IA LITTLE LONG BUT PLEASE READ!I have been getting my medications refilled here for the past 8 months. Unfortunately, I do have a lot to refill. I NEVER EVER, should have starting going to this walgreens. I was new to the area and had no idea just how terrible this store is.I just got back from trying to pick up actually a life saving blood pressure medication which needs to be taken. I needed the prescription urgently, Yesterday I was on the phone calling them over and over for about 5 hours, no one ever picked up the phone at all.Finally when I got through about 5: 30 pm after I had been calling since 11 am, they informed me the prescription would be ready this morning.When, I arrived at the counter this morning, they told me the prescription was not ready (not only was it not ready but they refused to release it to me at all.Apparently, there had been some confusion between my doctor and these absolutely incompetent people.As, I tried to explain, suddenly the rudest woman I had ever spoken to in my life, began to literally scream at me. She accused me of already picking up the prescription. Which I assured her I had not. She then, raised her voice even louder and said that she would not release the medication until she went over the security tapes to be certain I had not picked it up.I was so insulted, all I was trying to do was pick up a prescription they had already fouled up and she was basically accusing me of trying to steal the medication or that I had already stolen it.This is absolutely the last straw. I called the manager but I doubt it will do any good.Now, not only was I insulted but I dont have the medication and will have to wait until the doctors office opens Monday or Tuesday.I really hope I dont die before thenThis place needs to be shut down. The people are so incompetent and rude one day it could cost someone their life.Thank you for reading!
Wait times at this pharmacy have been long and irritating, at best. Today, in the drive through, I waited 39 minutes for a prescription pick up. Twelve of the minutes were waiting on the car in front of me, which is long, but tolerable. The rest of my wait was spent sitting at the window. I pressed the Call button twice, the first time hearing, Well be with you in a moment, and the second time getting no response. At 33 minutes, I called the store manager from my cell phone to alert them. They went to the pharmacy immediately and took care of my prescription pick up. One of the most irritating aspects is that I watched customers come and go at the counter inside, with periods of no customers waiting. But drive-through customers were not being served. Thirty-nine minutes is not acceptable. My life is too valuable.
I just waited in drive-thru pharmacy line for 30 minutes for a COVID test. Then when I pulled up to the window, I got told that there was no one there who was qualified to give me a COVID test. So now I am home. With no COVID test. Don’t make any appointments here because you might not even get seen.
Very bad service. Prescription mention 90 pill I came home saw 30 pill. People should stop going this pharmacy. Very hassle to go back for another 60 pill. But I have to. Also highway robbery.
One of the worst places for customer service. Rude over the phone and also lied about how long it takes for the covid test to come back.First saying yes its same day results then say it takes 24 hoursSo I ask, Oh so its not same day testing?And they say yes, 24 hoursBro..... 24 hours later is not the same day
This store has HORRIBLE SERVICE. They leave you on hold more than an hour to then pick up the phone and hang up. My daughter took a test here and I was supposed to get results emailed and never did then they want me to go into the store with a sick daughter to show Id. TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the worst run business I have ever seen I should of listened to the reviews. I was on hold with the pharmacy for over 50 minutes before being hung up on. When I got there they had one person working who had no idea what he was doing and had loads of angry customers. Thank god I don’t live here because this pharmacy is a joke.

My son got COVID the first day and the teachers had ZERO system in place for him to learn from home.....I wouldnt recommend this school for my DOG.....The staff is so rude
DO NOT make an appointment t for a Covid test at this location. They are under staffed. You are supposed to wait in the prescription drugs pharmacy drive thru lane, they do not have a line just for the Covid test. After 1 hour and 30 mins, you get to the window finally. Appointment was at 11h30, got to the windows at 12h45, was told I would have to wait another 30 mins. Left without a test. Disgraceful. Never again.

I’m not sure if they are short staffed or if they are just terrible at their job but picking up my prescription had been such a hassle it took forever . The best part is that they are rude . Hate it here👎🏽
While Tina was absolutely amazing as my medication was at another location and on order and I havent been able to get it for a week... I had to use this pharmacy because its the only one that had it in stock... So I go through the drive-thru and get into the shortest lane... keep in mind that the drive-thru pharmacy light is only halfway working so I cannot see the Im assuming drop off only sign... So after finally getting someone to talk to me he says yes your prescription is ready but you have to go to lane one because lane two is a drop-off only... So now I have to go back around the store and pull behind three to four other cars that came after me... Unfortunately this is a medication I need. Would have gave it a zero star if it wasnt for Tina... she was very professional on the phone she empathized with my situation of needing this medication ASAP but yeah both lanes should be full service lanes or at least visible at night
Consistently I try to get my medication filled at this Walgreens and everytime they never have enough stock and never alert me when my medication is even ready. I have always used Walgreens but I had to switch to a different pharmacy because of this one location or how inept they are at simply doing the bare minimum of their job requirements.
This location has a drive thru but still makes you wait like 30 minutes before taking care of you. That’s definitely bad service. They need someone designated for drive thru.
What can I say Johnny Hernandez remember that name he was such an angel he went above and beyond the call of duty as a Walgreen employee. I pulled up to Walgreens and didn’t realize that The bottom part of my bumper had fallen off. My mom and I stepped out of the car and we were greeted by Johnny the Walgreens employee not only did he show us what was wrong with the front of the car he took the time and fix for us. Went above and beyond the call of duty. I pray blessings over him and his family. Thank you Johnny, You are truly a blessing to Walgreens and their customers.
This location is a joke curbside pick up over 25 min wait when order placed this morning. When i called and being system doent notify them. Whats the point of curbside. Get your act together.

