I came by this afternoon, and a young lady took care of me I believe her name was “Debbie”? Not sure but she has glasses and dark skin color. I approached her to buy some gas and she didn’t even greet me, neither Tell me the amount of my purchase. Gave me attitude and didn’t even say “have a good day”. I don’t like how there isn’t a good customer service in this place. How they don’t communicate with guest and just take their order. It is unprofessional of the staff to treat guests that way, especially if they no longer work there. They made my wife really uncomfortable. You guys need to work on that. It is not the first time I see it, or been treated like that. I’m really upset. Check more often on your staff members, especially the young lady who took care of me and her coworkers as well.

This is the worst gas station ever. They run out of products all the time. Their machines are always broken. They close the store on a whim. Too many other good gas stations in the vicinity to waste time or money at this location

SAFETY ISSUEToday Friday 6/25/21 @ 7:45 pm, we found water at floor and we talked to an employee with navy blue shirt about it ( trying to avoid any accident or incident with customers) and the guy cleaned the floor with attitude ; after that we were preparing some hotdogs and we noticed that the tomato at hotdogs area was in a bad condition, it had fungus. At the moment to pay all my articles, we mentioned to the cash register guy ( the navy blue shirt’s coworker) about the situation with the tomatoes and he didn’t really care, and had attitude too. They have a very bad customer service at that place.Corporate has to take action with this guys in this shift, they are so bad and incompetents employees for this company.It is a safety issue.

This is supposed to be 24 hrs according to google. It closes at random hours at night. I’ve stopped various times between 9p-12a and it’s closed. No sign or anything.

This is the 2nd time in less than a week this store has been temporary closed. I like the convenience because it’s literally right across the street from my job, but this is ridiculous. Y’all need to stop advertising your open 24hrs when y’all not.

Its actually pretty decent, as this chain goes. However, their gas pumps have been inoperative for over two weeks. There is no excuse for allowing their main base of income to be shut down this long. Some cheesedick at corporate should be in for termination for failing to resolve this.

I just came into this store and all of their staff had smiles on their faces and made me feel welcome. By far the best experience at a gas station I only have 60 seconds of interaction with them but it was a great 60 seconds. I walked out with a smile on my face and laughing with them!!

Went to Racetrac for my daily free coffee and the lady by the name Brunny told me scanner wasnt working for my free coffee. She told me to save the receipt and call corporate theres nothingI can do.. I told her that I get a free coffee every day due to the amount I purchase there and she said she couldnt do anything. After getting frustrated I told her keep the coffee and to give me a refund for the coffee charged.. she then told me she would give it to me free ($1.50 )... I told her I didnt want it anymore.. poor customer service by Brunnys part. Yes, Im the one who goes there every night for a coffee..

Susan 1st shift manager has the worst customer care knowledge,bad attitudes rolling eyes...if a guest tells you whatever their needs are just do it nicely with patience Do not do bad body and face expressions in front of them, i mean really?? . I really dont know how people with lack of CS knowledge get this positions and job.

What an excellent place! I had a small accident right outside the Racetrac and their staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Julie especially was on top of things making sure I was fine.Highly recommend this place.

This place has gone down hill. The Night Staff is immature, lacking any sense of work ethic whatsoever: inviting their friends to chill in the store, talking about their pantys/pants, telling customers to walk out the store without paying for merchandise so they can continue to flirt with the guys they invited to the store at night. I have never seen such unprofessional conduct in a RaceTrac Store, or any other retail store for that mater in my entire life. The Store Manager, in my opinion, has hired immature children to do the job of adults, and is negligently supervising them.

The worst attention I have received in my life, they say they are open 24 hours and the girl who works at night locks herself in the back and does not want to attend to anyone, and when she does, she treats clients as if they were trash, even insults to my family received for the humor of this worker

Kudos to Adriel mgr knows customer service, store is clean everyday when I get coffee. Bathrooms always clean, very safe area to stay and drink coffee on the chairs outside...LA fitness right behind the store, get to enjoy some eyecandy at the right times. Overall the best racetrac in Kissimmee...

Best RaceTrac in town. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, free WiFi, and a wider assortment of food and drinks than other RaceTracs. They are also one of the few RaceTracs to have an entire row of iced drink machines include Horchata -- its amazing. I used to live close enough to walk to this RaceTrac and I spent so much time there.

The store closed at 11:00 pm, there was an employee, they have a box outside for people to buy through that box, the boy who works there on the 11:00 pm shift told me that He wasnt going to sell anything to anyone because he had a lot to do (?) Unfortunately he didnt have a name tag, where is his boss? 🤣🤣Ah if you accommodate the hours that say 24 hours open and put the true hours.

They cloned my card in that racetrac and my wife and uncle on different dates, it has no security and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Is the gasoline that I make daily, I love it and it lasts, BUT is it closed today? Why did they close if its 24 hours? One looking for a race trac and are almost all closed? Its the only bad thing Ive spent with them about the rest I love.
