. There are closer locations, but we go to this one because the people there are very helpful, and this location has great parking for people dropping off large packages.

This UPS store IS my office! My NPO mailbox is there - and I send and receive mail and packages from this office. Since I work from home, this gives me an office address that offers visability that I would not otherwise have with a P.O. box. Plus the staff receives packages - a great way for my business AND personal package receipts when I dont want parcels just sitting outside on my doorstep. They are even processing a big project for me, freeing valuable time that I can dedicate to running the NPO. I can trust that they are doing a great job and provide great, reliable service!