My husband and I have been a client of Walgreens for years my husband was feeling sick the only Walgreens open so we could get medication at 9:30 pm was this Wagreens..I called to check if the medication was ready a young man answered me with a bad attitude...Bad Customer Service... I dont do reviews but had to do this one... I think the Walgreens should be careful with some employees...
Be prepared to wait here for more that 40 minutes just waiting to pick a prescription up.
Every time we goes there, is a very long line of wait. I still dont know why? If they know how busy is this store, why they dont put more people in the window🤷♂️. They need to improve the check out system by the window. They take forever
Was at the Walgreens at John Young and 192, the staff was nice and helpful, just too many homeless sitting outside panhandling, always a lot of homeless in this area, only getting worse
Management may need to reconsider who they have working here because man, what incompetent people do you having working here. Give their jobs to one of the millions of people on unemployment. I called multiple times, got hung up on, placed on another hold when I called back and I finally got through to someone, called again, back on hold . Couldn’t even get through to the manger . When I arrive there is no one on line for pharmacy but you had 3 girls working. Phone is ringing off the hook but no one has the decency to answer the phone . It would be different if the floor was full of people, if there were long lines, but there was none of this.
Despite notice on website that prescription was filled, when I arrived to pick up at drive-thru it was not. I had a 10-minute wait before I got to the window, then 10 more minutes or more while they tried to explain to me that it would be just a minute figuratively to fill. After 25 minutes they asked me to leave the drive-thru Lane to let other people through. so I parked at the outside Lane where the air tube is because that I could get those prescription. Then I had to go drive around front and wait for somebody to come out the front door with the bag of prescriptions.
An over the top amazing experience at this pharmacy on Sunday, March 26, 2017. Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and friendly - pharmacy staff and store staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall excellent experience - highly recommended.
It was decent but the line seriously was WAY too long and it took 20 minutes of standing in line with only 2 really friendly employees that made the experience better
The pharmacy should not even receive one (1) star. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and do not answer the phone when calling until about after about 8-15 minutes, then they put you on hold. I would highly discourage anyone from using this location.
Only 1 person working the pharmacy a line of cars in drive thru and a line 10 deep inside. Poor guy working and its not good customer service and def not a desired wayt treat employees by undestaffing!
They are 24 hours which is really convenient. It was also the only place I was able to fill my prescription as they had it on hand. However I felt like I was trying to get illegal substances the way I was questioned at the pharmacy. There are usually lots of homeless people here in the parking lot asking for money. They are also very busy most of the time so you dont get the best service.

Single worst pharmacy i have ever been too. Took an hour and a half to do what they said would take 30 minutes and also lost our insurace in that time despite the fact that i watched the first employee type it into their system myself.

Id give leas than 1 star if I could. They really need better management. The pharmacy service is the worst Ive had. I wish CVS would take my insurance. You have your prescriptions sent in and they dont bother filling them. They dont call you if they need your insurance info. You come in to pick them up and they make you wait another hour to fill them after you give them the insurance info. Im taking my prescriptions somewhere else. This place is a joke.
This pharmacy is one of the best in the area. They personalize every moment they have with you and the only reason anyone would have a bad experience here would be due to their own attitude.
Arrived at Walgreens to drop off a script from my doctor for magic mouth wash at 2:16pm. I noticed they were busy so I waited in line for 45 minutes to drop off script. When I finally got to the counter, I had insurance card, id, and script. They confirmed my information and said it would be ready in 30min. So I went shopping in the store with my niece. After an hour, I went to check on the meds. The lady informed me that it is not ready and would be another 30 minutes. I said, I will come back because I have things to do. Around 6:30pm, I get a teXT that states there is an issue with my insurance. I drove to the store and showed my card, they said ok, now we can verify your insurance and that I need to come back tomorrow. I said, how much is the meds without insurance, she replied $36. I said I will just pay, she said ok but you will have to come tomorrow. I said now what? She said the person who has to mix the meds will be in tomorrow. I said this is unacceptable and I pointed at the two other staff members that informed it was ready and said this makes no sense. Walgreens wasted my time and still left with no meds. Staff needs training on customer services. Shame on this walgreens.

