Such a great little store! So many different scent selections. Luz was so helpful when we had questions.

I have passed by this store so many times when I visited and worked at Old Town, but today I decided to make a few purchases. First off, the shampoo and conditioner bars are out of this world! So happy I splurged on those. The shower steamers and bath bombs are favorites of mine, and the lemongrass room spray freshens up my couches before guests come over. My absolute favorite is the roll on perfumes. A little goes a long way and so many fragrances to choose from! Cant wait to go back!

I LOVE their “vanilla silk” goat milk soap bar it’s so good and I will never go back to any other soap! Only thing I’d change is I don’t like being eyed while I’m shopping it makes me uncomfortable and all their employees do that.

Doesn’t even deserve a star..But an employee at this shop was fired recently by Karen the owner, because she has a disability. No one should EVER be embarrassed and humiliated in front of customers and other employees all because they have a disability. I can’t support a business that disrespects their employees. You’ve publicly mocked and disrespected an employee in front of customers for no reason. Maybe consider taking some management courses so you can learn how to properly run a business and build positive relationships with employees and clients. I’ll never step foot in this store.

I am a disabled person and I worked for the soap company for 9 months . I was never humiliated or mistreated by Karen the owner of the store. Intead she was comprehensive with me and gave me the oportunity to take times to rest due to my disability. I never felted discrimated by my boss (Karen). I left the job recently because it was my choice and still Karen asked me that if I want to go back to work I was welcome to do so. Karen is the sweetest and comprehensive person to work with. I wish I could go back but due to my illness I understand I can not do for now.

Its sad that a bunch off people leave a one star review by an story post on Facebook with not proof. Basically anyone can destroy the hard work of an small business with just an story. I never been in this store... just think its horrible to destroy someone dreams. If the story its true present at least a formal complaint.

The soap company is amazing. Any time I get the chance to visit Orlando this is my first stop. The owner is a fantastic woman. Her bath bombs are my weakness.

Don’t shop here. The manager likes to discriminate against people with disabilities and then likes to publicly shame as well as inform everyone of employees personal learning disabilities (HIPPA VIOLATION MUCH?!) then tries to threaten the family of the employee for her own wrongdoing.

No way for one star. If I would have known owner and Employees discriminate disability I would have never shopped here. Having a son with a disability around the same age of the employee that was shamed makes me so angry. Shame on all you!

I used to like this store, not anymore! Do not waste your time here, a poor 18 girl who was starting her first job ever, was fired from this store because she has a learning disability, and if that wasn’t enough the manager disclosed her disability to EVERYONE. Do not shop here, go somewhere else.

Looks like this place likes to discriminate against people with disabilities, and find pleasure in putting personal information out in front of other coworkers. That young lady didnt deserve that treatment. Nor should she have to work, or train for free.

Truly my favorite soap store in a two hour radius, I live in the Tampa Bay area and come here every few months to restock. Some of my favorite things are the peppermint and tea tree natural deodorant, truly some of the very best I have ever used.And the large assortment of bar soaps which are a great price and fantastic quality.I also really love their roll on essential oil blends stress relief and energy boost are my favorites.I havent tried any of the shops other products but the have bath bombs, lotions, body scrubs, candles, essential oils, handmade perfume and other things of the like.Truly this is a great little shop if you love quality soaps and want to bring home a unique souvenir from your Florida vacation.

Basically if you want to be treated like a normal human being, don’t come here. Sexism, discrimination, and just being rude are a few of the qualities displayed by the manager.

I will NEVER support a store that discriminates against any type of disability. And to basically humiliate the worker in front of everyone? Oh hell no. 1 star is even too good for this place, deserves way less.

The soap company is amazing! Mrs. Luz makes you feel like family when you come into the store and she knows all the right product for your problematic skin. These products (natural soap and body butter) are the only things that helped my skin when I moved here from out of state. The owner is so caring and wants the best for her customers, thank you guys for your awesome product and service!