The team leader for the store was horrible. We tried to get photos printed. She kept changing her policy stating that she has a right to refuse to give us a photo if she thinks its too professional looking. So because we could change photos from color to black and white she would no give us certain photos. She refused to call anyone. Above her to speak to us. And rudely told us we could take our business elsewhere if we didnt like it. This was my first time using Walgreens, I am going back to CVS.
The pharmacy staff provided excellent service and followup. The pharmacist Raj was most helpful.
I went here at 11:00pm there were several people outside and all of them where asking for money, as i was going in also on my way out, some lady stopped me and she said if i had money for any insulin, i felt bad so i gave her 5 dollars. i just feel like walgreens should not be allowiing that outside of their stores, the store and staff and great thought i just did not like outside of the stores!

Pharmacy staff. Pift pathetic. They are so rude and need to learn to have customer service. . Bill an older gentlemen who Iv encountered on nights, is the only person who deeply cares and addresses customers correctly. . Terrible customer service. We were visiting from out of town and were in one of the outside lanes just to pick up prescription that was already filled. We got up to window and the lady asks if we were dropping off or picking up? We said picking up and she then said well thats only in the other lane..,, really could she not have just given us the prescription? We then had to get out of the drive through line that we had been waiting in over 10 minutes and go in to pick it up,Terrible customer service.

12:55am 12/6/2016My fiancé couldnt breath, I called ER Kissimmee Hospital nobody answers there, Poinciana Hospital connected me to their nurse at the ER, he could not answer about interactions between medications. I wasnt sure there would be a Pharmacist at Walgreens, and considering running to the ER at this point Joe the Pharmacist answered. I explained the situation, he was quick with anwers, very knowledgeable, I knew what to do immediately, explained more symptoms that accompany the breathing issue and he was assertive on the problems, saying what I already heard from the doctor earlier in the day, but even better because he explained how the boddy would heal. Needless to say all the medications the doctor prescribed and we purchased earlier at Walgreens would help, but Joes quick response might have save my fiancés life!There is no reason to freak out with incompetent or unresponsive ER during an emergency, when you have a competent Joe at your rescue!Thank you for everything!Johanie
Ive read most of the complaints. Ppl are trashing the store. I was in and out in about 5 minutes without incident.
Store is a mess, stock is always low. They dont carry alot of the items in the flyer. Also, my wife was accosted by 2 homeless people asking for change--INSIDE the store. Go to CVS across the street.

While waiting for my wife to get her shot, I watched in the Pharmacy as they do their work. I seen this staff drop medication on the floor while counting and pick them or it up and put it in the bottle like nothing. I would think twice before have any medication filled here. I am sure it was not just a one off. It didnt phase him Abit and just kept working. Really hope there floor was/is clean.
Super irresponsible, I do not know why they give appointments if they do not attend, if you are thinking of getting the vaccine here is a bad place to do it, they are not responsible at all, they make you wait and then they want to give you the vaccine quickly.

It took almost 4 hours for me to print some passport photos! The machine was hung, but the attention was not very good! Despite the discount I got for the long wait, I think the service should have been better. They had told me to leave and will come back later, but I needed them urgently, thats why I waited! They should improve the photographic service and retrain the staff in customer service.
Bad attention, very bad, the manager jhonny is very badly educated, he has no knowledge of the offers, some employees do not serve you well, they ignore you, really the attention in the store is horrible, I have limited myself to buying online and remove the store and even with that went well, do not recommend it at all.
Today Friday 2/21/20 at 8:30 pm approx, I was in the store 1111 w I came st kissimmee and according to I think she is the Sub Manager, she was rude, I do not collaborate with my request in the photo department, in a bad way Verval and body sent me to other photo sites, I dont cooperate, she was rude and she was annoying, she told me that they knew absolutely nothing about the photo machines, the only thing that saeb is to press a couple of buttons and print, no I cooperate, I wanted to say something to him and sent to close the photography machines, supposedly he will call the technicians for the consultation I made, BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT TECHNICAL OR OF THE MACHINE but a manipulation or operation query, the truth was Very unpleasant the aptitude of this lady, as a consumer of the store I request that you take the corrective measures of the case. There are other boys and girls there who were very courteous and helped me in my doubts. It is up to you to improve your services ..

Excessively expensive prices if you pay out of pocket without health insurance. The savings if you go to other Latin pharmacies is much more than 50%. I lived with azithromycin, budesonide, albuterol and methylprednisolone ... wowwwwwww only the budesonide in Walgreens came out at 185 dollars while in another Latin pharmacy I cost everything I mentioned for an asthma inhaler 157 dollars. Walgreens I stay for the redbox movies but nothing.
Terrible customer service for a worker called Yessenia in the pharmacy, at night hours today, too slow. The line with only 5 people in front of me to arrive and I spent 40 min, I asked her because my medication was ordered 3 hours before, I had already received the confirmation to my cell phone and she answered me that I should continue in line ... The sr that was ahead of me sent him to wait 10 more minutes because his order was not ready, even though he had asked for it 2 hours before. Finally, a worker named Gebo, very kind and efficient, attended me very diligently.