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had, at this place. When entering the store, me and my family weren’t greeted with a welcoming attitude at all. As i was browsing, the employee lady followed me around, and watched me shop the whole time, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn’t find anything I liked, then left and went to another store, where the lady then followed me into. She then asked the other store’s employee to ask me to empty my purse because i guess she thought i stole something (she didn’t even ask me directly) and then proceeded to treat me like a thief. I emptied it to show her that i obviously didn’t steal anything, and the soap company employee left the store I was in, didn’t even apologize or say anything to me! She wrongfully accused me of stealing for absolutely no reason and completely embarrassed me in front of everyone.

Terrible store. Don’t waste your time here.

Absolutely LOVE this shop. The ladies working there are very sweet and helpful. Every product in the shop smells wonderful and is made of great quality. The prices are nice as well! While visiting, I purchased a bar of soap and a bath bomb. Both were AMAZING! I live 12 hours away or I would have already went back to purchase more! However, they have a website and you can order online, which I will be doing! :) Highly recommend!

I am also a soaper. This store is elegant and very well put together. I loved everything I laid eyes on in here. My shop is a little more on the nerdy side. Coming in here was a breath of fresh air.

Awesome little find that has great deals on all your soapy needs plus a few extra. I picked up a couple of tarts for my burner and they smell amazing; leaving a delightful aroma throughout my entire home! Great ladies to assist as well.

Store knowingly kills bees daily. By leaving their front door open so the smell of their soaps linger out into the street. The floral scent draws the bees into their store where they are not able escape. There are dozens of dead bees in their front windows where the bees try to get out after being trapped in the store. The lady working there seemed like it was not a big deal, but it was pretty disturbing. Store and product are most definitely not cruelty free.

There is gender borders, which I mean my little brother who is 9 loves bath bombs and so do I. We love experimenting with them but when we went into the store everything was great at first until my brother wanted a cool bath bomb that was “for girls” and she clearly made it known that he should get one that was “for boys”. Boys can get girl things and girls can get boy things! It’s 2018! Poor customer!! The lady was rude. I’m saying no matter what gender, it shouldn’t matter or concern anyone on what they buy. I wouldn’t come back to the shop if they did this again.

I love there products. Everytime Im in Florida I make a stop in to get my soap. I just wish the website was updated so I could make purchases online.

I love this store. The lady who works here is so sweet and her bath bombs and soaps are the prettiest. She makes some of the stuff right there. She also has a lot of soap variations.

One of the very few stores I visit each time I visit Old Town. They have wonderful products and amazing oils. Definitely a must see.

Went in with my granddaughter, wile i was waiting for her to finish i found sandlewood soap, tried it out when i got home and it was better than anything else i have tried. I will be ordering more. A#1

Awesome place and friendly staff. The worst part of the store is trying to decide what to buy. I tend to want it all. Great smelling soaps and bath bombs.not to mention the wax melts. Its my favorite part of visiting the Orlando area.

Great smelling products. I always stopped in every time I was in old town to get a free sample of some of their stuff. They reduce their free samples to next to nothing. I always make a comment when I go in how I miss the free samples. The lady is always rude and gives me a dirty look. I just went in there and got a free sample of some lotion. Once again I said I miss the free samples. She rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. Poor poor customer service. And now RUDE. Days are numbered more than likely. Hopefully the owner turns things around but I think it’s the owner that gives the dirty looks LOL.

Lovely place with fantastic customer service, candles and melts with very unique smells, everything smells gorgeous, fills up the house and last a long time, make sure to pop in whenever Im around to stock up.

The Soap Company was awesome I really enjoyed coming in and the fragrances are great. I will definitely stop by again and make my purchases I truly recommend The Soap Company

Absolute trash of a company

I went in the store...stood for aprox 15 min waiting for the attendant to come and answer about the soaps...never came...worst, when we left they seemed not to care ...we were going to buy souvenirs...😔

Not a large selection of soaps. Unfortunately for those of use with strong smell allergies not a good place to visit.

Do not buy anything here. The worst quality on the market, and the customer service is not the best one. Buy your soap at Disney or different place. You will be scam here paying for something not good. By the way, a soap felt and broken and the lady at the store make me pay for it.....do not touch anything or you will pay for. Ridiculous
